8:33 I love this one because of that quote. "That actually is pretty funny". It shows that the Joker always has to get the last laugh, even if the "joke" is at his expense
3:44 a little more in depth explanation why Superman killed Joker: Joker released a new experimental fear toxin on Superman which caused him to think his pregnant wife, Lois, was Doomsday. Superman threw his wife and child into the sun while the nuke was being detonated so Superman couldn’t stop the nuke and he snapped. That’s why the Joker is not to be taken lightly.
It goes a little farther than that. Joker actually had a pulse reading device implanted in Lois, and the nuke was primed to go off when her pulse stopped, so when Superman accidentally killed Lois, he also triggered the nuke.
Maybe but in my book the Joker's not to be taken lightly because he will chase you down merrily while laughing with a knife protruding from his eye socket. No thank you please. The joker was oddly comfortable with it and that makes me uncomfortable

I thought lois and their kid's deaths were ambiguous in the sense that we know superman killed them under the influence of the fear toxin, but I assumed it was just like, okay so he just killed them really quickly since he's so strong. but jesus, imagine being lois, an average human with no possibility of defending herself against clark, getting grabbed by her husband and then flown into the sky, and then into space, with no way of surviving the atmosphere. just resigning yourself to the fact that there's nothing you can do to save yourself or your own child.

What I like about Joker is he doesn't care if he gets hurt, he gets flung around frickin laughing also WTH ON 12:08 HOW DOES HE EVEN FALL LIKE THAT IF THERE IS A FLAG IN HIS NECK WHERE DOES THE FLAG GO?
Joker is one sick man, and I belive he knows it, making it truly that much more dark. Throughout the batman feud he knows bats won't kill him, meaning that he can do what he pleases as bats tortures himself with his own moral code, he can attempt a genocide and bats won't kill him, he can destroy half the world and bats won't kill him, he knows that if bats ever does kill him, he wins, but bats not killing him last allows him to technically win everytime, thus unless joker is to die out of batmans hands (like we saw here) he will always win again the dark knight, and it's that kind of intelligence that makes joker truly insane, knowing his enemy well enough to know he won't die due to his rivals moral code? That like a free pass to keep on torturing and killing. And if he does die? He breaks his enemy's moral code, which can lead to HIM going insane, like we saw in injustice 2 with evil superman.
I'd argue that it's not really a moral stance that prevents batman from killing the joker. A personal code, or even simple ego, but not morality. Morality would dictate that at some point batman would have to stop judging the life of a single psychopath to be equal to hundreds of thousands of victims. the line in the sand or line I can't cross argument seems monumentally stupid to me, like they do it once and they are doomed to spiral widely out of control? is every soldier doomed to become a deranged killer? does every jury who's handed down the death penalty become a bunch of spree killers? you eat one cookie and you'll end up 600lbs unable to leave your bed under your own power.
In mask of the phantasm or how ever you write it joker doesn't die. That takes place in the animated series universe just like batman beyond! THAT'S MY OPINION
4EverGamer X I'd say your incorrect. Sure if the entire justice league attacked him they would win, but any alone would lose (except maybe superman, with supes and Batman it's extremely hard to call who would win, a single factor could shift the entire battle in ones favor). Batman defeated the entire league when they were infected by joker toxin all at once. Of course the joker toxin made them a bit weaker, but still Batman was able to use his contingencies with perfect precision. Batman could probably take down some of them paired together, but not a pair like superman and Martian man hunter, but it would not be a easy fight in the slightest. The justice league could defeat Batman in many circumstances, but Batman can also defeat the justice league in many circumstances. For a guy with no powers Batman is immensely powerful.
J99 kryptonite bullets. Also in the comics, ra-sha-goul, beat the entire justice league by stealing all of batmans backup plans for the justice league.
I'm sorry Batman, but Joker needs to be stopped. For his crimes of murder and being a blight on Gotham. Killing him would actually bring peace to Gotham and discourage other bad guys from being a problem. It's not murder if you're defending a city of innocent people from the Joker.
the thing with superman is it is referenced many times in the cartoon versions mainly that he is always fighting the temptation to just be judge jury and executioner and just take over the earth and destroy all villians, they tend me make superman a tad less moraly risky in the live action version of him making him either never kill just still use all force needed to subdue to the super boy scout who pulls back as much as he can while still keeping people safe and being the one who stops to help old ladies cross a street.
Wtf are you talking about in Mask of the Phantasm? First off, while Joker's fate is left ambiguous, Andrea doesn't die because we actually see that she survived. And we know Joker survives because that film is officially part of the DC Animated Universe canon and the actual death of the Joker is covered in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. It was a cool scene, but doesn't belong on the list.
I admit I have a soft spot for Mr.J....I get stirings and i hate getting stirings but this actually seems pleasant. The joker has been my favorite villain since I was a kid and even then I felt like I understood the clown prince but sadly he's fictional...which is a also a good thing as Well... I'll never forget the times he made me laugh and I'll never forget the first time I ever heard his beautiful spine chilling laugh....damn why do i get stirings for people like him?
robrua I know he's a murderer but people treated him differently even before he fell into the acids. people made him the way he is the acids just mutated him and changed his state of mind...dont judge people by their looks or their actions...judge them for who they are....Mr.J was just like you &me before but because he was different he was treated like an outsider. Don't blame joker for his current lifestyle...blame the people who made him this way.
Honestly, joker has taken so many lives. The death penalty is the most morally correct penalty for such a criminal. A killer has to be stopped, otherwise more lives will be lost. Batman is foolish for allowing the Joker to live, knowing that he will escape and cause more lives to be ruined. Justice has to be served. Execution for murdering, in the court of law, is not a crime. Indifference to taking measures to ensure public safety, IS. Albeit Einstein, a jew who escaped Hitlers rule once said: "To remain silent and indifferent, is the greatest sin of all."
Damn, I saw the first one when I was like 5. New memories unlocked. Also damn, even before the internet was the world's babysitter there was nobody checking what children were watching huh
The thing about superman is that he is a saint in paradise. Not killing people is a matter of physical restrain not emotional restraint. He has NOTHING to fear from most of his villains. Even if he messes up it is not him and his loved ones on the line, because he can tank nukes. Batman has to constantly contrain himself even in the face of his own demise. In essence he goes into every situation assuming he will be killed. This is why Supermanm, when faced with genuine mortal peril such as injustice and his enslavement to Darkseid; becomes more aggressive and totalitarian. Why the concept of killing is no longer an option but a necessity. To be clear he IS a good guy. He has the power to choose violence and CHOOSES not to. THAT is a good guy. But he is still a saint in paradise.
I really like all the foreshadowing Arkham city does right off the bat, like in the opening Catwoman scene you see the painting of the man carrying his dead brother (idk who they are I never remembered the Bible story) then in the end Batman carrys the joker out of the theater and you see the headline of "Joker The Immortal" which really cuts deep, that and the jokers phone call in the credits that makes me cry every time I hear it.
Joker: needs cure to live Batman: Is holding cure in hand Joker: *Stabs Batmans arm holding the cure* Batman: *Drops cure* Joker: *Suprised Pikachu face*

3:32 Batman V Superman in a nutshell.
The most fitting would be for him to be tortured by a mass mob of people he hurt and their families.
I thought Andrea was gonna say "Joker you owe me 16 dollars"
Batman the Animated Series:
So dark, they animated it on black paper
In mask of the phantasm or how ever you write it joker doesn't die. That takes place in the animated series universe just like batman beyond!
THAT'S MY OPINION
Aint' your Opinion, it's true. Even Justice Leauge/Unlimited take place in the same cannon. He's in them, iirc.
Actually it’s a fact. U got it rite dood
If you think about it batman is one of the most powerfull having ways to defeat all the members of the justice league
4EverGamer X look up batmans contingency plans, he has one for everyone including himself
Alex M Ra's al Ghul*
J99 that's a contradiction you can't be powerful and not have powers.
Batman 1989- Thats the best Joker Death
I think my grandmother went to high school with the guy who played the Joker in that one
I'm sorry Batman, but Joker needs to be stopped.
For his crimes of murder and being a blight on Gotham.
Killing him would actually bring peace to Gotham and discourage other bad guys from being a problem.
It's not murder if you're defending a city of innocent people from the Joker.
"That actually is... Pretty funny" He sounds like Junkrat lol
SpoonOfPower ikr joker sounds like junkrat and junkrat even looks kinda like him
8:37 Got the Corona or somethin?
2022 :
Pretty funny
2022 : it only was 2019 2021 and 2022
WE DONT TALK BAUT 2020
the thing with superman is it is referenced many times in the cartoon versions mainly that he is always fighting the temptation to just be judge jury and executioner and just take over the earth and destroy all villians, they tend me make superman a tad less moraly risky in the live action version of him making him either never kill just still use all force needed to subdue to the super boy scout who pulls back as much as he can while still keeping people safe and being the one who stops to help old ladies cross a street.
See ,I'm not a monster. I'm just ahead of the curve.
lets put a smile on that face
Emil Popescu
joker is the reason why I watch Batman
When the chips are down... these "civilised" people... they'll eat each other.
Spider-Man
I'm watching Prisoner of Azkaban right now on my DVD.
It's kinda my favorite you see.
Super-Man: *punches a hole through Joker*
Joker: “Now THATS a punchline!”
Not to mention, Andrea is later hired by Waller to kill Terry's parents in JLU so that he would become the next Batman, which she refused to do.
And the Joker is seen scores of times in later episodes after that movie took place.
Dark night returns 2....
Joker death was epic ..
I love how even when the joker is literally getting killed he still goes “hehe I make joke”
Animegirl &otaku x3 cause we're all mad here
John Velasquez the mad hatter God true but then why is joker treated like a monster even though we can all relate to his insanity?
Death
Animegirl he is a murderer he kills people and feels no guilt about it thats why hes treated like a monster not because of his insanity
robrua I know he's a murderer but people treated him differently even before he fell into the acids. people made him the way he is the acids just mutated him and changed his state of mind...dont judge people by their looks or their actions...judge them for who they are....Mr.J was just like you &me before but because he was different he was treated like an outsider. Don't blame joker for his current lifestyle...blame the people who made him this way.
Bro the neck part got me the way he snaps snaps his neck that hurted
the best thing when superman can't take it anymore so he kill the Joker
Christopher Sainduc n9 the best thing is when batman tellls a joke a joker laughs
Faniel Bacon really he say that loll
Funny how 4 out of the 5 on this list were Mark Hammil
Cool Video bro!
10:58 MOST TERRIFYING JOKER FACE
1:25 The Joker laugh at the end Mask of the phantasm is the best joker laugh in history
0:58 who's OG enough to know this movie
12:31 the young child regained all of his sanity right then and there because she hugged him and his hormones went crazy
No.
Albeit Einstein, a jew who escaped Hitlers rule once said:
"To remain silent and indifferent, is the greatest sin of all."
12:50 that's as so funny when he started flipping around Lol I laughed so hard 😂😂
my favorite is when Tim Drake kills him I LOVE Robin so he deserves it I was happy that he's ok but feel really bad for killing but for a good reason
THE SILLER I FELT BAD IN ALL CUZ I LOVE JOKER
I remember watching return of the joker when I was like 6 and it gave me nightmares for years

Matthew Let's play/chat
12:42 only people who watch gotham would have their mind blown
3:20
"And kills him in an instant"
*superman smashes joker with car*
Oof
Oow
DIO: First you donutted the Joker then you rip off my ROAD ROLLER DA!! Do you have no shame

I think jokers heartbeat was wired to a nuke so by killing joker he detonated a nuke

Crabman Moe, in the Batman games I can hang people upside down... that can easily kill someone... and it’s insanely painful too
