Jessica Chen is the gal that answered all my questions and helped my with the purchasing and shipping processes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Jessica. Machine with counterweights and a reliable 25Hp Honda v twin and 11 attachments was a little over 18 grand with DDP shipping and delivery right to my door, and all the fees taxes, that they took care of, which in total, was only about a 3rd of what big name machines with similar equipment would be!
