How long does anxiety recovery take???
    For me…
it depends on a number of factors:
    1. How quickly you accept that you are the cause of it all and that only you are the solution.
    2. How persistent you are with your ‘inner work.’ Meaning: How quickly you overturn your perceptions of threat, how often you project safety and progress physiologically, if in fact you have cleared out suppressed negativity within mind and body from the past, and surrender sessions/time to balance out a dysregulated nervous system. Depending on the individual the inner work may be different.
    3. How quickly you begin identifying with someone other than your anxiety.
    4. When you’ve finally made peace with the things you once feared.
    5. Finally, when you’re there, finally there, you stop doing ‘anxiety recovery’ work and continue with the process of evolving.
I go much deeper into thee points in the video so please enjoy, and comment on your biggest 'more than anxiety moment' in teh comment section.

When you stop those bad habits, put your ego to the side, and do the work. In a month, you’ll see great results, trust. I did the inner circle program, and lots of changes after a month. Life was refreshing well before I finished. But remember, keep up with a lot of those lessons, for it is a lifestyle, just like going to the gym. Do not return to those bad habits. Trust this man, he knows what he’s talking about 🤘🏼

After battling health anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and depression for 30 years, I finally left prescription medications behind. It took three years of searching before I discovered this channel, which began my journey of recovery. However, it wasn't until I started the program that I realized how much I had been missing. Eight weeks in, I feel significantly better. Revisiting old videos and discovering new ones has been incredibly insightful. Considering the value of this program compared to the cost of medications and therapy sessions, I strongly recommend giving it a try and committing to the process for real progress. Something is finally working, and its such a good feeling. Thank you Dennis

This video answered a lot of questions for me, I am even more motivated now. I believe anxiety recovery is like quitting smoking, you won't recover until you are truly ready. You can try and try but you don't get far until that one moment hits you and you have the right mindset to accomplish it.
Thank you Dennis for everything you do for us.

I have noticed that the anxiety fuels with fear. Whether it is intrusive thoughts, over thinking, anything, it will fuel my symptoms. Before my relapse 2 relapse I thought this was just a phase, and I got to a point where I told myself I am healed and I was, no symptoms anywhere I went. But after the second relapse when I did EMDR, I learned too much about panic and anxiety, and had created associations. And it’s true, self work to change the narrative of safety instead of fear and stop looking back. It’s a mind set I am picking up on and it’s helping. Still playing tug of war with my heart symptoms when they come but it much better. I just keep reminding myself. We will all get better God willing

One of the things that causes me anxiety is the feeling of overwhelmed of so many things to take care of and do. Then if they don't turn out like I would have liked it's worse and I keep going over it in my mind. Also, when people have disappointed me for no reason.

I have watched literally hundreds and hundreds of videos over the past few years in the hope they would help me overcome my chronic PTSD/anxiety. This one . . . yes . . . this one among those multiple hundreds, flicked a switch. I literally felt a mental shift --the likes of which I have not experienced, nor believed was even possible, in over 8 years. Dennis, I got it! I got it! I was captured by a couple of subtle yet clutch points you made that I had never heard before, not even from the very best, the most experienced, the most caring, practitioners, experts, and experiencers out there. In 8 years, I have not dared to say what I'm about to say now. I KNOW that the beginning of the end of my PTSD anxiety has begun. I also know that, before I know it, my "anxiety identity" will be a thing of the past! Thank you, my brother, I am indebted to you.

I just found your channel and I am so glad I did . I am really enjoying the content. However, I have not heard you mention a fairly common anxiety symptom called body repetitive focused behaviors. Some classify it as an ocd symptom but for other people it manifests due to high anxiety . Also ,if you could post more info regarding how the psoas major is greatly and adversely impacted by feelings of anxiety that trigger flight or fight response . Especially since anxiety has a major connection to having a chronically tight psoas major . Thank you .

I see I have recovered. I keep doing the anxiety recovery work and I see it keeps dragging me down that hole. That was my biggest anxiety moment...I do the other work too and I am feeling so neutral about whatever comes up and when I realize that I am thrilled. Its time for me to update my 3 month contract to myself. I always start with your content for ideas of what to include and this will be on it. I will let go and confidently allow myself to evolve. My more than anxiety moment for me was stop focusing on anxiety healing and anxiety materials when I’ve reached that point in evolving.
I’m feeling more uninterested in anything anxiety related. Books, videos, advice, therapy… I can calm my self down faster. HOWEVER, I’ve been experiencing some really high anxiety high stress situations and I feel back to square one. I feel like my symptoms of dizziness/off balance/weakness - something is wrong with my throat. are worse than ever. I thought I was doing so well. Yet here I am.

I was so messed up back then I didn't even know how or where to start looking for help. Hopefully this info can help others as well. Keep up the good work!

My toughest battle with the symptoms is, whenever things are going better, I will always have a background noise anxiety. One i've had for the 5 years, it seems impossible to move, and therapy and meds has done nothing to it. It seems like no one can relate. Maybe someone here has experience with this. It's like my nervous system got activated, and doesn't know how to turn off.
