During the new Ghosts of the Deep dungeon, after the first boss, we can see a full look at the GIANT body of Ahsa, Titan’s Sea Monster, swimming in the ocean of Titan. Spooky and so cool…WE’RE SWIMMING WITH SEA MONSTERS!

I was absolutely floored when we found out what Ahsa was. The whole time everyone was assuming she was gonna be a Leviathan, but no, she's a Worm God that somehow escaped the Witness's corruption. This is what the species looked like _before_ the Witness got to them. Actually now that I think of it, that means the Leviathan was probably another Worm God who escaped corruption, and was trying to contain its species. Ahsa may have already left Fundament before Rhulk showed up.
Yeah Ahsa is the same species as the Leviathan, so now we FINALLY get to see what it looked like. It also kind of puts into perspective how powerful Rhulk really was to be able to mortally wound something of that size with his bare hands
Isn't Ahsa the same serpent we could see out in the water and through the window of the arcology in that one mission on Titan?
@@TheBadger3804 That's what it was supposed to be from what I've seen. Except it was a bit of a different model, as well as a lot smaller. It has the same tail as Ahsa though. I think the devs wanted to leave it open ended so they could put Ahsa in the story the way that they wanted
She IS a Leviathan. That's what her species was called. A bigger Leviathan once lived on Fundament but was chased to another planet and killed by the Hive.

One would think Asha's gift could resolve that issue
She looks nothing like the thing we saw in year one when you saw it through the glass. Wondering if there’s still a worm god somewhere in the depths

They just used an enlarged Hive Worm back then. Now that they decided to bring this mysterious creature to light, they made a proper model for Ahsa. Which I'm glad they did.

@@ytrialz9887Titan scannables say otherwise, Ahsa was found when Titan was a visitable location, but we didn't know what it was (it was just a creature that breached the surface when swimming, like how whales breach and dive), and the scans found in regions said that there was nothing bigger than Ahsa there

Just make your way through the dungeon and towards the end you’ll come to this part. As long as you’re keeping an eye out it’ll be easy to spot. The porthole puts you facing towards it too

Leviathan's looks like a Calus "Leviathan" (we know about this from curse of Osiris). Ahsa - is a proto-worm.
@DanKitagawa what? Calus' Leviathan is based off of Torabatl land whales
@@stonedwall they just retconned this in the new lore. Calus explicitly says now that his leviathan is based of the stories he learned from the hive. Bungie is stepping all over their toes

Certainly isn't ahsa. That thing is way way bigger than what we saw in the cutscene and her head that we see close up is way smaller than the head of this thing. Also the eye is just different. Unless there are some serious inconsistancy between the two, they're two separate things.
I think she's swimming upside down like the goofy girl she is
thats way too big to be her, just look at the size of its eye, its at least 3x bigger than what we see in the dive hole at the helm
edit1: its eye is all too lidless compared to hers, this looks like a gecko or squids eye
I really dont think thats ahsa, its way too big and doesnt have the spiny fins on its back, nor does it have that weird head crest.

Officially, ahsa is only one big creature on Titan. Bungie just don't know how to keep the proportions of something huge, which we have already seen repeatedly.
Proportion wise I think it’s a leviathan and Asha is a juvenile version of it
