Hi Nora: this is so interesting for me. My partner had an asymptomatic heart attack about 18 months ago and he suffers from gum disease. Apparently it is something to do with a bacteria that is associated with heart disease. I will tell my boyfriend to check your videos out. Thanks for your help :)

Do you sleep with open mouth? Do you drink enough the whole day long? Do you drink a lot of sugary drink or coffee? Is your diet healthy? Maybe you put a bottle of water next to your bed and if you wake up just sip!
