does anyone know the difference between the brand hakka and weston for this attachment. are they the same?? do they fit same machines i am between buyin brand hakka or weston but hakka is cheaper and it seems to be good...but not sure if the attachment is the same for both machines. thankss
@dvdfrnzwbr Unprocessed meat turns gray when all the blood is gone. Red meat at the store is usually mixed with different nitrates to give it a red color. And since this product seams to be more toward the kebab industry (look at the hompage) is guess this is hallal meat. And probably has been drained from blood. And yes. I´m a nerd. =)
