Congrats to 1000 Subscribers!! I think I was the thousandth …🎉😋 ps. I love your Videos…amazingly produced 👍
Thank you so much, and I'm so happy to hear!:) Thanks for being part of the channel, and for being my thousandth subscriber🥳
NOTE: I had also filmed a segment about the Link button, but it unexpectedly got cut during editing. My sincere apologies for that. Also, as someone pointed out...yes, this is a VCA type compressor.
The key info is, the LINK knob lets you run the compressor in stereo or as two mono compressors. But what makes this compressor unique is that you can also link or unlink the left and right channels gradually from 0 to 100%. So they're not fully stereo or not fully mono. This is great when you have stereo material that is very loud on the sides so that the left side does not fully control the right side. I tend to have it set to 90%.
Thanks for your understanding, and for watching!:)
Just to let everyone know that this compressor is a VCA
Compressor because this information was not brought
up in this video, its always good to know what your dealing
with when it comes down to the type of compressor because
one will then have a good idea how its going to act on what its
being inserted on. Hope this information helps.
Thank you Simon and you are totally right! My bad for not mentioning that. Happy new year!
Great video
Fabulous content
Thank you Ryan, and so glad to hear :) Hope you are doing well!
