This is how I make sweet potato fries that are crispy not soft/mushy: For 2 lbs of sweet potatoes,.cut into fry shape pieces, toss 1 Tablespoon of corn starch OR arrowroot powder and 1/2-1 teaspoon salt. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a parchment lined pan, drizzle potatoes with 2 Tableapoons of olive oil. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, flip.and bake 10 more minutes or until as crispy as you like.
I will so miss this home but looking forward to the new one. Great meal ideas, I try to stick to a high protein diet. You look fabulous! Best of luck!! ❤

I also lost 90 pounds from May 2023 through July 2024. I did 18/6 IF and KETO diet. I also walked as often as I could 👍🏻. I love this new lifestyle……problem though……I developed Gall stones. Only had one attack and am now on RX to dissolve them….feel great 😊 PS…..I am 74 so I have a lot of crepey skin. Wish I had done it at your age 😉
My husband has lost 65 lbs in the past 2 yrs. He just watches his carbs and sugars and he weighs every morning. He has been overweight all his life so when A1C got high he decided to do something about it.
I trick to make your wrap easier. Just don’t scramble the eggs, make it like you’re going to make an omelette. When the eggs are dry on top flip, add the cheese and then place the tortilla on top. And fold like a wrap, you can even toast it in the pan few seconds.
Since you went on a diet did your husband also? I decided to watch what I was eating and then after I’d lost 10ths my husband did also 😂. To be honest we both needed to lose some weight.
Food is very expensive and the food here is even more so, why so many cannot afford to eat well. I worry about the kids especially. Maybe you could come up with affordable yet less expensive ways to feeds kids.
