    I find this podcast so helpful, grieving in a different way (estranged parent, dad left lol) but you’re helping so many more than you realise with these x hope you’re both being kind to yourself and remember you deserve to enjoy your day ❤

    Just got to the teeth grinding part…. I was doing the same thing and got masseter Botox. Really helped with the jaw pain

    On the topic of triggering content one thing I learnt which I had not anticipated (but that makes sense) is that content that has positive mother/child interactions Wrecks me so like I was super vigilant to avoid shows dealing with death of a parent and similar topics but didnt expect to be triggered when seeing a character have a positive relationship with their mother
    also just wanted to thank you guys for this podcast! im still early in my grief journey and this has helped me so much in not feeling alone in my grief ❤

    On nightmares - cut out the negative news/comment sections/stories and violent stuff; if there are issues with family or friends, work them out or let them go; cut sugar. It's poison. (All just personal experience, and not scientifically proven) I suffered horrendous nightmares, until I did the above. It's not simple, but it worked, after time, for me.
