I won a $500 cooler for a contest a while back. It's a large cooler with Bluetooth speakers. That's it. I still have it and it's sitting in my garage still in the box.

I'd be surprised if this cooler had space for actual drinks when it's gotta be loaded with blenders, cups to pour drinks into, cutting boards for limes, limes, cooking utensils, usb charging cords, etc. It's probably really small on the inside too since a huge battery is being lugged around in it as well. You know what they should have made? A two sided cooler with one side keeping things hot and the other keeping things cold. I only reason I hate picnics is because most of the food served is either cold or room temp.

Yes you were very 'over critic' on this... A blender is ideal... Smoothies for example are healthy and seen as good thing to drink, especially outgoing people are likely to drink smoothy's. Also you took something the wrong way, it was on about charging your phone's or camera's whilst you are out. The Lights are a great idea and can easily be made to work, the bungee's make life easier and bungee's are used for fucking bungee jumping. They are not going to break. Added plates and cutlery just make you not need to take your own, saving space in the car or preventing you from carrying them. The tires are smart and would be better because of the surface space going across the group. Then you mention sand getting in places... The chargers have covers on them.. like inflatables have a cap. Preventing that! The Bottle opener is obviously just an added feature that does come in handy. You make out that the cooler has 'games' on it... Are you kidding? Everything on there is ideal for what its made for! You honestly don't know anything about Product Design and increasing space during transport. I normally like the Kickstarter craps, and i know there is a lot here.. but you really are being stupid with this. And Finally, yes maybe it is expensive.. but there is a lot of add-ons that are useful and with 29,000+ backers, you are obviously the wrong one here.

(By the way I'm Canadian so all the prices are in Canadian, and they're the cheapest versions of whatever it is on Amazon. Cooler: $20 Blender $25 Portable phone charger: $17 Waterproof Bluetooth speaker: $36 Total= $98 for the absolute cheapest versions of each individual item. As well you'd need some sort of portable power source to power the blender. Now each individual component adds up to 100 dollars and the cooler sells for 185, considering it does a bunch of other stuff other coolers wouldn't do (storage for plates etc.) It would make sense that the cost be higher, even so an extra 85 or so bucks seems to much, I'd say a fairer price would be maybe 150. The bottom line is this product is actually not too bad when you consider that it would make taking all these items with you super easy, as opposed to trying to buy each individual item. Yeah you would save a fair bit of money that way, but this is Kickstarter crap, and I really can't say that this product is crap.

A blender is ideal... Smoothies for example are healthy and seen as good thing to drink, especially outgoing people are likely to drink smoothy's.
Also you took something the wrong way, it was on about charging your phone's or camera's whilst you are out.
The Lights are a great idea and can easily be made to work, the bungee's make life easier and bungee's are used for fucking bungee jumping. They are not going to break. Added plates and cutlery just make you not need to take your own, saving space in the car or preventing you from carrying them.
The tires are smart and would be better because of the surface space going across the group.
Then you mention sand getting in places... The chargers have covers on them.. like inflatables have a cap. Preventing that!
The Bottle opener is obviously just an added feature that does come in handy.

(By the way I'm Canadian so all the prices are in Canadian, and they're the cheapest versions of whatever it is on Amazon.
Cooler: $20
Blender $25
Portable phone charger: $17
Waterproof Bluetooth speaker: $36
Total= $98 for the absolute cheapest versions of each individual item. As well you'd need some sort of portable power source to power the blender.
Now each individual component adds up to 100 dollars and the cooler sells for 185, considering it does a bunch of other stuff other coolers wouldn't do (storage for plates etc.) It would make sense that the cost be higher, even so an extra 85 or so bucks seems to much, I'd say a fairer price would be maybe 150.
The bottom line is this product is actually not too bad when you consider that it would make taking all these items with you super easy, as opposed to trying to buy each individual item.
Yeah you would save a fair bit of money that way, but this is Kickstarter crap, and I really can't say that this product is crap.
It's now up well over double the original price. Apparently they significantly underestimated manufacturing costs. RIP Coolest

I think that product is actually amazing. The only real problem Idubbbz has with it, is the fact that it is over priced.. which I completely agree on.
I agree it has some pretty cool ideas, but the amazon reviews are pretty mediocre.

The cooler would be much cheaper without the speaker, if someone wanted a Bluetooth speaker they could just carry it in or on top of the cooler. I just think that this cooler is just innovation for the sake of innovation.
