How does the clutch and drive train cope with all that torque? It's a shame it isn't AWD 'cause it would smoke most cars on the road
About the AWD, the ecosport AWD driveline should bolt on, except for the gearbox, so if you can solve the gearbox, you got a AWD Fiesta ST
Stages are a simple way of explaining what is on the car and it’s marketing as much as anything else.
- Stage 1: Just a remap
- Stage 2: remap + minor bolt on mods
- Stage 3: remap + bolt on mods + hybrid turbo
- Stage 4: remap + bolt on mods + fuelling upgrades + big turbo
- Stage 5: remap + bolt on mods + fuelling upgrades + big turbo + built engine

@@joemitchell3113 u welcome now I’ve got there new x58eve2 and fully forged engine running just under 400hp bury can have the same turbo on stock engine running about 380hp but upgraded injectiors still need for both turbo

Nice upload I can guess this would be an absolute weapon on track! Why does everybody hate on this stage business? It makes it quick and simple to work your way through the power categories, I’m currently at pumaspeed stage 1R with stage 2 supporting mods, I will be looking at 4R with the X57 Turbo with forged internals hopefully. Each stage has its own supporting mods and makes it very easy to work your way up! These do benefit from an ST200 gearbox and race clutch when modded 😊
Hi cam135 the only thing is with these cars the gearbox is different to the st180 my brother has fully forged engine the pumaspeed Bluetop engine now is running with there new x58evo2 at 390hp with 430nm so pumaspeed is the best company for power for the fiesta platform

Stage is all pub talk. It’s for deluded kids who want to go tell their mates that their car is now Stage 12 😂. It’s also a way for these company’s to pull the wool over peoples eyes it’s too easy. Far better to get an independent remap from a reputable company who focus on the drivability and not what fucking ‘stage’ it is.

Standard Fiesta ST is properly fun, especially over the right roads. With twice the power I imagine it’s a handful on the roads it was designed for. Really didn’t get a sense of how fast it is with this video either.

Wowzers! I must have missed this upload when first going through your video catalogue, that ST looks amazing(!).. To the fifteen year old in me at least, but where is all the carbon fibre and wide body kit?! If one is going to mod a car to that level one should really do it properly and have them.
I used to own the 2.0lr ST around a decade or so ago, I spent an absolute fortune on it and dominated the local hill climbing events in it on the weekends, I stripped it out and fully race spec'd it to WRC spec, it was running around 500 supercharged ponies and that was without the NOS... It was quite possibly the most insane car I've ever owned and could lay waste to 'any' super car without much effort, and if I still had it I'm pretty sure that it would destroy any supercar of today too... But, then I got married and we popped out our youngest, and sadly the missus told me to grow the hell up and get something much more sensible & practical that wouldn't shake her teeth out when we went shopping and deafen our toddlers fragile ears, so 'very' sadly I sold it to a pro-amateur rally team from Ireland whom took it rallying across Europe and I bought a Subaru 22b instead.
... A great car to be sure (especially after I'd stage 3'd it) , but absolutely nowhere near as rapid and epic as the Fiesta... The moral of which is, "Don't get married and have kids!",.. Especially if you want to own a beast of a car, they're just not compatible with each other.

Take your tongue out of his arse and if you don’t know what you’re talking about then don’t say anything🤣🤣🤣 they’re all copy and paste maps to suit certain hardware unless you go custom which is the way forward

I have Focus mk3 which has the same engine 1.6L Ecoboost with x47r :) It is so nice to see that people can not imagine a power like that from a focus. Which is look like diesel :D Thanks a lot man. Nice video

That thing is slow ..if you had 383 bhp....them tires would be spinning...more like 250 bhp!! Doesn't even seem fast.
That is the power it probably the way the camera is if u look on UA-cam u will see the car on dyno and u can see the figures

Why would you throw so much money in a little Ford Fiesta. That's insane AND DAMN AMAZING! And I am pretty sure the gear box etc got an upgrade cause that's a lot of torque damn.
I own a little 3 cylinder 1.0L with 100 hp. It's a Fiesta Titanium unfortunately. And the first thing I did was Stage 1 ECU tune by BR-Performance. The car went from 100 hp to 143 hp and from 170 nm of torque to 234 nm of torque. And I believe that was with 95 fuel. Now it's running on 98 fuel so it might be 145 hp. Next upgrades will be a Fox exhaust with ECE certification (it's a daily so I need to keep it legal lol XD) and a standard K&N filter. And that's all I am gonna do I think. I am just too scared to change more. Especially since I don't want to break my gear box. I might put lowering springs but I am still not sure because I have some nasty bumps in my neighborhood.
Hi the gear box wasn’t upgraded it was standard the only thing was the clutch

Absolutely not. The Fiesta ST wrecks German cars in corners and is a HELL of a lot cheaper to rebuild (unless you have a honda) if it fucks up than them too.

It’s a small 1.6L engine in these, so it takes a lot of work to make big power. Still, this car is running nearly 200hp over standard

You can get 380bhp on a s280 turbo. Laird performance pulled 440 on standard internals aswell😅
Rypix Media that would never do 380 when the s280 was only Compatible to do is 350 so extra 30hp u must modified it and u never get 440hp on stock internals that will not last long on stock engine when some company say up to 400hp on stock internals and if u won’t more power then that u need to forged the engine and plus all dyno are different so if u put my car on laird performance dyno it would be over 400hp

Yes he does.. he says 215nm Stock and 427nm now.
It is making 240nm stock and 290nm with overboost.. So "only" an increase 127nm over stock and almost 200hp.. but less tourque is more in a fwd car.. just look at hondas

Yes it’s a big turbo and when the engine is forged then it would be stage 5 and but for now it’s half of stage 5 that what he said but now since this video is done the engine has been done so now it’s stage 5

@@saxovtr270 even if it does make the stated power, it will be dependant on outside temps etc. A few Dyno runs mean nothing with all due respect. People say they want more HP, but actually what they are really saying is they want more torque. So many people map these 1.6 eco boosts and the maps completely take away low down torque and pile it in the mid range. This car probably only puts out 400nm, the same as a stage 2, stage 3 and stage 4 map. Hell even my mk8 fiesta st puts out 390nm and it delivers it further across the Rev range. It’s all about torque. HP is at redline only.
@@painauchocolate2395 yes that is true it dose all depens on the weather ouside and it all depens where u are from we have higher power then some other counties and we have higher octane then other counties and that for the mk8 stage1 is the same power as stage2 mk7 and pumaspeed toque is lot less then other maps out there to save the gear box as to much toque on the mk7 gear box will not last long i have seen on the mk 7 even more toque then mine but then the gear box will not last long
