Cauliflower makes my psoriasis worse. I have done an experiment on this for nearly 3 months. I then replaced it with Courgette which has positive result.

  • @austinwilkes8556

I narrowed it down to two hints for me, coffee and alcohol. I cut both, felt fine, had a few drinks this past weekend and it came back...bingo. Alcohol is gone forever

Ive been able to reduce inflammation but i still experience redness, flakiness, and itching. Any idea why?

  • @eliteEASYhacks

ive been on a strict wholefoods keto diet (no dairry) for 2months now, and i have seen 0 improvement in my psoraisis, im so sad.

I went on a Gaps/Whole Foods mix 6 months now. Lots of ferments but not dairy. No gluten or wheat. My psoriasis started breaking out in areas like legs which I don’t generally have it. Also a big patch on my back again not normal. I don’t understand why it got worse when I went healthy. I don’t know if it’s detox or what. I expected an initial negative reaction but not this long. I wish I knew why

Thank you for all the information you share! I have experienced some relief and healing for the first time since I broke out with psoriasis back in sept 2023. It has been horrifically painful. I had already eliminated dairy, gluten and sugar when I found your videos earlier this year. I am continuing to be healthier. Did the allergy test, started supplements, light therapy, grounding, etc. So excited to finally experience some results and get some relief. Thank you

thank you for your wonderful guide for getting rid of psoriasis.

Dear doktor Loveless I would like to thank you, your channel has changed my life. I suffered from psoriasis for more than twenty years and the only treatment were corticoid ointments. I discovered your channel by chance and started an anti-inflammatory diet, supplements, etc. and now I have been free from psoriasis for more than a year. I think what mainly helped me, was to avoid gluten and dairy products, I found out that Aveeno cosmetics help me when my skin starts to itch. It's unbelievable that no doctor has ever even suggested a change in my diet, but it worked and I can recommend it to everyone - don't worry, start with a strict diet and try to find what triggers your psoriasis and you will definitely get relief. Thanks once again, greetings from Czech republic

Got diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis January of last year. Against all recommendations by my docs, i started natural meds (oils and creams and potions) and changed my diet to mostly reflect what you said here. 15 months later, i lost 30kg, people saying im looking younger and fresher and i had a 100% reduction in pains and a 90% reduction in psoriasis flareups. I have it in 2 fingers on my right hand. It comes and goes but hasn’t left at all. I am trying myself against food and the moment i eat some sugar or gluten or alcohol or dairy, the fingers flare up worst (starts with a boil of puss, breaks and the scar remains open). Now that i have this self data, using my oils (neem, sesame and aloe extract) and see if it goes away.

Hi Dr. Loveless. I was wondering if black seed oil is good for psoriasis? If so, how many mg a day? I'm so very thankful for your channel. I have learned so much from you and I can tell you are an honest, caring man. Thank you for everything and have a great 4th of July!
