I tell men all the time online. If you are struggling mentally and physically you need to get to the gym and eat organic food. The higher testosterone is going to guide you to do the right things. Life will become natural. You will be able to spot choosing signals, you will be confident in job interviews about management positions, you will not be scared to go out in public and talk with people. You become magnetic to people that are also on the right path, and you quickly weed out the people that want to use you.
I would say my biggest moment for me is when I posted a two year transformation picture on my social media and I started having people tell me how big I really was and how happy I look. I started having my friends that were woman tell me how much better I looked and they told me that I was making her friends shy to talk to me.
That's when I put two and two together I am going to be all good.

Some people make self-improvement into a huge hassle. I remember a quote a heard a while back which goes something like "True hell is the person you are meeting the person you could've become." I don't know who said it but it rains true. I think people rob themselves of genuine change. Both the fear of missing out & making it paralyzes them. Set yourself little goals so it becomes less of a hassle & more of a process you enjoy. That way you're not going to hate yourself because life isn't as "dramatic".
Anyways, thoughtful video. Keep it up.

I say this sincerely - I feel bad for any man who did not play team sports (football in particular, but I know not everyone was built for that). I've had my share of struggles in life, but I can't imagine how much worse and greater in number they would have been had I not gone through the forging process that team sports make available.

Reflecting on your biker gang story, I hate it how it's all about how others perceive you first and foremost. I have fairly feminine facial features with a vampire pale skin and small eyes, could probably pass as an 18 year old too even though I'm closer to your age. Somehow this makes people feel they can take shots at me and disrespect me. Having to be consciously hyper aggressive to the smallest of provocations and ready to bust somebody's lips open is really f'ing tiring. I don't think if I'll ever be able to transition because nobody would pass responsibility on someone who looks like a kid. Feels like my only options are to get on gear and faceplant a clothes iron lol.

Yet again, your video really resonated with me. As a man with a similar temperament and attitude as you, that has stupidly engaged in street fights in my youth. I will answer as to why the biker let you pass. He can tell how you carried yourself, you weren't the one that would be an easy cherry to pop. You showed no fear in your eyes, and the fact you looked in good shape and had balls to say what's up. All that combined, let him know what the deal was.
I'm LFA's age, and I can tell you young guys from experience. People judge by how you look, stand, talk, and act. And determine in seconds if you're a predator or prey. No different that in the wild/animal kingdom. Most of the time, a bear won't fight lion and vice versa. Even if one feels they can beat the other. What's the point? Why injury yourself or die, when you can just easily find a gazelle or zebra a mile down the path to attack. People are no different. They attack the weak and vulnerable. So at the very least, lose the victim mindset that's popular to have today, get the gym, join a boxing or MMA gym, and become the man others don't wanna F with.

I am not the biggest guy in the world, but for some reason I always make friends with big dudes that definitely can handle themselves, which one reason I never got picked on in High School, yet after my wife of 20-years divorced me I cannot gat a new girl friend to save my life even though I am a damn good looking guy that works out, dresses nice, and is always having chicks staring at me.

Hey LFA, what do you think of women who can handle guns better than men. While I find it impressive I don’t it attractive. I think one trained at a basic level is helpful and adequate while still keeping her feminine and not competing you. Your thoughts? A vid on women who are skilled in USEFUL skills traditional to men would be cool. Some argue it’s fine because it contributes to the safety of the family, but when she’s just as good as you or better does it actually preserve the relationship or put at risk when she’s manlier in that regard. Because when it comes to anything to retain life preservation men seem to encourage women to excel at skills contributing to it from Jui jitsu, kick boxing, guns, self defense, etc. Again at a basic level she can still maintain femininity but good enough to be useful and not kicking down doors, clearing rooms like a navy seal. Is there a trade off? Thoughts?
