1 patty every 10-15 seconds...we would go out of business, we make 1000-2000 patties a day in summer and thats only a couple hours of the day of work, this would take all day....not very efficient looking....

Why do you grind the meat first and run it through the machine again to form the patties? Can't you the grind meat and make the patties at the same time? This would save a lot of time if used in a restaurant.
