I had gotten a notification that game theory had released a new video, but my excitement disappeared once I saw it, and it turned into the thickest tears I have ever cried. I still can't get over it. I have rewatched it over and over, even wating some of my favorite videos from the theory Channels, but now that I know jt ks ending, I can't help but cry. We will miss you such matpat. Even though I never met him, he made up so much of my life. Also, what got me through many harsh times I can laugh when I watch one of their videos. Believe it or not, they got me through the pandemic. It's never going to be the same. I am crying while I write this. Remember his words, "It's just a theory... A GAME THEORY"

From what I gathered in his farewell, he's still CEO and stuff, he's just passing off the torch to his talented staff. The dude's nearly 40 years old. I didn't cry at the video, but I felt his words. He truly loved his time on the platform, and now he wants to let his "kids" take over and do what they do best. If I were in his shoes, I'd be emotional too. I couldn't care less he was crying in the video, he meant what he said. It's truly the end of an era for him, and like Stan Lee in the MCU, we can still be excited to see him make cameos in videos moving forward. It may hurt now to see him go, but legends never die.
