my underfloor heating system it controled by HCC 80 and EVOHOME. The problem is on the 220v power came 360 v and both HCC80 was dead.
Can be fixed?

My HCC 80 after extra power ( three phase on monophase circuit from power suplier ) they died.
it is posible to be fixed?
No burn area on electronics

Sorry to hear this. I don't believe the manufacturer fixes these components, however if you contact the Resideo/Honeywell Home support number in your country, they might be able to help you.

My boiler is connected to 2 bdr relays (one for heating and one for hot water). I had to replace my Evotouch thermostat, and now I can only connect my new thermostat to the heating relay but not on the hot water relay. Any help/advice would be much appreciated

Hi , probably you can help me ,I have a underfloor heating sistem and I have my apartment in a bug building with the heating in common, big boiler in the basement so I want to control the heating in my apartment individually an of possible to control every heating zone for my underfloor heating individually, can you offer me some solutions?

The best solution for controlling an UFH is a system like evohome using a HCC100 and DT4R thermostats. We have a video being released on the HCC100 and DT4R thermostats soon.
