Love your voice. For lack of a better world it is "so dreamy". I went to your UA-cam page and listened to some of your shorts. I noticed that Georgia on My Mind is the only full length song you have. Do you have any more full length songs posted somewhere else?
@@bangmon1000I tried a detailed reply and it went poof. So, search Tori Holub Superstar and you should find 3 songs. Next “Tori Holub Christmas Again” the last audio song. On her channel is The Bacharach/David Medley 5+ minutes long as a full length video. I’ll see if this survives.

That was really impressive. At 21 years old bringing back an old classic. Tori's got a beautiful voice and gives hope that these types of songs are being appropriated by the younger generation. There's another young female who is also covering some old classic Try an Etta James's "At Last" by eighteen year old Lucy Thomas who also covers Barbra Streisand songs--- just incredible, Gives hope that these old classics are in safe hands.

Chod! So interesting that you mentioned Karen Carpenter. If you go to Tori's site, you'll find out there is no bigger fan of Karen Carpenter than she. Tori has this deep contralto range, which I'm sure you heard when she held that low note. What's remarkable is her incredible control, being able to hold that beautiful vibrato for seemingly forever. She's amazing.

Wow, you liked her! Welcome to the Tori Fan Club! I’ve been watching the videos since October. To me this song was Pure Tori, just her velvety Alto voice. There are other songs, like the video of The Medley where another voice comparison can be made. Then there are the songs or shorts where it’s pure homage to another artist. Olivia, too BTW, talk about range! I’m going to try and link a bonus reference video. About two years ago, so 18ish and early, she demonstrated her attempt to replicate the harmonies in We’ve Only Just Begun. It’s only a 3 minute long Short. In it she credits Chris May with his demonstration using original tapes. Chris produced, arranged and played piano on Georgia. Two years later, things changed. The Medley is currently her only full length video. Now that you’ve sampled her voice this video isn’t much of a spoiler but it shows where she started and where we are now.
