  • Customer brought engine on a pallet for repair claiming it is consuming engine coolant.
    Found unscrewed injector cups.
    Tested injectors = 2 were bad (Replaced all 3 injectors)
    Removed cylinder head and reworked (valve seats, valves, injectors cups, valve seals + Resurfacing)
    Removed connecting rod cap to inspect bearings = OK.
    Found leaking oil pan (from rust).
    Installed engine on engine stand and installed engine harness + control box and customer ECU.
    Programed Injectors codes into ECM.
    Started Engine and ran for 30 minutes = OK
