Features Helko's famous Rheinland pattern axe head, named for the country's Rhein River Valley, where cutting axes like these have been in use for centuries. The Black Forest Woodworker performs exceptionally well as a cutting tool for felling small trees, limbing branches, and clearing saplings. It is also suited for light duty splitting work, such as making kindling and small firewood.

I love my Black Forest Pack Axe and my Black Forest Hatchet. I prefer them to my Gränsfors Bruk axes. Beautiful fit and finish and stellar performance.

You should show him cutting more than sticks with this ax. I liked the obligatory bit shot at the end, but found it amusing as placing your razor sharp ax like this is a death trap. Lol
