W&LE stone cars moved via Caterpillar Loader! Kokosing Materials, Medina Ohio 7-11-24

Kokosing Materials in Medina has an interesting way to move and unload the stone cars that the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad delivers to them!

Kind of neat watching how customers work with the cars. Years ago I worked at a Frito Lays in CT. They used to get potatoes by rail. Using a crane they lifted the cars up and potatoes were fed into a hopper inside the plant where they were mechanically peeled and sent down the line. Thank you for a very interesting video.
