    Thanks for showing the difference in the envelopes. It's quite hard to find good quality envelopes, especially the ones with the triangle flap... most are the peel 'n' stick narrow flap. May I ask where you found yours?

    • @JunkJournalideas
      @JunkJournalideas  4 роки тому +1

      Glad it was helpful Jennifer! all the envelopes I showed you were my Mums (crafty angel now) I would take a guess and say instead of looking for postage style peel and stick envelopes search for craft or invitation style envelopes, even card sets, Mums stash has quiet a few blank card and envelope sets floating around. The end result of starting with ivory envelopes makes the huge difference to begin with. There is no competition. So what makes a good quality envelope? Price? Brand?f I always iron the finished products. It’s like sewing. Pressing is a must.

    • @JunkJournalideas
      @JunkJournalideas  4 роки тому +1

      I loved the golden results from the cream base too Sharon, hmm what makes a quality envelope? from experience quality cant be judged by price alone, paper quality is important, if your using the envelopes to make journals like this, i wouldn't be so fussy if we were tea dying envelopes for general use, thanks for tuning in ♥︎♡☆ 🦋 cheers Donna
