Thank you for this wonderful reaction, Interestingly a new book called "Elvis Presley Resented to Die Young" has outlined a harsh fact, specific health problems loomed on his mother's side. She died at 46 as did her two brothers, in their 40's, all of a special heart problem. He died at 42, I know people want to say it was the drugs,. I am sure that didn't help but His grandparents were first cousins and he was the carrier of the Alpha 1 gene, which was never suppose to be. It carried a lot of strange health problems with it. He had a twisted colon at birth, his twin brother was stillborn which he felt guilty about, but he had early onset Glaucoma in one eye and had to have a emergency eye surgery in 1970 to save it. He had liver disease as did his mother, and he had an enlarged heart. What is amazing to me, is how a person that sick could perform right up until his death. He wasn't fat he was absolutely bloated to such a degree that he had trouble even walking. Anyway he was determined to perform even though he was very ill . Thanks and Be Blessed
This is beautiful, sadly Lisa had had a lot of heartache in her life losing her dad at just 9 years old and 3 years ago losing her son, R I P Lisa God bless you.
Renunited now forever, how she missed him her entire life. Never once did a bad word ever fall from her lips about her Daddy, she was his greatest champion and protector. Unlike many children of celebrities who trash them.

I'm heartbroken as well as the world! Especially Elvis fans! Cant not cry watching this! 😭💔 this past week was too much for her I think. Being at Graceland for her daddy's bday, with her son being buried there. I think she waited to see Austin win. Heartbreaking!! So sad 😭😭💔 My heart goes out to Priscilla and especially her children. Twins are only 14 yrs old!! RIP Lisa Marie 🙏💔💔💔💔🙏

The Loss of Lisa Marie Presley at age 54 is such a shocking sadness...it happens everyday to "ordinary" people that we can relate because we;ve all had this experience in our own families. Lost my younger brother 2 1/2 years ago. Credit MUST be given to the writer of this song, now also deceased, Mac Davis, who wrote many songs for Elvis [by discovery from a tape he sent Elvis] including a Little Less Conversation, and In the Ghetto. Mac became a performer himself, with hits by him and others such as I Believe in Music, Stop and Smell the Roses, Whoever Finds This I Love You, and Baby Don't Get Hooked On Me, and even had his own TV show for a couple years. Too often people focus on the performer of the song, and do not give credit to the writers, even the ones who become performers themselves, such as Neil Diamond, Carole King, Laura Nyro and Neil Sedaka .

It's really so sad that Pricilla has outlived her own daughter and that Lisa Marie died so young. But, at the same time, it's happy that she's, now, finally, reunited with her father and son. What a perfect tribute for today - reacting to this version of this song! I've listened to the original version before and it really is such a sad song. But, I've never, even, heard Lisa Marie's voice before. It's deep like her father's. What a beautiful duet!
