I've done this already like 7 times and I still can't see the day where I'll do it from start to end without stopping... Pamela you look all sweet and cute but you're a monster
please keep in mind that Pamela is a professional and that she has so much more experience than a lot of us. it is not a 'bad' workout when you need a break/breaks. Just don't stop and go ahead. breaks don't affect your goals/changes :) I am proud of you
I'm currently able to do this with 30 second rest period between each exercise and with replacing those bicycle side exercises with shoulder taps and arm raises planks. I will reduce that break to 20 seconds next week and hopefully by the end of the year I can do all 7 minutes.
I've been doing this routine for a couple of weeks now, almost everyday (definitely 5/6 times a week). I started doing that more to see how my arms strength would increase but at this point I can say that I'm seeing major improvements also in my abs besides fo course in my arms. I'm not even eating less (hard to do during lockdown in Italy with my boyfriend cooking pasta and lasagne everyday :D ) but it seems like the layer of fat on top of my abs is really disappearing. I've always worked out so I was already quite fit but if you want to give this workout a try and keep up with it for a week or two I can assure you will see the results. I will keep doing it to see if it ever gets easier (still waiting for that moment though :D )
Lifehack for anyone searching for a slightly easier approach to this: Wait until the counter for the excercise reaches 20 seconds and then do the excercise from that point on until the beep sound. That way you get a short break for about 5-10 seconds between the excercises and since there´s a pattern behind it, you still feel productive and proud when you can follow this pattern until the end. (could also start at 15sec or less if 20 is still too much). Then you can increase the seconds you do per excercise every time you do the workout until you can one day rock it completely.
Thank you sooo much for that idea. Did it that way and it felt sooo good because i didnt have this loser feeling for breaking in all the time 🙏🏻😄 now next time starting a few seconds earlier each exercise
I can't believe who she's so fit. Like seriously. Going on without breaks and that too with those bicycle side plank thingy. I mean, at first I thought they were those normal side plank crunches BUT SHE WAS DOING WITH THE LOWER LEG! HOW?! I had to modify it as I couldn't balance myself in that position. Her fitness level is no joke.
Omg, I‘m so surprised right now. I‘m following her workout plans since week 7, one week 30 minutes and the rest of the weeks I was switching between 45 min normal or Fat Burn. I mean before I started with pamela I already was training with homeworkouts and pilates 3 times a week, but she really motivated me to do workouts 5 times a week. I remember the first week to do her program, I trief this plank challenge and only did it to 5 min with two breaks. Today I did it again and espected nothing and boom the last plank arrived and afterwards the well done and I did it without a pause. It was still very challenging but this feeling right now is undescribable. There‘s always a new challenge for you waiting, which makes your mind and your body stronger, so keep pushing. It will be worth it!💖
This is honestly one of my favorite work outs! It’s only 7 min but my abs and arms are burning 😭😭😭 after one week I’ve noticed results. Love Pamela’s work outs. I do this and the 20 min full body workout
I do this every other morning and for weeks I've been asking myself "does it ever get easier?" Now, finally, I can say with confidence that it DOES get easier (though it's still challenging for sure)! It definitely took some time and consistency and I'll still keep doing this every other morning. I want to find out if someday I can call this an easy ab workout. Thank you for always challenging me Pamela! Edit: It's definitely getting easier! I've noticed a clear improvement in my posture and I'm sure it's because of this workout! I used to stand with my hips slightly sticking forward but now everything's totally straight and I don't need to use any conscious effort to keep it that way! Edit: I've now been doing this every other morning for more than half a year. Though it still challenges me (if it didn't I wouldn't even do it) I've noticed that instead of viewing this as a challenge, it has become just another workout for me. I used to have a mental barrier that I needed to push through to do this workout because I knew I'd have to tolerate the discomfort, but now, though the physical discomfort is still there, the mental barrier is gone. It feels like my mind has accepted the discomfort and that in itself makes the workout easier for me and I don't feel uncomfortable about the thought of performing this workout. :) + any plank exercise during any other workout is sooooo easy!! :'D

Made it to 4:15 without a break, new record! I also only took one break the entire workout! 😁. I used to have to take a break every 2-3 exercises! Edit: As of 02/10/2021 I FINALLY FINISHED WITHOUT A BREAK!!🥳🎉🎉🎉. I didn’t do all the exercises as fast as Pam tho. I got to 4:15 and just thought I’d try a little more, but I pushed through to the end. Just proves it’s mind over matter. Your mind will try to tell you you’re done before your body does.
After 1 year of consequently training, I am happy to do this workout and still have energy left in my abs at the end. Thank you for all your workouts that have made me stronger in the long run. Sincerely thanks!
I did it perfectly !!! I don't do it often. But 2 years ago I was thinking Pamela was a robot. I do her exercices 3-4 times a week. I came back on this one and it was "easy ".
Love this!!! Didn’t really know there were different plank variations 🙈🙈 will definitely try this at the gym today! Also, would you be able to post a full body workout circuit using only kettlebells?? Thank you 😀😀
I have to admit Pamela's workouts are real burners. After 6 months of training and following other workouts I finally feel confident and strong enough to try these and yes, they are no joke even if you already are in good shape!
I did this whole thing (first try) without breaks (for sweaty + hard workout). I was honestly dreading this bc I thought it was a straight-up plank for 7 min like the workout w/ Chris. It actually felt really short and it turns out this is actually a great cool-down. Thanks!
Day 1 of this challenge and dang I have some work ahead of me to build my upper body up. Pam I love how focused and poised you are in every exercise you do, which also helps me see that I can achieve the same. Tks for your great videos
Just found u. Just tried the 7 min plank challenge. Failed miserably/spectacularly. At 73, it's all about getting better each & every day. So, I'll be following along. Trying to keep up. On a positive note the music really helps. I've never listened to tunes when I workout. What a gift. Thanks.
Love this! You know it’s a good workout when 7 minutes feels like 30 😭😬 Made it to 3:11 without breaks this time. Definitely coming back to improve my time!
Thank you so much Pamela! I never thought I would be able to get through this without a break. So today I tried this challenge again, because I had the goal to do the entire workout in August. And I wondered ( and I am SO proud about this) that I got through this quite easily😍😍 I didn’t realize how fit I became😍😍😍
No plan for this week so after 60min workout with cardio, weights and bands, I managed to finish with this one : ) I am feeling so strong!! Can't wait for what you have for us in 2022. Thank you!!!
@@sreemathidevimr7725 I trained with Pam before quarantine, but way less intense. I usually did 20 minutes or so. In quarantine I started doing her 45 min workout plan, after 2-3 weeks I switched to the fat burn plan and here we go. Keep going! This takes time. Do you do her plans too?
@@sreemathidevimr7725 sorry never see your answer! I saw huge results in a month or so with the right nutrition (healthy, but sustainable, vegetarian with a focus on plant based protein). By now the 45min plan isn't even enough to make me feel like I moved enough. I currently train 14-19hrs per week and it all started with Pam. For the timing: whatever feels right to you. I know many people enjoy to train in the morning. My form is way better in the afternoon or evening, so I prefer that. Fasted cardio doesn't work for me. :)

I didn’t do all the exercises as fast as Pam tho. I got to 4:15 and just thought I’d try a little more, but I pushed through to the end. Just proves it’s mind over matter. Your mind will try to tell you you’re done before your body does.
Good job!!!!
Wtf I managed to do the whole thing without any break and it’s my first time, I’m really proud
You should be! Yei you!
Hiii sorry for the late answer but thank you so much !
I did too
That's AMAZING! Meanwhile I am here still struggling, getting there tho lol
@XI nani there's a thing called being happy for others :)
Love this!!! Didn’t really know there were different plank variations 🙈🙈 will definitely try this at the gym today! Also, would you be able to post a full body workout circuit using only kettlebells?? Thank you 😀😀
Inner thigh workout please 💪😍
__cori 💪
Yes go workout. UA-cam doesn't burn the calories hun.
M- Nice the fuck
I tried it the first time today and I didn't make it at all... but hey, everybody starts low
Continue dear, you will get there. All the best
summer v just don’t stop
Don't be afraid to press pause! I always do :) Also, you can try out shorter plank challenges to get you started.
I have to admit Pamela's workouts are real burners. After 6 months of training and following other workouts I finally feel confident and strong enough to try these and yes, they are no joke even if you already are in good shape!
Nice arms.
whoever can keep up with this killer planks after the other 20 mins of killing your arm muscles (day 5) is a machine!!!
FR! i skipped the bicycle side planks because i couldn't feel my arms anymore
I almost died 😭
I did eventhough i thought it wasn't possible and when i started the plank challenge i was planning to stop whenever my arms give up
This girl's core made of steel!!! Definately felt the burn!🔥🔥
Thanks for this amaizing routine🤩🥰🥰
Suffered through these 7 mins, but after 5 mins I felt proud for what I did!
Thank you!♥️
Oh I just did it today .. minus the bicycle plank. Will surely do all next time. Thanks Pam for this amazing workout
By far the most rewarding of all the videos from PR! An intense 7 minute workout, then took me several months be I could complete without breaks.
I did this whole thing (first try) without breaks (for sweaty + hard workout). I was honestly dreading this bc I thought it was a straight-up plank for 7 min like the workout w/ Chris. It actually felt really short and it turns out this is actually a great cool-down. Thanks!
Yaaay! Finally did it without breaks 😭✨✨💪💪♥️
I had tried a lot of planks rutines and believe..this is the best killer routine..this girl don't even sweet..is she really human??
Day 1 of this challenge and dang I have some work ahead of me to build my upper body up. Pam I love how focused and poised you are in every exercise you do, which also helps me see that I can achieve the same. Tks for your great videos
Just found u. Just tried the 7 min plank challenge. Failed miserably/spectacularly. At 73, it's all about getting better each & every day. So, I'll be following along. Trying to keep up. On a positive note the music really helps. I've never listened to tunes when I workout. What a gift. Thanks.
OMGG FINALLY I DID IT🥳🥳🥳🥳 without pausing the video
Love this! You know it’s a good workout when 7 minutes feels like 30 😭😬
Made it to 3:11 without breaks this time. Definitely coming back to improve my time!
this is exactly what i needed thank you Pamela 💕💪🏻 loveyou♥🔥
Thank you so much Pamela! I never thought I would be able to get through this without a break. So today I tried this challenge again, because I had the goal to do the entire workout in August. And I wondered ( and I am SO proud about this) that I got through this quite easily😍😍 I didn’t realize how fit I became😍😍😍
No plan for this week so after 60min workout with cardio, weights and bands, I managed to finish with this one : ) I am feeling so strong!! Can't wait for what you have for us in 2022. Thank you!!!
I used to hate it. Now I love how strong I feel afterwards. Your workouts have really strengthened me overall.
i like how i actually thought i could actually do all this without breaks😢😅
The first exercise after 4 booty workouts was sooo hard🥵 I couldn't control my legs... Thanks Pam for day 2 of week 13...😅
it kills me how she just sits up casually and soft smiles at the camera at the end. after doing this whole thing nonstop. I am actually dead 💀💀💀
I think that we should all thank her for her super workouts that she makes for us ! THANK YOU SO MUCH PAM !
When you do it all, without any breaks, you feel so powerful, like wowaaa 😅😎🦸♀️
First 20 seconds, not too bad😘😘after 1 minute, I need 5 minutes break🤣🤣🤣🤣
Did this after abs with weights and 2 HIIT videos.. I can’t believe Pam just did that to us
Me too. It was so hard.
Been here since week 1 and finally nailed this without breaks. Pam! Guuuuuuurl!! Amazing journey with you, have a nice stay in Ibiza 💛
Whaat?? Howw!!??
@@sreemathidevimr7725 I trained with Pam before quarantine, but way less intense. I usually did 20 minutes or so.
In quarantine I started doing her 45 min workout plan, after 2-3 weeks I switched to the fat burn plan and here we go.
Keep going! This takes time. Do you do her plans too?
@@theresaw70 no but I do her workouts and my main focus is on abs and flat belly. Do you see results after doing her workouts? :))
Also, if I want to follow her plans what time do you recommend to work out? Like morning or evening or afternoon???
@@sreemathidevimr7725 sorry never see your answer! I saw huge results in a month or so with the right nutrition (healthy, but sustainable, vegetarian with a focus on plant based protein).
By now the 45min plan isn't even enough to make me feel like I moved enough. I currently train 14-19hrs per week and it all started with Pam.
For the timing: whatever feels right to you. I know many people enjoy to train in the morning. My form is way better in the afternoon or evening, so I prefer that. Fasted cardio doesn't work for me. :)
First time getting through this entire routine!! Thank you Pam for making me so strong!! ❤ 💪 🎉
Im several exercise away from completing it 😭did you notice a change in your body or not while completing it
I literally trust no one's youtube workout except for yours 🖤🖤
is anyone else dying because they're doing it after the week 17 full body workouts?
yes
Yes gurl
Yep...
Yes I am shaking
This is the best workout i have ever done , thank you!
I work out this for years. Always good choice when theres lack of time, lack of motivstion or I need to work out my core to decrease back pain because of my work and increase my core streght because of my hobbies. Love it.
