Psychiaterist should reduce the dose and look how your body reacts to it but if he /she doesn't then consult other doctors.

In which position you're working? I'm sure with your experience slowly you can build another career for yourself, my brother used to work in corporate sector, he used to leave at 7am and used to come home at 10 pm, he wanted to leave the job but not bc of the family responsibilities, in COVID he got layed off from his job and now he opened his little restorant and he's happy and everyone is helping him.

Many comes from background of lower middle class to even less. Lot of stugle is seen. Such people have lot of responsibilities. And done times they keep giving, burning out. Many people keep working hard, spending more hours but their office environment takes all but does not give credit. People around even family member does not understand and simply label them as weak for dealing with politics.
Its true when she said, its about how you are feeling the stress, not about how greatly others are dealing with it.
Respecting on wired personality is do much important.

Extremely sad news, in India only Central Government Employees, Officials are getting huge DA increments, Salary every year, in private sectors only some and specific roles of employees are enjoying the maximum fruits and benefits of salaries, benefits etc etc, while on the other hand in almost various BPO/IT/ITES and other private sectors maximum sections of employees are only going through hustle, hard work, stress, fear of job loss, panics which is ultimately causing all kinds of diseases, complex diseases and bringing trauma, stress, anxiety in them and resulting in several life threatening illness or some fatal incidents, there is actually no proper laws and rules to talk on behalf of all this sections of private sector employees, they are just hired like some kinda labour's and then thrown into a box full of uncertainties only, we need proper justice for all this private sector employees soon right now and right away because we have already seen a lot and tolerated a lot.

Excellent episode and outstanding insights Varsha. The very first point was an eye opener for me as to why people get stressed. I have spent over two and a half decades in the industry and I know many who have. I never felt stressed out despite working almost 16 hours a day sometimes even on weekends. Yes, I would feel exhausted and tired and sometimes even take one hour nap. The main reason now I understand is that actually I enjoyed what I was doing and I still do. In fact a couple of weeks ago I had put in that much work even at this age. There was no stress because I was eager to figure out things which I didn't understand and I am good at that and enjoy doing it.
Another very important point that you made was "Job/Earnings as a status symbol", the lure of it all. I myself have quit certain things just because I didn't enjoy doing it, eg MEAN stack despite the fact that I had got good feedbacks, there were demands and I was offered good money, much more than my core competency. But i just quit it because I wasn't enjoying it.

    Hello Varsha Madam,
If next company employee joining ke samay pe your last working manager contact, colleague contact na mangtey hue only salary and bank statement slips maangtey hai for general verifications then only employee will start giving real feedback to HR teams while exit or while doing jobs ..kyuki tum interview clear karlo offer lelo then agar tum previous employer ke pass not required feedback mangtey aur wo manager personally tumhare se saath kuch bad past hoga toh wo tumko harm kar sakta agar next company us managers ko unnecessarily serious leke

Our wellbeing is our responsibility. Companies care only about profits. Shaming employees for taking breaks is even prevalent in MNCs. The toxic hustle culture is glorified by some millennials. I have observed the generation Z is more aware about mental and physical health and speak up about it in workplaces and I feel great they are doing it. Like you rightly said job is just a way to earn money that's it. We should not link our success, prestige, social status to it.

I worked with that organisation for. 2 years left because I was overworked, 24*7 it was only work I could think of. No time for lunch or dinner. All shift and time zones were to be covered. Calls moved last minute, work dumped by uk, us stakeholder and they left on vacation 4 times a year minimum. By the end I had neck/head ache daily, left arm till head used to pain, was breathless even while on calls, anxiety all the time. I likedy work but not like this. And was threatened tby Indian bosses. 😢

This video was definitely worth watching and listening to closely what you said. I do watch your videos even though when you talk about scenarios, they're based on IT/ Software industry when I happen to be someone who's worked in BPO industry only of which no one as credible as you talks about on UA-cam yet there are many aspects for example company policies, organization structure etc. are pretty much the same in IT and BPO in especially in both product and service based MNC companies so I always appreciate your 2 cents from every video that I watch from your channel. Please do share your story of how you got into that difficult phase of real stress and how you overcame it, that would be really helpful to many, myself included even though I have been into stress from work, had to quit many jobs, been on medications ot in short been there; however, the intensity of such issues are always different. Sure, though I already have some old videos on these 2 type of companies, but always remember, toxicity comes from people and you can find toxic managers everywhere.. the company might be great but you may get a reporting to the most toxic person of the company... so its really not about the type of company, its about the people you are working with...
Identify the toxicity as soon as you can and walk away...

Toxic people are everywhere. It is not based on which type of company. Having worked in both environments, I found toxic people in both places
