Anxiety is like a broken arm or leg. It will heal eventually if you allow it too. Don't push it, don't ask your arm or leg to heal faster cause it won't work. It will heal and get better and anxiety is the same in a way. You just allow it and let it do its thing. As long as I know recovery is100% possible and won't comeback I don't care. I will be my old self but better as well.

ive been struggling with anxiety for years. Shaan you were the only one among thousand anxiety channels that actually helped me recover, and i recovered within minutes not gonna lie. I accepted the fears and trained my nervous system that they were no longer a threat, then the constant nausea went away. All other anxiety related channels only focus on temporary relief and try to sell you products, the reality that i learned from you is that freedom comes from within not from others, only by ourselves will we overcome this.Thank you brother i wish for everyone to overcome this

I've been in recovery for about a year I'd say but for me I still experience symptoms all the time. In fact this morning I had the beginning of a panic attack, which hasn't happened in forever. I remained calm though, I knew it was just anxiety, and it passed. My most annoying symptom is feeling like I have to urinate frequently, but that only happens once in a while and it's manageable so I honestly don't mind it too much. Knowing it's anxiety and not some neurological disease (cleared by a neurologist) really helps, I can live with the minor discomfort without the dark cloud hanging over my head as it used to.

Good advice - thanks - I don't if my problem is only anxiety - So far the doctors think so - but I haven't really gotten an extremely thorough checkup and the pains all over my body are pretty intense. I wish I just had a definite answer - I know 100% that I am suffering from anxiety - I am not sure if the pains in my body may also have other causes that are leading to the anxiety. Tough times, these.

Well he didn’t tell how long it took him to recover!
I did watch his videos and applied his and other people principles and I’m getting better. I have Health anxiety and I’m coming out of it slowly. I sleep very good and I don’t wake up with high a anxiety and my anxiety yes is there like I have days where it’s not there and then some days when it’s there and it kind of roller coasters like he talks about but it’s not as intense as it once was and my stomach issues of feeling like I wanted to vomit. Every day are gone, I still get tired but not like I was getting exhausted so I am getting better. It’s just not as quickly as I want it to and now that I’m using the principles of health anxiety and how to respond to it and not do all the safety behaviors I’m getting better I’m not perfect but if I would crack down on my safety behaviors and responding to letting my anxiety be there when it’s there and not fighting it so much and getting fed up with it it probably go a lot quicker so but I am I’m doing it it’s getting better and I fully expect to be symptom-free. Maybe not anxiety freaks you can ever get rid of anxiety, but the bad anxiety will be gone so good luck and wish me luck Teresa

Feeling on edge and nervous off and on all day. And I also have some stomach issues in the morning but I think a lot of my symptoms get amped up especially after I do compulsion so our safety behavior, so those I’m quitting and I just gotta realize that there’s nothing wrong with me. I’ve been tested out the ass for everything I’m healthy an athlete and it’s just how things IT and anxiety so.
