  • Have you struggled with guttate, inverse, pustular, erythrodermic, or plaque psoriasis? Dermatologists will prescribe steroids and creams in order to tame the symptoms, but the true cause is deeper. Rather than taking medications to mask your symptoms, try this approach to learn the underlying cause of your psoriasis so you can get rid of it once and for all.
    In this video, we discuss how I naturally healed my psoriasis and tips that you can use to help heal yours.

    Yeah, I had Psoriasis quite bad, up to 70% of my body was covered at one point! I also developed painful psoriatic arthritis. However I got rid of both after going on a plant based diet, all fully disappeared. So yes, agree with this video that what you eat can affect Psoriasis. Gut health is important and I think a part of getting rid of my Psoriasis was changing the gut bacteria. As a side note, I also went on a 50 day juice fast/feast a few years back and wow, as a 56 yr old then, I felt like a 20 yr old again lol. What you put in your mouth is important and it affects your health.

      @@elisamarro7356 I also have a candida problem. I do take probiotics at times but not often. I know what you mean about fruit feeding candida. However I found the more raw I got, the less of a problem it was. During my juice fast I had no candida problems at all. If I mix raw with standard foods, eat chocolate, cooked, etc., then candida would be more of a problem. However I have never tackled the candida problem directly and guess it's something I ought to do at some point. But it's not severe.

    What you say is definitely true. It is a gut issue where immunity is based.
    I had psoriasis for 40 plus years and was on biologics for the last 10-12 years. I started a very low carb keto diet where I adapted to burning fat and then did a 26 day water fast. I quit my biologics after the first week of fasting and when I was halfway through the fast my psoriasis was gone and it has stayed that way for 6 months. I only eat whole foods and very little carbs. I have a 6-hour eating window each day except for 2 days of fasting a week while I am continuing to get down to my goal weight.

    I developed a severe psoriasis combined with psoriasis athritis at the age of 17 (42 now; it runs in our family). It crippled me physically and mentally until the age of 29 when I was prescribed biologicas (humira). Fast forward ten more years and I was still heavily depressed, deadass poor (still am) and almost doubled my weight. I hit rock bottom approx two years ago and started lifting weights and doing martial arts again. Over a period of nine months my meals consisted mostly of thuna, canned vegetables and self-made bread (being poor sucks). Although I didnt take my meds (burn out, I am looking at you) my skin was healthy and free of lesions. Then I stumbled over a study who stated what I have done subconsciously: a lot of physical activity and healthy nutrition is the deal. Just my two cents. Stay strong!

I saw a naturopathic every few months who muscle tested me and who prescribed lots of vitamins and supplements, flower essences, and to drink more water. I also had a session with an energy healer. Psoriasis cleared
    I use/love Inessa Advanced Daily Biotic Lactobacillus Rhamnosus brand, which is the probiotic that keeps Candida at bay as well as Lactobacillus Acidophilus. I had a text book case of psoriasis and joint pain level 8 out of 10. Skin 98 percent clear, joint pain less than a 2 and joint swelling all but gone. Low carb diet also helps keep Candida in control because carbs turn to sugar and feed the fungus. Lemon water helps maintain longevity on a low carb diet. But I have put rhamnosus to the test eating lots of carbs and it still works great. Good luck! I do not work for Inessa nor do I get any benefit other than heart warming joy by sharing.

    I went to an allergist recently and he claimed that the igg food test is a scam, that it only tells you what you have been in contact with or what you recently ate. I have lived with psoriasis for over 40 yrs. Recently I have developed palmoplantar psoriasis on hands and feet after having some virus first part of December. But the big patches I had have become better than they have been in several yrs. So I am searching for answers which I found here. Thank you.

      You are welcome. Yes, many mainstream MDs believe it is a scam. I have seen to many psoriasis and eczema cases completely heal from just removing IgG food allergies to listen to them. It really doesn't matter if it tells what you have been in contact with recently. The fact that you body creates an immune response (chronic inflammatory response) every time you eat them is significant reason to take those food out. I've found that many MDs poo poo what they don't understand.

    Interesting, my psoriasis started in late 2020 after being in Portugal over Covid I-finally got back to U.K. and it started late October mainly on my elbows and knees, it has now over the past year spread to all over my body but has decreased on my elbows and knees, I will see my doctor on return in March and ask for the stool and food allergy test, I eat quite healthy and don’t have a lot if any processed food or Fizzy type drinks. I’m 73 now and it is depressing as there are the age related degrading in your body but I look quite young often met with disbelief at my age and produce my driving licence! I mean nearly every time I state my age!

    I removed Gluten, dairy and coffee from my diet and my skin cleared up slowly. Coffee has a molecule that is similar to gluten so my antibodies were also triggered by it. I temporarily removed foods that are high in histamine like Avocado, citrus etc. I felt the effect immediately. The itching disappeared which helped reduce my stress level because I can sleep through the night.

      @lisag18 7 місяців тому +1

      Vitamin D without Vitamin K2 will cause high cholesterol. 60,000 is a very high amount. If this works for you, ok but if it isn't, decrease it a LOT to maybe 5,000. Have your cholesterol checked. Make sure you take K2

    • @PiccoloTulip
      @PiccoloTulip 7 місяців тому

      60K is a lot. I wouldn't recommend it but there are different schools of thought for higher doses like that but normally ppl taking such high amounts do so with supervision and blood testing. Conventional medicine says stay at 4000 to 5000 bc of the risk of hypercalcemia, probably set there bc it's the safest bet considering interactions for people taking calcium, certain meds, conditions, etc. Safe limits are different for everyone. It's best to have a professional guide you if you suspect a need to dose so high to correct a deficiency.

      That's something I work individually with patients on.

      Maybe look into German New Medicine. It talks about special biological programs triggered by emotional conflict shocks. For some people, a certain food or multiple foods can be a "track" (trigger) for that conflict and avoiding it helps clear up the program. From my understanding of GNM, the outer skin (psoriasis, eczema) is some kind of separation conflict that was unexpected, acutely traumatic and one felt alone in it. These conflict shocks can happen even in the womb. If you got the symptoms of psoriasis at 3-4 months old, then look into what happened at that time, sudden changes, and where you get the psoriasis might be a clue as to what it was that triggered the symptoms.
