Vrabel should've been the pick instead of Mayo and now the team has regressed even more and he'd be coming in a season later. We could've made some real progress with him at the helm and my god do we need an actual experienced leader of men to coach this team and someone with a good vision for the future of the team. Mayo will keep making excuses and keep throwing people under the bus if we keep letting him get away with what he has been doing, he needs to go.
Vrabel got fired for not winning, McDaniels has a completely different scheme then the Pats are running now so I do think its worth blowing it all up again for those two. That would mean 4 new offenses for Maye in 4 years including college. We need an offense minded HC not another Defensive guy. It would also be great if the HC could call the plays so that way your OC doest leave you every few years.
This is a rebuilding year. Anyone expecting playoffs this year is delusional. We’ve found our franchise qb. Now we need to build around him. Dysfunctional organizations fire the coaches & gm every year or 2. See bears, jets, raiders, giants. Mayo is fine. Kraft needs to open his wallet & get weapons
