Ok, now I’m convinced that Caroline can read my mind. Last Saturday I hoped she’d post a cardio workout, and she posted a jumping jack cardio workout! I was thinking of doing an ab workout on Thursday, and she just posted one!! This looks kinda hard, but I’m excited to try it!
I love how controlled and intentional all of Caroline’s movements are - something to aspire to. Thank you for such amazing workouts! My glutes are still sore from yesterday’s leg day - gotta love DOMS!
Yes very true! It feels like she is enjineering a workout for specific purpose/s. You hit a muscle gp or 2 till you reach the fullest potential. Like today.. Honestly I’d say this is 15 minutes of continuous plank! By the end you can feel all the core burnt plus the shoulders!

Came here after day 3 of epic 1, what a great addition to it! And to any workout, really. It's with planks that i notice my core more engaged, it's my fave way of strengthening it! Loved the plank saw hahah and whoaa that last 15 percent was TOUGH 😆 definitelyyy going to be coming back to this vid, thanks for so so much dear Caroline ☺️♥️
I could do this workout, got very strong, did some fasting and lost 5k, then got out of shape again and now I'm struggling to complete the planks, but will get back in shape in no time. I'm also trying some rope jumping. Thanks Caroline!
It's a really cool moment to nail the moves that I barely could try to do a couple of months ago, and makes me real proud of my progress. Strengthening the core made me love plank positions too which I used to hate back then, so I really enjoyed this workout! Epic as always Caroline, can't wait for tomorrow!

Woww I did this workout yesterday and today my core and arms are sooo sore! It's been a long time since I felt so sore because the gyms are closed here... This workout is only 15 minutes but sooo effective!! I will do this workout a few more times so that I can improve my posture and get through the workout without resting sometimes during the exercises! Yesss, loved it !! I was sick and I had to skip a few sessions (did some leg exercises though) and now recovering and it was so good to start with this sequence , to get my body back on track again!!
I haven't done this one in a long time and I do not know why😆! It is still so amazing! I have definitely gotten so much stronger since the last I've I did this one. My core was able to manage much better as well as my shoulders..tho my shoulder were still on total fire by the end! Haha! I'll be doing this one more frequently..always so nice to do a lot of plank work.

This is the first time I've done it. I was happy to see superman after a long while. After the Fuel workout and this, I had sweat running down my chin. I'd also tried to do it with as few extra breaks as possible. Thank you, Caroline!

I just did this video as an add on after doing the Upper Body workout from the Circuit Series. Perfect way to finish a workout session!! My shoulders were pretty much dead from the shoulder presses so those planks really killed me! Thanks for incorparating original exercices in all of your workouts, love doing an exercice I'm not used to. Those Plank Hover Donkey Lifts really make you feel every muscle in your body. Thank you as always. Must admit that I struggle with just the 5 or 10 seconds of rest in these abs workouts. With a 15 second break between, the extra few seconds seems to make a massive difference.

Caroline! It's so nice surprise! I have already done yesterday's upper body workout and combined it with some ab exercises, forearmstand and handsteand, and I feel so alive after! This I'll save for tomorrow active rest day! I can't thank you enough for your work!😍

Came here after day 3 of epic 1, what a great addition to it! And to any workout, really. It's with planks that i notice my core more engaged, it's my fave way of strengthening it! Loved the plank saw hahah and whoaa that last 15 percent was TOUGH 😆 definitelyyy going to be coming back to this vid, thanks for so so much dear Caroline ☺️♥️

I could do this workout, got very strong, did some fasting and lost 5k, then got out of shape again and now I'm struggling to complete the planks, but will get back in shape in no time. I'm also trying some rope jumping. Thanks Caroline!

It's a really cool moment to nail the moves that I barely could try to do a couple of months ago, and makes me real proud of my progress. Strengthening the core made me love plank positions too which I used to hate back then, so I really enjoyed this workout! Epic as always Caroline, can't wait for tomorrow!

Woww I did this workout yesterday and today my core and arms are sooo sore! It's been a long time since I felt so sore because the gyms are closed here... This workout is only 15 minutes but sooo effective!! I will do this workout a few more times so that I can improve my posture and get through the workout without resting sometimes during the exercises! Thank you for all the amazing work you do Caroline, due to your workouts I am highly motivated to get working out back in my routine and to improve my strength! :) Thank you and keep up the amazing work you do!!

Great variations of Planks. I remember when I started your channel you were doing plank challenges at the end and I would fall. With practice I nailed. I did good but some I need practice. Thank you for making me push myself. Loving my journey 🥰
Ah this is like the early days of the Plank Challenge, nice pace really smooth transitions but a real burner. I find these type of ABs sessions so relaxing yet challenging. Completed the LISS earlier which I love. Thanks Caroline two sessions today and looking forward fullbody friday tomorrow. 🤩

Yesss, loved it !! I was sick and I had to skip a few sessions (did some leg exercises though) and now recovering and it was so good to start with this sequence , to get my body back on track again!!

I haven't done this one in a long time and I do not know why😆! It is still so amazing! I have definitely gotten so much stronger since the last I've I did this one. My core was able to manage much better as well as my shoulders..tho my shoulder were still on total fire by the end! Haha! I'll be doing this one more frequently..always so nice to do a lot of plank work.

I just did this video as an add on after doing the Upper Body workout from the Circuit Series. Perfect way to finish a workout session!! My shoulders were pretty much dead from the shoulder presses so those planks really killed me! Thanks for incorparating original exercices in all of your workouts, love doing an exercice I'm not used to. Those Plank Hover Donkey Lifts really make you feel every muscle in your body. Great abs workout! While is was busy doing this workout I realized how strong my abs has gotten. Makes me feel proud of my progress and consistency. 💪❤
Thank you as always. Must admit that I struggle with just the 5 or 10 seconds of rest in these abs workouts. With a 15 second break between, the extra few seconds seems to make a massive difference.
