Trying to stop the obsession
Focus on your spiritual awakening. It took a couple months for my obsessive thinking to calm after coming across these videos. I also use meditative music at night. Now I’m much more relaxed. Also watch Eckart Tolle and some of the other videos he recommends to keep your mind off your twin flame.

I agree with Kurt, we can’t cut cords , I just acknowledge that there is a Soul and 2 bodies and just not obsess about the physical person , focus on my well being, meditate, etc..

Your comment helped my perspective alot. I have spent way to long obsessing over him in the 3d and I absolutely hate it. I know we are one soul but I don't think I really KNOW it. I get so annoyed when someone is talking about how toxic the TF journey because they confused it with a false/karmic. I'm like you think you share the same soul with that abusive donkey you had to deal with? Watched Samadhi and listened to an audiobook of The Power of Now. I think we become obsessed with cord cutting because associations with the specific person become so intense and mentally triggering that it feels like the only way out of the obsession. I feel so disabled by it, literally, and his hot-cold / cycling back around and then disappearing gets me in all the places where my hypervigilance latches on and can't let go. I feel like a slave!!!!!!

I did a light language attachment cord cutting on New Year’s Eve. Omg. The freedom and peace from the obsessive thinking was so worth it. His energy was stopping me from standing in my own power. I know we are still connected, it’s just the attachment and codependence that has subsided. ❤

Some people need to ask if their twin is better off without them. Don't beat yourself up, but do they want exactly what you want? That can help to not think about them and if it's meant to be it's meant to be.

I’ve tried many times to cut the cord so to say. Doesn’t work!!!! I’ve asked the universe to remove him upon a time or 2 permanently and he always returns. Any ill feelings I have towards him or triggers he gives me.. is all more inner being stillness that I still have yet to have mastered. This has been the hardest lesson of my life. I am thankful the universe guided us all to Kurt which is real informative knowledge for our minds to have to connect to our other self.
Thank you Kurt 💯 well explained, cord cutting is when you are trying to suppress the" connection " or forcing to let go, which is the mind by the way, The harder you try , the worse it becomes, I only found out that , by being the observer of what's going on already it solves 90% of the problem, but we are not saying go out there and obsess over the person intentionally , even that can make things worse, the main goal here is not trying to Suppress, or obsess intentionally, but to Be present ( observer), you can continue to like or love your twin flame as a state of the ego not as the state of consciousness because at that state you are your twin flame, you are love itself, no need to cut cords , just allow the mind to do it's own thing without identification with it, right there, you are done, and like I said , we are not saying go and obsess forcefully or make them a biggest goal❤️

@@123433iloveyou the thoughts has slowed down, the intensity of the thinking is lesser , there are moments where I go no thinking at all for about few weeks , I also noticed seeing my twin name is no longer an issue, I'll go months without seeing her name, then I see her name again for one day, , if you wanna prove that you are shutting the obsessing thinking observe the period it took to see your twin name, the period gets longer and longer, let me give you an example, during the initial phase of the obsessive thinking , you will notice seeing your twin name everyday, but as you practice presence ,overtime the period in which you see your twin name gets longer, you will see your twin name after a week, then a month, year, ect.. that's a big evidence that you are recovering from this intensive thinking, it's not gonna happen in a instance, it's going to take time, but as you keep practicing presence, you will reach a point where you no longer experience it , the reason why people keep experiencing the no ending cycles of obsession it is because they are still making the person a goal by watching the tarots readings, watching romanticized twin flame videos, and they can't seem to make a progress on this. Trust me , the more you go within, the better it gets, depending on a person ego, as long as you, and on top of that , every satori moment you experience kills the 10% of the obsessive thinking , everytime you have one of those moments of satori , it's a confirmation that your ascension is on a new level, keep going❤️

I meet with my Tf in 2017 and I was pining for him for years. I saw him running and do all the nasty things that I never gonna take for no one before. After years of pray god in my pain I know now that I don’t want him no more as a romantic relationship. It’s was a horrible delusion. I take my life back and listen to you sometimes in while to remember me how valuable and strong I’m for take that decision. My personal perspective......the concept of "cord cutting" is just Band-Aid Semantics.
The realization is that there is no actual "cord" to cut. We aren't connected, we just exist.
I'd love to see a video on you going deeper into the sacred geometry of the soul "splitting in two" for an incarnation.
Was made to do it by a therapist. She had no clue about TFs. By far the most painful thing one can do. Feels like actual death while living. It’s been about 8 months since it happened, nothings changed with how I feel about my TF. Been ascending and life situation around me falling apart, lots of things happening but one thing is a constant, the TF will never leave your mind and soul. Doesn’t matter if there is unity anymore. Attempted cord-cutting once a long time ago. It will ring off like an oscillating church bell...don't do it. You can do it with others, but not the TF. Not even sure if you can do it with adjacent souls, but I'd avoid that too.
i tried cutting cords with my twinflame (before i knew he was my twinflame) and it didn’t even work really, it ended up in flame union. i could see the third party too, it was pretty interesting tbh.

This is such an interesting topic. I see all sorts of vids/posts online about how to do it, and trust me, in the heaviest part of my dnots early summer 2022, I tried my damnedest to do this bc I was in so much agony. Obvi it didn’t work.
I do want to share a very weird thing I experienced, however, around the same time I tried it that made me think my DM was trying to cut cords bc of it. I was working at my desk one day (prob 1-2 weeks after I tried to cut cords) and he was traveling overseas. All of the sudden I felt like there was a strong pull (it literally felt like someone was pulling my heart with a thick rope) at my heart chakra area and after a few minutes it “snapped” (for lack of a better way to put it) and any connection I felt I had to him disappeared. I can’t even describe what it felt like emotionally. It felt refreshing and devastating at the same time. Later I found out he hooked up with someone over there and to me it made sense then. Maybe he was trying to forget me and by doing that it essentially did briefly disconnect our energies.🤷♀️ Maybe he wasn’t even thinking of me at all? I don’t know. It was fucking WEIRD. Then, of course, I spiraled into another heavy dnots episode.
Let me tell you what's going on, it's just the mind playing tricks on you, it's impossible to feel your twin flame energy, because your energy is their energy, your metaphysical energy can only travel to them, that's the direction from positive to negative not the other way around, the mind is using the energy of the soul to stay addicted to the physical person, it will create all kinds of sensations such as, sexual energy, rumination, feeling your twin presence, all of those sensations are created by the mind to keep the addiction to the physical person and you will feel like your twin is sending energy to you but not, just the mind playing tricks.

That's the reason why I say , it's impossible to feel your twin energy because the direction of travel is from positive to negative, if you feel like you are feeling their energy, it is because on the two following reasons: 1- they are not your twin flame,2- your mind is playing tricks on you, why? Because the mind knows that it got it's favourite drug, and it can do all it can to get a hit of that drug, by using tricks like dreams, telepathy, sexual energy, feeling your twin presence,or feeling like you are interacting with them, and it will make you believe that you are feeling them, but in a true sense , you are your twin , sharing the exact same energy, in other words you are feeling your own energy not the other person , you are addicted to your own energy, there is no" other " , hope I explained it well

DM reached out to me after our first separation of over two months. We are meeting face to face in a couple of days. I’m SO confused by my reaction to him contacting me. I see a lot of people saying in comments how they are still emotional or how the tf is acting and very 3d about everything or that they don't want the twin flame back now... and surprising enough the tf hasn't come back and just want to make a point. I am not judging here, I'm currently going through it myself and have done pretty much everything wrong up to now. Not focusing on me, not putting 100% into growth and meditation, trying to fix the problems in the 3D... now 8 weeks since breakup from tf, 1 month without contact in 3d and I'm wrestling with myself to firstly let go of all expectation and judgement of the situation (im only judging myself after all), and to do the meditation practice to find MY own inner peace and oneness. I feel we need to release as much of the ego as we can before doing practice or we can find ourselves just doing the practice because we pine for the psychical them, rather than focusing on our own soul. Focus on your soul, and you focus on theirs/yours too. Simultaneous ascension, oneness, union.
Kurt, Is is common that me and my twin flame are having very similar personalities and passions over things? Because from the short time i had with him i could see that he loved same things like i do (for example - Music, singing, stars, nature..) Not many boys love these things in this time. Also i talked with him just twice but talking with him was like talking to my personality.

Love your channel. I'm finding a lot that makes sense. My twin flame is leaving and I'm ready because I already knew it was happening through mediation and angel numbers it and it's now here. I have telepathy with him and I swear it gets me through most of my days. I feel his energy like he's sitting beside him. I won't let that go and I've read that it's a gift to get through the separation. We can text, and do FB and the emptiness will start, but how can you possibly shut this off? I can't. Every angel number I get says I'm doing it right and every feeling in my gut tells me he's still with his old flame. I've read Union, Separation, and Reunion and I am investing my belief into this. I was a bit anti against this as I saw the title. Lol but I felt guided to listen so I did. I think you temporary as you say too can “cut” but that it will go/grow back. Because else we can’t live in the body. Interestingly enough I felt that mine did that or in some way detached mentally. I didn’t understand it though for almost a week (we didn’t 3D talk at that time). Then all energy/love came at once. It was very intense. It was like someone put a plug and when it let go all energy that would have gone between this two body’s in that week came at once. It’s no proof it was cord cutting/blocking. But I’ll tell you, that week prior to it all came back, I felt hollow and like walking dead. Without any reason of the mind. And THAT’S why I will never even try it myself. Only thing that it would give me is hurting myself. So everybody, just focus on yourself. Give yourself all the love and whoever is connected to you feel more love too. Unconditional love. Figure that out. Only a win win situation.
No I don’t want the person I suspect could be a twin flame. She is an awful person / energy vampire/ toxic narcissist/ and she keeps turning up like a curse. She only causes pain, and she’s completely disloyal. She’s the polar opposite of me. And I’m done going through cycles and I’m done letting her steal my energy. Then again maybe she’s not my twin flame but rather a runner chaser karmic.

I knew general techniques how to separate yourself from another person, while I had no idea of TFs.When our connection happened, I couldn't stop thinking of him and I knew he was obsessed with me too, I have decided to "cut the cord". How would i do if he was unknowingly kept manifesting me. I decided to talk to him honestly and teach him the techniques to use any time the thought of me crosses his mind. He promised to give me the time to talk to him, but each time I would approach him he would run away from me.. Kurt If I am the awareness and my TF is the same awareness why I am only aware of my toughs feelings and body and not my TF toughs feelings and body.
If we share the same consciesness why my consciesness is a focus that is here, on the person that is writing always, I am unaware of my TF toughs feelings and emotions as I am unaware of the feelings, toughs and emotions of everybody else, doesn't make that my TF as everybody else?

He always wants to know everything what's going around you. That's why he will never understand it. Picture the scene of Jean grey right before wolverine kills her. I didn’t know anything about cutting cords but I felt it and I sent so much power through it should have ripped it to shreds. It didn’t. Just damaged it and me. Personality changes and memory loss until he initiated it again after an accident. Crazy shit. True story.
While I feel the link between twins cannot be severed, I think it possible to cut cords with any cords negatively attached between the split souls. Not sure of the outcome, but quite recently my guides cut out that cord. As of right now I am healing from that; however, the crippling negativity I was experiencing has vanished. Just my experiences and opinion though. Thank you for the video.
