No dear, dual employment will be when your services page shows/indicate that you are doing it in the same timeline as your job working hours.
eg- If you are talking consultation calls and your service page shows a calendar available from Mon-Fri from 10am to 5pm and that's exactly your job time, then obv. it will be a problem..
In this case calendar should show weekends or after work hours (eg- 7pm to 10pm) something along those lines..
But lots of company not giving to us PF
That happens when you are working in an unregistered company..

@@theCorporateDiaries My previous company was providing the PF for all Employees but one thing reason in this organisation actually 3600 Rs Amount deducted from the Fixed Salary but every I noticed every where 1800 deduct in any organisation.
How 'll be explain this type of questions ⁉️
