Start the new year of right and learn to breathe with me.
Breathing exercises has many benefits such as stress relief, anxiety/depression/stress management, pain management and much more.
Starting January 2 one video will be release every day for 14 days. Each day we will learn breathing technics and built on them. At the end you will have the tools to use breathing actively to manage the symptoms of your illnesses.
