- Have you struggled with guttate, inverse, pustular, erythrodermic, or plaque psoriasis? Dermatologists will prescribe steroids and creams in order to tame the symptoms, but the true cause is deeper. Rather than taking medications to mask your symptoms, try this approach to learn the underlying cause of your psoriasis so you can get rid of it once and for all.
In this video, we discuss how I naturally healed my psoriasis and tips that you can use to help heal yours.

Yeah, I had Psoriasis quite bad, up to 70% of my body was covered at one point! I also developed painful psoriatic arthritis. However I got rid of both after going on a plant based diet, all fully disappeared. So yes, agree with this video that what you eat can affect Psoriasis. Gut health is important and I think a part of getting rid of my Psoriasis was changing the gut bacteria. As a side note, I also went on a 50 day juice fast/feast a few years back and wow, as a 56 yr old then, I felt like a 20 yr old again lol. What you put in your mouth is important and it affects your health.
Awesome.
Thanks for sharing
Did u use probiotics. Any other supplements. I also have candida and fruit juice fast would only feed the candida.
@@elisamarro7356 I also have a candida problem. I do take probiotics at times but not often. I know what you mean about fruit feeding candida. However I found the more raw I got, the less of a problem it was. During my juice fast I had no candida problems at all. If I mix raw with standard foods, eat chocolate, cooked, etc., then candida would be more of a problem. However I have never tackled the candida problem directly and guess it's something I ought to do at some point. But it's not severe.
Intresting that a plant based diet fixed your Psoriasis considering gluten, grains, and seed oil are highly inflammatory.
Is it possible to get this after the Covid vaccine ? I’ve noticed it’s on my elbows some spots on my knee not as bad as you but it’s bothering me steroid creams brought it down but not fully gone what do I do
What you say is definitely true. It is a gut issue where immunity is based.
I had psoriasis for 40 plus years and was on biologics for the last 10-12 years. I started a very low carb keto diet where I adapted to burning fat and then did a 26 day water fast. I quit my biologics after the first week of fasting and when I was halfway through the fast my psoriasis was gone and it has stayed that way for 6 months. I only eat whole foods and very little carbs. I have a 6-hour eating window each day except for 2 days of fasting a week while I am continuing to get down to my goal weight.
Love it
So its gone?
@@sky.1505 Yes gone! 😃 I kept my next dermatology appointment just to show off and she said that was the best I ever looked.
I've had psoriasis since I was 15. I'm now 24. I definitely have gut issues. Thank you for this.
Focusing on my gut bacteria dramatically changed my life and helped clear up 98% of my skin rash issues (within less than one month).
Awesome. Keep working on it. The gut and microbiome are a life long focus. Thank you for sharing, and inspiring others.
What did u do and use exactly.
@@elisamarro7356 first of all, I started taking very highly recommended probiotics, then I started to limit items that seem to be bad for your gut bacteria like sugar and wheat and while I did not cut out gluten completely from my diet, I have limited my intake to a small portion and it seems to have made a large difference. Truly hope this helps you in what is a very frustrating battle.
@@chrisquinn4181 which brand of probiotics. Do u have any gluten free recipes. I tried a coconut and almond flour flat bread and it did not come together.
I developed a severe psoriasis combined with psoriasis athritis at the age of 17 (42 now; it runs in our family). It crippled me physically and mentally until the age of 29 when I was prescribed biologicas (humira). Fast forward ten more years and I was still heavily depressed, deadass poor (still am) and almost doubled my weight. I hit rock bottom approx two years ago and started lifting weights and doing martial arts again. Over a period of nine months my meals consisted mostly of thuna, canned vegetables and self-made bread (being poor sucks). Although I didnt take my meds (burn out, I am looking at you) my skin was healthy and free of lesions. Then I stumbled over a study who stated what I have done subconsciously: a lot of physical activity and healthy nutrition is the deal. Just my two cents. Stay strong!
Hy i have scalp pasoris..it can be converted other psoriasis?..i have mild psoriasis.. scalp....it will come and gone automatically....i haven't taken treatment yet

My mom used to take me to the beach as a kid and my skin was always much better after that. So now, I dissolve aquarium salts with boiling water, then add some cooler water, soak a washcloth in it and hold the washcloth on my skin for 5 minutes and rinse off. Do every couple of days.
Interesting. Possibly salt rooms or nebulizer with salt water may help too.
Here’s a few things I did to cure a terrible case of psoriasis on my palms: I was already on a plant based diet. I saw a naturopathic every few months who muscle tested me and who prescribed lots of vitamins and supplements, flower essences, and to drink more water. I also had a session with an energy healer. It took a couple years but finally subsided completely. I am so appreciative. It was a wholistic approach.
Amazing share thank you.
So you cure your pasoris?
How's your psoriasis now?
@@shivixshivi it is still completely cured on my hands! I have a stubborn spot on my butt that is still hanging on and has been there for a few decades. Agh. But it!s not a problem like my hands were.
@@sky.1505 yes, the psoriasis on my palms completely went away! It’s been a few years now. So wonderful. I still have a small spot on my butt that’s still there but not something that affects me much.

I use/love Inessa Advanced Daily Biotic Lactobacillus Rhamnosus brand, which is the probiotic that keeps Candida at bay as well as Lactobacillus Acidophilus. I had a text book case of psoriasis and joint pain level 8 out of 10. Skin 98 percent clear, joint pain less than a 2 and joint swelling all but gone. Low carb diet also helps keep Candida in control because carbs turn to sugar and feed the fungus. Lemon water helps maintain longevity on a low carb diet. But I have put rhamnosus to the test eating lots of carbs and it still works great. Good luck! I do not work for Inessa nor do I get any benefit other than heart warming joy by sharing.
Gosh, sounds like a long & painful journey in your youth. I’m very glad u found a solution / cure, and I really appreciate you sharing it with us. Thank you very much !!

I seem to have the opposite problem, certain healthy foods like the pistachio and cashew family, along with certain fruits, cause me to have severe painful psoriasis whereas refined junk does not. Since figuring out what foods I’m sensitive to, I have drastically reduced the flareups. Stress is a very under appreciated tigger too

Food allergy removal was a key for me,as well.
Think of stress as physical, chemical and emotional. Our body responds similar to them all.

Great video. Very encouraging. You touch on the fact that with psoriasis patients doing the two tests is the first thing you do. Can you share approximately how many of those patients see an improvement also, of those that show improvement how many patients become psoriasis free. Thank you for sharing this good news.
I went to an allergist recently and he claimed that the igg food test is a scam, that it only tells you what you have been in contact with or what you recently ate. I have lived with psoriasis for over 40 yrs. Recently I have developed palmoplantar psoriasis on hands and feet after having some virus first part of December. But the big patches I had have become better than they have been in several yrs. So I am searching for answers which I found here. Thank you.
You are welcome. Yes, many mainstream MDs believe it is a scam. I have seen to many psoriasis and eczema cases completely heal from just removing IgG food allergies to listen to them. It really doesn't matter if it tells what you have been in contact with recently. The fact that you body creates an immune response (chronic inflammatory response) every time you eat them is significant reason to take those food out. I've found that many MDs poo poo what they don't understand.
@@LovelessHealthSolutions I had had a Igg test before and wanted to use another company and do it again to see if it shows the same thing the first one did. Which company do you recommend?

The only thing that stops my psoriasis is warm summer months. No diet modification (dairy, gluten), supplement (vit D, probiotics), fasting has any effect for me. 😥
Sorry to hear that. Perhaps there's something you haven't considered or tried. There's hope for you!
If nothing helps probably stress level is out of roof, i recently started to watch Dr. Kyle Loveless, bought Vit D and multivitamins with Calogen and other vitamins, and cut all dairy immediately, already a month, it fades, I didn’t have big psoriasis but it helps me to control it mainly face. But i noticed if drink enough water, less stress and if you fix the sleep (sleep and stress the hardest for me to fix) but sleep is my own problem because i want to have a bit time for myself whilst kids are sleeping :) psoriasis fades bit by bit. And of course i taking fish oil daily too. Plus doing cold shower bucket after regular shower straightforward so seems these things are working. And of course trying to eat as clean as possible. But sometimes trying cooked grill meat and etc. But basically i doing everything what is mentioned in a video and adding extra things.
Had it on my scalp since I was 14. Clobetosol is the only way to run it off. Plant based is good for everything EXCEPT this. So sometimes you can’t really diet this stuff way. 🤷🏻♂️

Great information. I plan to slowly remove dairy, eggs and gluten from my diet to see if it helps.
Sugar and dairy is big offenders for me I feel. I’m addicted to sugar and even just drinking sugary drinks triggers it.
Can you share the herbs took to heal your stomach?
Everyone says that even if they have psoriasis, they should not eat sweets or anything else made of milk, and some say that salt should not be used in actual curries. How much truth is there in this? People with psoriasis can eat salt or not ❓️
Yes
Sea salt is fine and actually beneficial. I put and recommend putting sea salt on all meals. I have help hundreds of people get rid of psoriasis and all of them eat sea salt.
Table salt is no go, however.
@@LovelessHealthSolutions Thanks for the quick reply.
But where is that sea salt found? Is it available in the market? If so, what is the name of that sea salt?
@@LovelessHealthSolutions I would avoid sea salt as it contains microplastics, heavy metals etc. Our seas are not clean anymore. Use stone salt instead which is actually purer and cleaner.
I have recently discovered food allergies of SO MANY things ... Pork, chicken, onions, soy, almonds, carrots, spinach, potatoes, eggs dairy ... If I elimite them will I be able to eat them after gut healing protocol?

Some times I put hot object on my wounds to relieve the itchiness. like a hot water on a glass.

Sir iam taking 60000 iu vitamin D3 per once a week will it work
Vitamin D without Vitamin K2 will cause high cholesterol. 60,000 is a very high amount. If this works for you, ok but if it isn't, decrease it a LOT to maybe 5,000. Have your cholesterol checked. Make sure you take K2
60K is a lot. I wouldn't recommend it but there are different schools of thought for higher doses like that but normally ppl taking such high amounts do so with supervision and blood testing. Conventional medicine says stay at 4000 to 5000 bc of the risk of hypercalcemia, probably set there bc it's the safest bet considering interactions for people taking calcium, certain meds, conditions, etc. Safe limits are different for everyone. It's best to have a professional guide you if you suspect a need to dose so high to correct a deficiency.

What may work for some may not work for others.
I have had psoriasis for all but 3-4 months of my entire life. For me, psoriasis appeared at age 3 months.
Considering I wasn't even weaned on to solid foods at 3 months of age, I somewhat doubt your claims that looking at what you eat will help.
I have NO food allergies, I have no leaky gut. I don't eat junk food/fast food (never have), I am not overweight & never have been and have no other underlying health issues. I have had innumerable tests for this, that & everything else, all of which have been negative.
Like I say, what works for some may not work for others.
I understand. Yes it should be individualized.
Maybe look into German New Medicine. It talks about special biological programs triggered by emotional conflict shocks. For some people, a certain food or multiple foods can be a "track" (trigger) for that conflict and avoiding it helps clear up the program. From my understanding of GNM, the outer skin (psoriasis, eczema) is some kind of separation conflict that was unexpected, acutely traumatic and one felt alone in it. These conflict shocks can happen even in the womb. If you got the symptoms of psoriasis at 3-4 months old, then look into what happened at that time, sudden changes, and where you get the psoriasis might be a clue as to what it was that triggered the symptoms.
are you totally cured now?

Truth is, it's rarely just food. It's an over active immune response typically from gut issues. The removal of food stressor helps the body have less stress and is more likely to get back in balance. If you truly are trying to “treat” your chiropractic patients for digestive issues, you could be setting yourself up for a lawsuit.
I don't treat any disease. I don't say I'm treating psoriasis. I help people get their nervous system in balance with diet, Rest, Exercise, supplements, detox, chiropractic and other lifestyle changes. Their body heals itself.
Treating disease is what medical doctors and its why they have failed.
It doesn't work to get people healthy
This is an interesting story to me. I had awfull psoriasis for over 15 years. Then I found a very different method to cure myself. It is too complicated to tel here. But I have had no more psoriasis, and it is 30 years ago.
Good for you! Glad to hear
