A little tip about the light coconut cream! The only thing different about the “light” and regular version is added water. So go ahead and get the regular version if you want and add water to make twice the amount of light coconut cream! You could double the recipe or just have some coconut cream left over for another recipe :)

@@Maya-ig9kx I think it's generally a good idea to check the ingredients of canned goods. Sugar is often added to canned things when it's not really necessary (or you could add it yourself later, if need be). Obviously canned stuff usually needs some sort of stabilizers and preservatives, but there's usually no reason for there to be added salt or sugar anyway. But in general, that is very true. The "fat phobia" that started a few decades ago is still here in full force, but people forget that you either get flavor through fats or added sugars, so yeah, you end up with "low fat" versions that are insanely high in sugar instead.
My weight loss journey has been such a roller coaster. I'm feeling very overwhelmed and I just decided to start here. Thank for making everything so simple.
When you cut sugar and then go back, you realise how sugary your drinks were. I used to have 2 sugars in my tea and cut it out and omg I cannot even stomach any sugar in tea just tastes like syrup😅
I agree and I also water down other drinks to. Example I love Iced tea and water that down by having 1/4 cup iced tea and the rest water with a slice of lemon!

just when I was about to feel guilty about eating chips tonight you've said " I've eaten what I want and but in smaller portions ". followed that, appreciate the advice and the video :)
So what I've learned from this is to use smaller plates. How long did it take for you to reduce your meals to this size or did you pretty much reduce to this size straight away? I like that you still had a sweet treat at night. I always feel like I want something sweet after dinner so that chocolate pot looks just right for the job. My biggest problem is that when I like something, I want more of it. How did you stop overdoing the binges if you did do binges?
This is almost exactly what I ate today without having watch the video! 😱 (oats, rye bread and panang) -> I'm on the right track while eating things I love 👏😍
1 mouthful of water by weight I worked out to be 3 times a day adding up to in one year, around 20kg! If you consider one extra bite per meal or one less bite, that is a difference of 40kg! With just right in the middle. Thats -20kg + 20Kg = 40 in 2 bites! This is only a guide. As the amount stored by sugar and fat etc in one bite is only a percentage, say 25% or 33% for example and thus 3 extra bites would be 100% of ONE BITE being put on in weight. So in one year you can lose or GAIN Weight based upon a few extra bites MORE or LESS. And Goldielocks Zone is in the middle. Or is that a ball park? How much can you bear? 3 Bites your Out!
You are soooooo beautiful! Thanks for the awesome content you are producing to help others. I enjoy your channel I have lost 15 pounds but it has taken me 2 months and I have 40 more to go.
Haha same here, incredibly similar to what I do, except I eat a vegetarian diet, so I‘d swap out the chicken. Bread for lunch is my absolute go-to, so filling and delicious!
I think most people would be really hungry after the snack and lunch, mainly because of the lack of protein. Half an avocado may be 2 or 3 grams of protein. Any human should minimally be getting .83 grams of protein X their body weight in kg. (This is the World Health Organization calculation just to maintain muscle mass. Not a bodybuilder calculation.)
Hi Lucy, could you please repeat the first ingrediant in the recipe of chicken. I did not understand the first one, the thai something. Thank you very much.

Thank you so much 😀 x
Is your necklace an organic molecule or is it just my inner chemist taking over?🤣
😂🙌🏻 it’s a molecule of adrenaline!
@@lucylismore Love it!
Today I tried your dinner recipe and it was very tasty, thanks! 😊
Oh and I also did the banana with peanutbutter and cinnamon and it was deliciousss!
Great video! Yes please to more.
Hey Lucy hope ur having a great day💙💜❤️✌️

Im new here i love your vid🥰❤️❤️ thank for inspiring us
Thank you so much ❤️
Would love to see more recipes like the chicken one. Looks delicious 😋
More to come soon then! Thank you ❤️
You are soooooo beautiful! Thanks for the awesome content you are producing to help others. I enjoy your channel I have lost 15 pounds but it has taken me 2 months and I have 40 more to go.
Super similar to me! Except some small changes (I’m vegan for the animals) 💚🌱 13kg down. 👍🏼
Amazing, congratulations!!! xxx
This is morning inspiration
Can you. Please guide about fat loss diet
Hi Lucy, could you please repeat the first ingrediant in the recipe of chicken. I did not understand the first one, the thai something. Thank you very much.
Thai red curry paste xx
@@lucylismore Great thank you :-)
The food looks yummy 😊🤩 though the portions are very tiny 😊 but if that feels enough, then it's ok :)
Thank you 😋, they were definitely smaller portions than I had been used to but I was overeating by a lot previously I learnt. heart😅❤️
