    Over the last several years I have completely changed my entire life by losing 30 Kgs and finding a passion in bodyweight training. In this video I show where I have come from and what got me there, to where I am today! If you are interested in losing weight and getting fitter and stronger, but like I was, are unsure of what the best way to do it is then hopefully this video can give you the motivation or ideas to make that change today! I am so happy I have been on this journey and experienced all of the battles and emotions that come with a weight loss and fitness transformation as it has enabled me to help others who are just like me!

    COVID-19 Workout Progress
    Started: 72 kg (4/24/2020)
    Current: 64 kg (9/29/2020) - im getting so close to my goal!!
    Goal: 62 kg

      I started at 75.8 kg 10/days ago.
      I cold turkey quiet ALL sugar products, walk 5 miles a day, eat 2 sometimes 3 meals a day (keto style) and have so far lost almost 3 kg. I want to drop to 60/65kg. I'm happy at 75kg but my belly is hideously jiggly. I can't stand it.

      Totally agree with you. I find it funny when a 20 something year old talks about weight... in my 20s, I was also thin and lean. Very different story after a baby. Good luck with your weight loss!

      @@beccathebeccanator1433 your body does change after having a baby. Every pregnancy is different. Some women’s bodies cling to fat to breast feed. No matter how healthy they eat.

      @@Lerammu same thing with me. It took longer than expected to lose weight and I was eating healthy and exercising. It was after breastfeeding that I dropped weight.

      @@beccathebeccanator1433 well, yes, but actually no *cue meme* when you're pregnant your body now has to not only sustain itself but grow a lil person too, so to cover all the nutrients n stuff required your body is like "hey feed me some more" and then you gain weight. So yes you gain weight bc you eat more, but you wouldn't NEED to eat more if it weren't for the baby. And quite often that baby weight sticks for a while for whatever reason (like one person said theirs stuck until after breastfeeding)

    I used to be the biggest couch potato. I didn't think I had the strength for this. But it turns out everyone has. It's a mind thing.

      ❌After losing over 100lbs in 5 months I realized When it comes to weight-loss so many people want quick results so they easily give up. When you gained all that weight, it didn't happen over night . its the same when losing your weight. Never give up. Stick to your goal and Be Patient with yourself 🔥🔥🔥

      @@ummisuleiman5704 it definitely was a wonderful year. Didn’t lose all the weight, but I started eating healthier, working out and met my boyfriend in August. In many ways it was my best year

      @@unicornvideo1239 I started 11/2019, so has been 1,5 years. In the beginning i counted calories at myfitnesspal, latter i just tried to consume more fiber/protein rich foods, control my portions and i weighted myself everyday to track if i'm making progress (not progress everyday, but weekly average progress)

      @@MrThomazSatiro I'm 60kgs and I hate working out. I have a high metabolism which means I don't gain as much but I've been eating unhealthy for so long I'm actually starting to gain more weight used to be 50kgs I'm 5'8 :/

      @@batnnefrancis4722 , the reason people join the gym and quit is because they hate that physicial activity. People should choose to play the sport they like ... more enjoyable way to lose weight

      Exactly, it makes such a massive impact on all areas of your life. I always say to people try so many different forms of exercise because ultimately moving more is exercising! There is no point dreading training if the gym is something someone doesnt enjoy because that will not be maintainable!

      @@lucylismore , I have never ever been to any gym but I have always lost weight when I start playing sports.
      I used to jog and I hated it and I didnt see much loss in weight.
      Its good that you enjoy gym. But not everyone is like you.

    I was at almost 82kg in October 2022, now I'm at 68kg in June 2023. I still have some weight to get rid off but I feel so proud of myself. I've never felt better than I do now. I feel more confident, my back doesn't hurt like it used to, I sweat less whenever I do sport or just walk outside... Finally ❤️

      I am 84kg and I want to get to 65 at least. I have been trying to lose fat ever since I can remember because I have always been fat. I jus always end up eating and losing motivation.       I am 78 and my goal is 55-60. About four months ago, I weighed 73 and lost 3 kilos in two days at the gym. Then restaurant and gym lockdown came here in my country and I had exams at school which added on my stress and I turned to comfort eating. I finished exams like two weeks ago and rn i am on holiday and I weigh 78. I try to diet but my parents do not support me and they keep all my favourite junk food in the house, knowing that it is tempting. My mom and I even got into a fight about it because I am too insecure to leave the house unless I am wearing extremely baggy clothes. I considered starving myself and consuming skinnu pills and realised that it was not worth it and that I should have faith in myself and I should be determined enough to reach my goal and I shouldn't allow anyone to slow me down. I started working out today and I was sweating my ass off. Hopefully by the end of 2021, I will reach my goal of being 55-60 kilos and eating more healthy food than junk.
      I hope you, me and all of our fellow weightloss members reach their goals and are satisfied and proud at the end and we will be able to easily lead a healthy life. Good luck to all!❤

      Emotional freedom technique, it is using the pressure point on the body with a technique to get rid of undesired emotions and behaviours. Look it up on youtube. There's tons of videos

    [edit] 2 weeks later (17th); 94 kg 🤨 -> i practiced a lot less, and ate a lot of chocolate, i became less motivated. but i’ll start my diet again on the 18th. i’ll keep posting.

    I was 165lbs
    Now 120lbs
    Lost in 5 months
    home work out every day for 30-45 min
    Just eating healthy food
    Drinking lots of warm water
    Before bed 2 cups of ginger, cinnamon water
    I was consistent and i did it ❤
    I look and feel great and proud of myself!!

    I was : 82 kg
    I am : 65.9 kg
    Goal weight: 55 kg
    Time frame : 82 to 63 kg in period of 12 months , then again reached 69 kg in lockdown and now again started the weight loss journey and have lost nearly 4kg in 1.5 months
    My strategies: calorie cut down
    I avoided all the chocolate, icecream and sweets, stopped eating rice and started filling myself with vegetables and fruits. It was tough and foods were tempting, but I remain consistent. I exercised for 2 hrs each day, I used to dance because I felt other exercise boring.
    Currently, I have cut down calories, too lazy to dance so I go for walks for 1.5-2hr and enjoy the nature listening my favourite audiobook or songs

    Update: I lost 1 kg, but I just exercised 2 times this week. I hope I do better this week.
    3 weeks update: I gainded 1 kg so I'm back at the starting point. Hope to do better

    I think one thing that isn’t stressed enough is how difficult those first few times (however many that may be) can be. Lots of people say “I started doing this every day” but not enough people say how much of those workouts they did initially, not enough people say that it’s ok if you don’t get to the end of the workout, if you’re not able to do it at the same pace as the person on the screen. I believe one of the things that gets most people down (I know it does me!) is feeling like a failure because they had to give up after 5 minutes or after the warm up or whatever that may be. I think we need to receive more positive reinforcement that it’s ok and that even if we fail after 5 minutes or doesn’t mean we should give up altogether.
    I know it can seem trivial but I know this has shattered my spirit countless times❤

      Hello! Now, I'm 21
      At the same age as you, I was also very fat
      So, I started dieting and everything!
      But you have to know that your health is the priority number one! NEVER FORGET THAT!
      You are still an adolescent, you are very young, you are still growing!
      Eat like you always do, but a little bit less and more healthier but don't starve yourself, sleep well, drink a lot of water while sporting. Be carefull to not hurt yourself.
      NEVER STARVE YOURSELF, NEVER ! I lose my period, stop growing, lose my hair while starving myself for losing my weight...
      Now, I eat everything (not too much sugar and salt) and do sport to maintain and lose a little bit of weight also
      Wish you good luck ♥ You can do it ! But HEALTH FIRST hahaha ♥
      Do it slowly at first, then at your own rythm, don't force yourself. It's a competition with yourself, make sure to win it ;) You will see that with time, every exercise will become easier ;) FIGHTING ♥

      Control your portions is key. If you eat smaller meals, after a short while you'll get used to eating small meals and thereby consuming less calories overall in a day.
      As a petite person, I have to weigh my pasta as it's easier to misjudge how much I actually need.

    I am a 69 year old, 5' 11" guy. Sixteen weeks ago I weighed 106kg. I managed to find the motivation to lose weight. I totally changed my diet, bought an exercise bike and a home gym off ebay. Today I weigh 79.5 kg. My waist has gone from 42 to 30. My weight aim is under 75kg. Now I want to focus more on strength, stamina and agility. You are an inspiration in all this!

      @@MEJ224 Thank you for asking, sadly I have been diagnosed with mild depression which made it harder to continue on the weightloss. So right now my main focus is mental health. Doctor said I will need medication, psychotherapy but also to excercise. So I will give it the time it needs to create a rutine that works for me

      Set smaller intermediate goals for yourself. Like first goal 95kg, then 90kg. It's such a good feeling to hit the goals and move on to the next and it doesn't seem so hard as losing 35kg at once.

      Consistency is key... and very difficult sometimes when you aren't seeing results. Since I found calisthenics I enjoy exercising so much that everything else eventually became less of a focus, but the extra benefit was tht over time it worked! x

      It's a good idea to make changes you can stick to for the long term. If it's too restrictive or hard going, it's not sustainable. Think of whether you could stick to what you are eating, how much you are exercising and how you are exercising, for the rest of your life. (just to be clear though it could just be a couple of years or something and then you may want to switch to another exercise if it grows boring).
      Cheat days occasionally are cool too to limit restrictions. What's considered a cheat would depend on your diet. For me it would be sugar or high carb foods, but it could also be overeating. An occasional cheat doesn't hurt, it's only if you consistently cheat you'll have issues. ;)
      As stated in the video, consistency is key. If you happen to slip one day, going straight back to plan the next day instead of throwing in the towel is being consistent. Even on the same day. Say you were having coffee with a friend lunch time and couldn't resist a freshly baked cookie there, don't go ''oh I've already had that today, why not order a pizza and ice-cream for dinner'' just have your healthy dinner as planned.

      Consistancy is SO hard in every aspect of life. I finally feel like I have strong enough goals and desire to not give up as quick as I started this time, but the dedication daily, weekly etc to get to a new habit is insane! I can't think of the last real long lasting habit (that's healthy at least) that I've accomplished.

      Please remember your weight doesn't define your health or beauty or worthiness. It would be really wise to talk to a doctor about your goal weight and make sure it's the right goal for you. Also remember you may gain weight but it could be muscle if you're exercising. At your age its also very very very normal for fairly big fluctuations due to growth spurts. Good luck

      Hun, at your height 45 kg si not ideal. If you do workout at home, especially body weight exercises, you will gain muscle and muscle is actually heavier on the scale than fat. But you will shrink in volume. If you workout and eat healthier, 55 kg is a much much healthier goal. Good luck and believe in yourself!

    Say it louder for those in the back: cutting out food groups is not sustainable. You may gradually decrease the amount of carbs, fats, sugar and sodium, but most of you will end up missing those foods and won't be able to keep up on the long term.
    The most successful diet is simply a regime that doesn't feel like an obligation, it's a new lifestyle that should feel natural to you. You shouldn't be thinking "I must eat this and that for a few months then it will be over."
    You should be able to redefine your approach with food and love it. Absolutely love it.

      It would have been much better if I seen this specific *2WeightLossFast. Com* a couple of years back. I burned 12 pounds in three weeks up to now. There is certainly still need of exercises even only a few times a week and also the meals to eat must be best. It showed awesome results for me. Undeniably, this is strongly recommended and I also do hope this would work to you too simply because it did to me. .

    I started last February 2020 and somehow, the home quarantine, due to Covid19, helped me to lose weight! (cause I got nothing to do but to exercise at home)
    Starting Weight: 71 kgs
    Current weight: 64 kgs.
    Goal Weight: 58-60 kgs.
    Some are gaining lots of weight due to home quarantine (eat, sleep, repeat) So I took this time to cut the carb intake and installed a work out app. Keep on going ! Find and focus on your inspiration to keep going! Mine is my wedding this November. 💕

      hey i was 95 and my goal is 65! i lost 8kg in one month through intermittant alternate day fasting , which i found very easy but it stopped working after that. Managed to maintain that loss for 6 months but now need to take another run at it because those grams are creeping up again...hope you have stayed on track

    I went from 68kg to 58kg and then i started yoga.. and everytime i achieve a pose its just full happiness.. not because it helps me losing weight but because i enjoy what i do.     I lost weight 2 years ago when I started gymming and then slowly gained it all back when I stopped. It has taken a huge toll on my self esteem and I wish I could turn back time. I want to begin working towards my goal weight again, which is about 15-20 kgs lower than what I currently weigh. Sorry to jump on the bandwagon, but:
    1 like = 1 day of exercise and diet control.

I didn't, see this summer I really wanted to lose weight ( I was obese, 5'2 at 83kg ) and my father that happens to be a coach, helped me ( we don't live in the same country : went over to his country for help over the summer ) and I basically did cardio, cardio, cardio! I changed my diet but that doesn't mean anything extreme 🤣 like cutting out junk food, smaller portions ect, ect. Hoped this helped! But I also found results with emi Wong just follow her programs, she has so so many, be mindful of what you eat, and you'll get there! 💓

      @Beliectioner Zquad Hi.. i stopped eating sugar entirely and starches ,carbs like potatos, spaghetti ,pasta , pastry ,rice , bread which was very difficult at first due to our Algerian food we eat everything with bread...i've been on Omad diet for the most of the days..I did not do any exercises

I'm currently in my last year of high school so the stress can be a lot sometimes but I find having that control over my workout schedule and eating habits has really helped.       But it's absolutely recommendable to try leaving out sugar completely for a bit (let's say two weeks) because you learn to estimate the amount of sugar in particular kinds of food. Also you learn what sugar does to your body and how much it's worth it leaving it out.
      This is just my experience but right now I could not imagine not eating chocolate or marzipan or cookies (It's Christmas so yeah)

    Well cause everyone else is doing it, I’m gonna give it a shot too so that it keeps me accountable and consistent (I suck at consistency lol) I lost like 9 kgs but then due to some stuff I gained 3 kgs back and last couple months been awful but now as 2022 is just around the corner so I really need to get back on track of achieving my goal.     Edit: Sorry, haven't updated like I said, I'm currently at around 69.5 kg and let me tell you, PLEASE don't restrict your calories too much! When I've started I ate around 1500 calories per day despite exercising 5-6 days a week and eating that few calories will make your metabolism slow down! I've recently been starting to increase my calories by 100 every one or two weeks and feel wayyy better. For anyone that restricted their eating drastically like I did, I would recommend watching Natacha Ocèane's videos!!!!
    Despite getting away from that mindset of losing weight no matter how, I'm going to update this comment in the beginning of August :)

    I gained a lot of weight when the year started which only got worse during quarantine. My weight has always been between 75kg and 80kg. Finally started working out and changed my diet by the end of September.
    Weight on November 2020 - 87kg
    It's a slow progress but I'm being optimistic. I kind of fell off the wagon at the beginning of November because of the slow progress and I felt demotivated. But I decided to keep being consistent.
    After a month of working out, I've finally reached a stage where I'm actually looking forward to going to the gym and sweating it out! I mean a month ago, I dreaded that!😂

      @@mahan5368 i am eating healthier since 137 days.
      When i wake up (most of the time is at 7) i drink 2cups of worm water, after 30mnt of that i take my breakfast (a cup of milk 0%fat with cafe -here in Algeria we have a frensh breakfast- and 4 coockies).
      After 2hours, i take an Apple or another fruit.
      For lunch, (at 4) i cook vegetables with 200gr of chiken breast or beaf or fish with one spoon of olive oil and another spoon i made with it the sauce of salad, and a piece of bread the size of my hand but without mie.
      Ps: you can have red or brown lentils, white beans or other kinds of beans. For potatos you don't eat over one potato a day (+_ 150gr). When you cook rice (7 cooked spoons) don't eat bread with it. Of Corse no fries things or cheese over 40%fat.
      After 2hours, 7 pistachios or 7nuts, 7almonds. (Not salty)
      Dinner time, a big dish of salad with 60gr of tomatos tuna or 2 yogurs or 2fruits.
      Ps: drink at least 2L of water, but before eating with a half hour or after eating with a half hour.
      After loosing 10kgs you will have one day each week to eat whatever you wish 😎😍😎😍😎 (mine is saturday hhhhhh)
      I hope i didn't forget anything 🤔
      These days i am fasting, its ramadan and i am taking advange of it to loose more weight ❤

    Okay, this comment section is so motivating and enthusiastic , so I am 19, and most of my life I 've been overweight and then in school I had no friends and I developed ed , used to binge and hate myself ,I have decided to do this ,because I always used to say how much I want to be healthy and NOW I AM GONNA DO IT, LEAVING THIS UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN 2020 AND STARTING A NEW HEALTHY JOURNEY

    Currently, I am at the step where I have lost weight with eating healthier and working out daily. But I also am a student and I don’t have a lot of time to work out, about half an hour daily. I am starting to bore out of my workouts as it isn’t a challenge anymore. So I want to thank you for this very inspiring video, it seems like calisthenics would be something I really enjoy, with stronger goals and the type of strength that I want to have.

      Good luck honey, you can do it! I'm also gonna try to lose weight, but my weight rightnow is 78,1kg and my goal weight 65kg (I'm 172cm) ❤
