I think your groin issue may be a condition called: Sports Hernia (Athletic Pubalgia) It's not like a typical hernia... it presents like a high groin strain and is treated basically the same way. Look it up and see what you think.

Great breakdown, my dude! People sleep on that left arm action, and I couldn't agree more that it is a crucial element in moving from intermediate to elite. Maybe not something you really need to think about until you've mastered getting fast into the sprint, but a huge element of a good finish nonetheless.

OUTSTANDING!! Love these, man. Thanks for the breakdown. Kyle Lillie does something I have never seen before where he moves his feet during the cast and, essentially, ends up doing two linear 1-turns in a row. Whatever works, I guess.

This was really helpful. Thank you! It looks like one major shift I need to make is to push sooner into the low spot. I really appreciate that you broke down the timing of the cue with your movements. Seeing that helped me dial in the timing of the push like I hadn't in the past. Thank you.

I would love to see some breakdown videos of your throw and cues. I'm in learning mode once again and trying to understand and upgrade my throws (particularly what is loose and where force is applied through the weight and hammer throws). I've been watching the old highland videos you made and would love to hear more if you have time to create technical breakdowns.

Just doing it? Hard to understand what you are asking, it is kind of just how you throw. Throw it more until it can become comfortable. And always continue to push to get stronger which should make it easier
