Man that's not a "home gym." That's a full gym in your home. Like you bought out all the eqpt from a closing gym.
I appreciate it man. But didn't buy out a gym - just been a slow collection that has built over the past 3 years. Just an example of what you can do with a 3-car garage.

Cool video and tour of your gym. I'm always interested in well equipped professional looking home gyms like this. My "home gym" never got past a beginners bench (the flimsy kind where you can't bench more than 100kg or so) a mat for deadlifting, squat stands, a 7ft barbell, 2 DB handles and a load of weight plates (2.5 - 15kg). It was in my parents garage and the ground wasn't even straight!!

I never comment, mainly because who cares what I think.......But seriously, this is definitely one the best home/garage gyms I've seen on youtube, especially because there's no freakin' sponsorship plastered all over the place. Genuine!

Your gym is sick. I have to agree this is probably one of the best garage gyms I've ever seen. Have you ever thought of getting a Crosscore 180 for suspension training where you have to resist rotation too?

Awesome! Thank you for making the how to vid. I actually just made a very quick vid of my own garage gym. (Tried posting the link, I am assuming that is what is making the post glitch. You can check it out on my channel if you would like to) . This one is very short as it says in the beginning of the video. Ima reshoot the price and where everything was purchased vid at a later time. That will be a fairly long video for sure. Plus it will give me a little time to finish a couple of other projects I have planned. I do have a GHD and can do the whole lay on the pad and use a band thing to replicate a reverse hyper, but I would rather try and build my own to work on my squat rack like you have done. Partly bc I have no room left... and well, those dang things are expensive lol. And you never run across them used. My rack is a bit different than yours, but I do believe with a little tweaking to your design, I can get something to work on mine as well.

Hey, just subbed to your channel. Your home gym is just freakin amazing! For a guy like me who only trains at home, this is like heaven. BTW, what is the best way for somebody to get into highland games? They sound very interesting!

too. As for getting into the highland games, the best bet is to find a
games somewhat local to you and attend as a spectator and then talk with
the competitors and find out if any are local and if you can learn from
them and practice with them. If you can't find anyone, it's about
finding or making implements yourself and UA-cam and just trying to
figure it out on the fly! The video camera is your best coach. Try
checking out www.nasgaweb.com for tons of info as well. If you have any
other more specific questions, please ask!
Thanks for the reply! I'll check out the site you mentioned. I've had to become fairly handy making my own gym stuff so the DIY aspect shouldn't be an issue if it comes to that. I'll be sure to ask if I come up with anything specific!

Looks like a weightlifting gym, not really for bodybuilding.
You can bodybuild with just about anything, and it's a garage. Not a lot of room for machines

No you dont but its really nice to have if you want it, like i condom or a gun i would rather have it and not need it, then need it and not have it.
You don’t need anything to workout. But having more tools in the toolbox can make a job easier to accomplish.
