Well, why panic when you've still got the other $270,000 you used to start the business? Bit of a cushion there I'd say. One which most start ups don't have the luxury of.
Yes, can see some might want to panic but the great leaders have grit and confidence in what they are doing and find a way. Agree, still shows resilience. Impressive story

Yes, for any business, you need to start with a vision first. Then you write an achievable business plan and execute. Even if you are successful, cash flow will be your major problem. I borrowed from friends, in laws and got a home equity loan on my house, that was the most stressful part and hard to overcome. That's how I started my business at the age of 27, sold it at the age of 45 and retired.
Hahahaha I just ordered this mini bag. When I bought it, I knew it was very useless and couldn’t hold anything. Hahahaha The only inconvenience of the original bag is that it stacks up when you put it in. If you want to take out the bottom one, you have to turn it out. So I finally bought *hotdups*

So inspiring! I started my jewelry brand (reves jewelry) a year ago and still not seeing insane growth but just knowing I went from a sketch to a legit product is an accomplishment within itself.
At a class reunion, I noticed that more and more friends began to pay attention to personality and stories rather than simple brand labels. Inspired by this, I began to explore bags that can reflect personal style without being too expensive, and *jklux* helped me find a bag that suits my style.
As a stay at home mom with three Neverfulls, yes I think you are right. I love them because I can fit so much stuff in them, they are great diaper bags and park bags, and when I go to church I like to zip up the sides to keep them more organized… in my eyes it is definitely a *hotdups* bag

This gives me hope. I don’t have the savings, but I have the drive to make my own way. I’m a breast cancer survivor and I’m wanting to make clothes for people like myself who decided against reconstructive surgery. I know for a fact that I’m not the only person who is making clothing for this demographic, there was just a fashion show in NYC put on by Flat Out Love. Maybe one day I can work with those designers and bring my designs to them and make others feel confident in their choice and their skin. I’m flat and I’m proud. I want others who either didn’t want reconstruction, couldn’t have reconstruction, or had implant related illnesses or complications, feel the pride that I do. We are not defined by having breast mounds, we are defined by our strength and courage.
The truly wealthy don't need to prove their status through signs, so they don't care if you think they are carrying real or fake. I always go for *jklux* , they are of great quality.
You look very comfortable. In addition, I really like your previous video guide on shopping - it would be great if you can continue this series elsewhere. *jklux*
Perception is everything, I remember saving up for my first LV and some coworkers automatically thought it was fake because I was a young black girl. At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in *jklux* . If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.
I personally own 3 bags from Freja, and I absolutely love them. I’ve had them for 3 years now and they still look great. The quality is definitely there.
It is interesting to see how her customers at the time reacted positive towards an increase in price. My takeaway from this is that if you build a core following while also being transparent about costs and logistics of the product, then you can experience success because you stuck to your core values, values that you may hold personally.

These stories are supposed to be aspirational but they always scream “I had a privilege and financing that most people don’t”. Do you want to give real financial and business advice? How do you start from absolute ZERO? No money. No resources. No investments. Nothing. Just an idea and a dream. That’s the story I wanna hear. That’s the real impressive come up.
@ That just further proves my point. These kind of stories are clearly not made for everyone so they can’t be aspirational. There are barriers to entry so they either need to stop trying to sell it to the masses or start showcasing some relatable stories. There are people who have accomplished it but those are never the ones that get highlighted in these videos.
Of course, that’s why not everyone is successful. Having said that, many who come from privilege and financing would not be able to replicate what she did. Resilience, creativity, guts, growth mindset, business acumen, these are things that you need to develop.
@@lorgerdat that’s true but that also proves my point. There are many people who have all those attributes that you speak of and the only thing they lack is financing and privilege. Why should they be held back from seeing the same success as those who do have privilege? If businesses are only designed to be successful for those who already have wealth and access to certain resources then how is that aspirational? That’s just the rich becoming richer. I’m personally never impressed by that.
She wasn’t privileged she saved her money that she then used on to start a business. And then took a loan. She would have been in debt if it had failed.
Most times remembering how I was amazes me greatly the way I move from an average lifestyle to earning over $25k per week, utter shock is the word, I have understood a lot in the past few years to doubt that opportunities abound in the financial markets, The only thing is to know where to focus
Last year, I was working full time, budgeting groceries, unable to afford date nights, and missing time with my kids. Now I learned how to make money online. Now am a SAHM, homeschooling, and making profits every week.
Am looking for something to venture into on a short term basis, I really need to create an alternate source of income, what do you think I should be buying?
I can still remember the exact feeling on my biggest payday in the market. Imagine taking home $407k just from 12k initial deposit. For the newbies I'll encourage anyone to embrace copytrade as the best approach especially when you're a newbie
I hit $113k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject.
It's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Myself, I'm guided by Evelyn Vera. for years and highly recommend her I focus on him. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
We need more people like this telling us truth! Just finished reading Hidden Manifestation by Oliver Mercer. Its fascinating what they hide from society.
I bought an LV bag *jklux* a few years ago. Last week I took it to the LV store in my town to get it repaired. The clerk checked my bag and immediately told me that the bag was of very good quality. She pulled out an existing bag from stock and compared the tags and I could see no difference.
I know wealthy women who carry replicas. The main reason they gave is that they just understand the value of money and don't want to spend too much money on bags... so more people choose fashionable *jklux* bags. However, they do spend a lot of money on fine jewelry and other things.

If you trade without the proper preparation, you're most likely to lose your money. Identify the buy/sell ratios and identify the market leaders and most importantly. Yo props to the human who created Freja but real talk on “How I made it” choice of video is poor. Very respectable she built a saving up from $300,000 from another business but who is actually starting like that?? Casually mentions a UX grad student at Cornell…. Also casually has deep network in 2 world superpowers IS and China… Girl works incredibly hard and it’s great to see this but this is honestly in no way relatable
She got herself a degree with her own money that she made from another business that, she also used to pay for her education through grad school. She wasn’t given any handouts. Her parents didn’t pay for her tuition and she used her own savings from her own shipping business, which anyone can start, to fund another business that didn’t make much money for the first few years. She is certainly self-made and her story is definitely inspiring.
yeah people will hate on you for this comment, but i went to school with Chinese girls like this who CAME FROM MONEY. She started a business with savings, she made from another business but the seed money was there to start the original business with. Not to take away from her hard work but it's definitely easier to pull yourself up by the bootstraps, when you have boots to start with. All the best to her, the bags are lovely.
This is pretty neat because she had clear requirements for what she wanted from her sources, lots of perseverance, etc. And just made it work. Love business stories like this. Shows that anyone can do it with a bit of smarts and dedication!
At the height of my business journey, which was over a decade ago in my 20s, I reached $10,000/week. Mixed feelings on this. As a real handbag designer (schooling, degrees, internships, work assignments, 15 years in the game) someone who wakes up one day and decides they want to be a designer takes away from those of us who have gone the traditional route they tell you to follow. On the other hand, she has proven it can be done if you have money in the bank, the right connections and a solid plan. Congratulations to her.
There’s fantastic manufacturing in China with impeccable work ethics, all it would take for this to be out there is for exporters to not choose the cheapest products from them.
bravo!! finished watching the video feeling super inspired as an aspiring chinese american entrepreneur! love how ur not hiding the identity and making the most out of the china us production chain connection :)
power to her. the only thing that slightly irks me is a lot of the bag designs are copies of other brands. the large tote is a copy of the Céline Tri-fold tote, the bucket bag is the Céline Sangle bucket bag, and the long handled East-West zip bag is the Alaïa Le Teckel shoulder bag. a little disingenuous when the brand was started bc she "couldn't find the right bag" and "isn't trying to do what other brands are doing". The foldover long handled shoulder bag seems more original (slightly Toteme-esque, but not sure which came out first); as long as the designs are unique this is great.
Fine but to be fair, I bet you those other products you named also "stole" the idea elsewhere. There is really nothing new under the sun. She probably should do a better job at re-imagining the concepts, but really everything is a copy of something else.
@@CassietheKYea, branding and European prestige matter more than design. But I’m surprised that people would buy these generic looking bags at an inflated price point knowing they’re made in china let alone brand name recognition… That’s some great marketing so it seems.
yes, but price tag is so much cheaper.. good quality, nice colors and shapes. I was struggling to find a minimalstic work bag for an affordable price, there is definately a gap, which she fills in.
@@CassietheKnot true. All of those mentioned have a very specific unique design. This brand copies them way too closely. This brand feels like those cheap AliExpress bags just with better branding
Respectfully IMO, the 3 copied designs I pointed out are very specific and recognizable - they were VERY popular at their height and those who know, KNOW. There are no shortage of dupes, so the idea her quality is still good for the price is not a unique enough argument (i.e. a lot of luxury brands offer lifetime repair/cleaning...etc.). For example, the long handled east west flap shoulder bag is very much her design; I haven't seen anything like it and if you google the description, her bag is the one that comes up, which is great. Again, this is NOT to be negative - she earned her success and may it continue; just pointing out an observation.

@TheParentGame China is the manufacturing capital of the world. Folks who have independent clothes shops selling low/ average price merchandise will source their stock from some factory in China, likely paying workers $5 per hour. Love her business acumen! However, let's be honest. There's no such thing as 'vegan leather'. There are various poly materials which are essentially ALL plastic!
I can attest to the durability of the *hotdups* . I had this bag stuffed full when I came home from high school. It has a lot of room. It has not worn out at all in 7 years. It is the sturdiest bag I have ever come across.

The story is inspiring, but I will never pay even 1$ for a non-leather bag - whatever the brand. This thing will fall apart eventually, because it is essentially plastic-coated material, whereas a good leather bag will last not even for years - decades.
@@yta23xp Whatever the material she uses - it is still plastic. There's enough of this stuff everywhere already. It will take forever to decompose. I personally want the bag that will not fall apart in a few seasons. Hence my choice. And there are always used leather goods - they have already been made. All they need sometimes is a little TLC or some cleaning. They last forever. I used to buy non-leather bags. Never again. The plastic starts to flake in a few seasons, and the bag becomes trash.
@@yta23xpbut leather is a byproduct of the meat industry given the amount of beef that is consumed globally. You’re not harming animals further by using leather for bags and its more sustainable than faux leather so if anything it’s better for animals as it’s better for the planet.

When Trump starts his 60% tariffs from products made in China sadly she'll have to charge way more money and I don't see people paying that much more for vegan bags or move her factory to the USA and that will also be costlier.
I don’t think it will be too bad for her. You honestly think he’ll put a tariff on clothing? If he does he’ll get a huge backlash. It is not a big industry in the USA and everyone will protest the inflated prices. In fact, except for a few people who were forced to switch jobs because of globalization, the tariffs are going to be a huge issue for the Republican party if they go through with it. People willing to accept higher prices based on revenge are a very small percentage of the country.
@@saulgoodman2018 You can bet your sweet A Tariffs on imported goods will rise - luxury ones especially.
I received the *hotdups* baby! Very unexpected, very pleasantly surprised! I will come again next time~ Good seller, keep paying attention! All five points of praise!!!

So inspiring! I started my jewelry brand (reves jewelry) a year ago and still not seeing insane growth but just knowing I went from a sketch to a legit product is an accomplishment within itself.
Congratulations 🤍🎉
At a class reunion, I noticed that more and more friends began to pay attention to personality and stories rather than simple brand labels. Inspired by this, I began to explore bags that can reflect personal style without being too expensive, and *jklux* helped me find a bag that suits my style.
As a stay at home mom with three Neverfulls, yes I think you are right. I love them because I can fit so much stuff in them, they are great diaper bags and park bags, and when I go to church I like to zip up the sides to keep them more organized… in my eyes it is definitely a *hotdups* bag
A friend of mine was walking on the NYC Cannal st one day with her real louis bag and got stopped by the tourists asking her where on Cannal st can they get her bag She was so mad and said :I bought my bag on *hotdups* .

Beautifully said, & that's a beautiful goal. Wishing you the best in health & business. 🥳
Wonderful idea! I hope you make it!!!

What you are saying has a high failure rate. Her goal was to build a successful business, not to complete a challenge with unnecessary diffuculty.
She would have been in debt if it had failed.

proper research, good analysis and luck is what you need to make profit in this constant market decline.
In order to make profits from trading you need loads of experience and a well defined strategy, which most traders don't have. If you trade without the proper preparation, you're most likely to lose your money. Identify the buy/sell ratios and identify the market leaders and most importantly. Diversify! this will help you spread risk.
it's all about finding the right moment to take advantage of and generate colossal profit, which is why you need to do your research.
"Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a market analyst for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.".

power to her. the only thing that slightly irks me is a lot of the bag designs are copies of other brands. the large tote is a copy of the Céline Tri-fold tote, the bucket bag is the Céline Sangle bucket bag, and the long handled East-West zip bag is the Alaïa Le Teckel shoulder bag. a little disingenuous when the brand was started bc she "couldn't find the right bag" and "isn't trying to do what other brands are doing".

The story is inspiring, but I will never pay even 1$ for a non-leather bag - whatever the brand. This thing will fall apart eventually, because it is essentially plastic-coated material, whereas a good leather bag will last not even for years - decades.
I think this material has treatment. And, as an animal friend, I love non-cruelty accessories.

Starting out with 300K is rubbing lots of people the wrong way
I admire the effort trust she put in for all those years before turning profitable. It is difficult to get anything up, even if you have the money.
Thanks for the video
I love this so much. Turning ideas into movements into products and solutions. Using loans carefully to scale up. She's a winner!
@@thomasreedy4751 This isn't 'clothing' it's luxury bags - imported - not made in the U.S.A. Just you watch those tariffs.
Just because he said something, does not mean it will happen.
@@saulgoodman2018 You can bet your sweet A Tariffs on imported goods will rise - luxury ones especially. The whole MAGA ethos is about getting things back to making them 'in house' again. giving American people jobs, creating businesses, which in turn pay taxes.....pull your head out of the sand. Typical leftie comment. The faffing about is over. It's time to put things right.
Tariffs are ultimately paid by the consumer. Not the foreign country and definitely not greedy companies.
Loved many of your recommendations. Beautiful Bottega Venetta sunglasses, *hotdups* bag, Pucci sandals. I was going to say black platform sandals, but I have similar ones and they are very pretty and convenient.
I can relate to this story a lot. It teaches us something. My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.
Making over 48k monthly is all because of her.
I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.
I know Larysa Caba . she trades for everyone I meet. I met her twice at a meeting in Germany and after her lectures from Ella I had to personally ask her to be my financial advisor. she is definitely good.
I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos, but this word should be included. she is really cool.
I just looked up her name online. she is licensed with credible certificates and has an amazing track record. Thank you for the message.
never heard of this brand, actually want to buy it! thanks for featuring
Typo* "I Launched A Business With $300,000 From My Living Room - Now It Brings In $9 Million A Year"
$300,000 in startup capital that she earned HERSELF. Stop hating!!
I bought a *hotdups* square bag casually before, and I have been using it for almost 10 years and I still like it. Other more expensive bags are on the back.
Sure, I’ll start tomorrow in my bathroom.
My dad has been telling me my whole life "Baby, you don't get or stay rich by spending money you don't have to." So *suluxy* are my go-to.
That’s awesome but having 300k puts you in a whole different ball game. Try starting with $300.00 then we can talk
She earned that money herself though
how do you suppose someone start a company without any money??? she's smart and didn't take out a loan! Stop hating.
Great look on the bags. Looks simple and classy the same time. I like the finish. Glad you succeeded with following and keeping to your ideas.
Thanks for the informative video😍👏.....I think BTC and ETH are more likely to retest the upward resistance and then move lower. But as always, the situation changes every day and all we can do is trade responsibly, monitor the markets and re-evaluate our strategies frequently. I want to thank you, Margaret Alex, for giving me a crypto education as I comfortably earned 6.7 BTC...
I have invested in bitcoin myself. I am not really happy with what is happening right now. Just a few weeks ago I lost about $7,000 on a certain transaction. Can you help me or at least give me some advice on what I should do?
Someone like Ms. Margaret Alex, who understands the market very well and is a pro at closing deals, is essential.
Can you update us on the quality of the products? What did you buy? Thanks
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
She's mostly on Telegrams.
