After watching how burgers are factory made, I think I'll stick to making my own!
I mean, its basically the exact same process if you were to buy the grinder attachment for your kitchen aid stand mixer and grind your own cuts of beef, you want a good ratio of fat to muscle, add seasonings, the only thing they added that is kinda lame is breading, I wouldn't add that to my burger, but if I were making a meatloaf, sure.
Exactly....they're adding lots of "fillers" and other nonsense.
There were too many ingredients
They even use food coloring for the grill lines

As someone who makes a living selling hand ground chuck burgers,
there are too many things wrong with these "burgers" to name.
I'll just stick with, ingredients other than beef and salt went into the patties,
I won't even address the horror that followed.
If your burger patty has anything in it but beef, salt, and pepper, (and cheese if it's a Juicy Lucy) you're doing it wrong.
And no, that's not a "turkey burger" there's no such thing, that's just a ground turkey sandwich.
Normally my ma and I make our own version of beef burgers.
We use mince beef, chilli powder, garam masala, mixed garlic/ginger paste (fresh garlic & ginger that are crushed), salt, pepper, fresh corianders and crushed fried onions.

Эти брикеты фарша, делаются из куринных костей, просроченной мясной продукции, из всего что не пошло на качественную продукцию! Лучше их не есть!
