exactly why I got the ninja 300 mirrors. shorter and they look better than the antennas on the 400. I went with the corsa windscreen.
Hands down the absolute best Mod for the Ninja 400 is to get a ZX10.

Better mirror option would be to replace the stock N400 mirrors with the Ninja300's shorter mirrors. Less goofy looking but functional. I'm not a fan of those winglet style mirrors. They are all show and zero function. Maybe it's just me but they remind me of those thin reading glasses old folks wear when seen when flipped up.
Smoked windscreen is also just for show. You lose too much visibility through them, I honestly don't recommend. Short-can exhausts are just obnoxiously loud and because of the higher exhaust air flow, you actually stand to lose a bit of power/torque without a tune to accommodate for it.

I dont like tinted screens. I like my stock mirrors. And the pipe is obnoxiously loud. But i did put a tail tidy on mine with tiny little LED blinkers that looks really nice. And a tank protector. And fairing protection. If i get a pipe it will be one that sounds nice without being overly loud.

Never been a fan of these kind of exaust sound. Aesthetically this bike looks immaculate.

I have been riding for a long time and two mods I would not do to the Ninja 400 or 636 and I have both of them.
Do not get those skinny hard to see through mirrors, you need to be able to see whats behind you when changing lanes or what's coming up besides you.
Keep in mind, you have experienced motorcycle engineers that designed this motorcycle, they know what is needed.
The last thing you need when you are speeding is a cop to pull up behind you, you can't see him and he'll think you are fleeing, believe me, this happens quite often!
Second, a fender delete is okay, but integrated taillight is not a good idea, it's not only a bad idea but also illegal.
When you signal your intentions, many drivers will only see a blinking break light and if you get into an accident, you will be blamed for causing it because you made an illegal mod that people in cars get confused over.
Ive seen ninja 400s shooting flames , how do u do that ? Do u need a full exhuast system ? Please answer and thx

Which fender eliminator did you use?
I'm not sure but I recommend TST. They have options if you want to keep the OEM turn signals.
I used UMP i think its called.

exhaust sound is crap!! just because that is the 1st thing that is mentioned, and called for i know the rest of the review isn't worth listening too.

Where did you get your sliders/crash protection from?
Means a lot man, i got them off revzilla for like 90 or 99$ !! I got robbed by the installation shop for 180$ when my friend was like i coulda done it for free for you so be carful with that
