    Changed golf for BJJ 2 months ago. Crazy how addictive this sport is! Love golf, but BJJ is something else! #Norway🇳🇴

    Thanks for the advices, Daniel!
    I'm a whitebelt with a little bit over 2 years of training and the progress and competing in tournaments made BJJ so much more fun already^^
    Really hyped for everything that's coming!

    Super toffe video!

      Dat is de goede mentaliteit! Vier de kleine overwinningen, straks worden het grote overwinningen!

      @@havenbjj if you think about it he is probably best grappler in MMA so the moves he does are probably the main ones to learn. And a vid on best striker like Alex perira flying knees or nong o best striking because in a real fight it's best to know best moves. It be good to know the best moves in MMA with judo and wrestling throws and sweeps and because you start a fight striking best moves ? Then transition to floor is best moves from judo and wrestling then on floor it's best grappling submission moves no gi. Have you seen street kings on UA-cam it's MMA no rules hardcore and 99% of guys who end up on bottom on floor lose. So bottom escapes and defence and controlling a person by mount correct and then it's just best knife 🔪 defence like hubud Lubud fight science did some research on knife defence what works any way more great content like this be great 👍

    I saw you wear a christmas belt it was red & green. What does that mean? I think it was a competition. I don't know

    • @havenbjj
      @havenbjj  3 роки тому

      It's a competition belt so it's easier for the referee to distinguish the competitors

    Hi Daniel. I am doing nothing but very easy drilling at the moment because I have multiple rib fractures - even though I don't exactly know when I got them because they felt like muscular pain initially. I am wondering if as a smaller person you had to deal with rib fractures and if so what you learned / changed about your routine to prevent the problem from recurring?

    • @havenbjj
      @havenbjj  2 роки тому

      I had a small rib injury. Worked on grip strength, drills and studying matches in the meantime. It's hard to prevent, but extra core strength always helps.

      Find another place to train. Don't go back there. Nobody should be choking you out.
