If they lose grip, you will become a passenger flying first class to the scene of the accident. No amount of braking or steering will affect that. Cheap tyres vs quality tyres can be the difference between having a butt puckering moment through a puddle and coming out alive, or skidding right off the road.

Oh and a gear indicator cuz I’m terrible at keeping track of the gear I’m in lmfao. Still have all the stock parts though just in case
Well I got for my first motorcycle a brand new exhaust coz the old one was rusted away. It is only available as a full exhaust system and doesn't have a catalytic converter. db-killer? nope. The bike was never produced with one and there's no space to put the db killer. Changing the seat? My bikes seat is comfortable af. No need to change. Heated grips? Use fucking gloves. I wouldn't want to have a skin transplantation for my hands. Oh and I have a 1997 Suzuki GN 125
Why not just dismount seat and give it to any tailor? Obviously seat itself is OK, you need to upgrade just FOAM under a$$. Maybe some extra leather will be needed. But it's anyway will be cheaper! And hell, you can put as much foam as you like!
+1 on seat. I have Seat Concepts. It looks great. Really comfy. I dropped in Ricor Intiminators (fork emulators), which really changed the ride. Very little brake dive now, and it feels much more planted. These are a great solution for older dual sport bikes.
Yup, a comfy seat makes a huge difference. I didn’t realize how uncomfortable the seat was on my first bike til I got my second bike and it was like night and day.
Mods do in fact increase value when done correctly as a proper build I've sold a 05 cbr600f4i with 32k miles for 9300 because it had some discontinued wheels that I regret selling cause you CAN NOT find any aftermarket wheels for an f4i anymore and a custom tube full frame amd.swing arm it sold.within 2 hours so I could have asked way more and sat on if for.a bit
I would add a Thunderbox from Healtech- This will shut any devices off when you shut off the motorcycle without becoming an amateur electrician on wires that don't tolerate amateurs or connecting up electronics by splicing into wires controlled by your computer which will figure out they are there and not like it. It will also supply enough power for your $1500 pocket super computer as well as several other devices. Also run SAE connectors and not whatever garbage comes with whatever device you plan to hook up.
That is why you shouldn't purchase cheap Chinese aftermarket parts. Instead, buy Italian or German aftermarket parts. Expensive but way better build quality than stock.
I have to disagree about the windscreen. At least for a cruiser motorcycle. A good windscreen can make your riding experience so much more enjoyable, especially if you ride in a cool climate. Also, if you’re riding long distances, it can save a real beating on your chest by blocking a majority of the wind.
I have 2023 650 and need some sliders. I don't see any available that don't mount to where you say not to. Even Kawasaki's sliders from their website mount to that point. Any recommendations?
Your comment about frame sliders mounting on engine mount points is pure malarky. Never mind aftermarket, even OEMs sometimes use engine mount points for their frame sliders. For other motorcycles, there may not be other options, depending on what is available. So what, you shouldn't get one at all, if that's your only option? Sometimes it appears you're just crapping on stuff you don't like just because you have an irrational hate for things, while failing to be objective.
Most. Most mods decrease value. Adventure bikes don't lose value when they have aftermarket crash bars and pannier racks when they don't come from the factory with them. Also maintenance mods generally may add a little value, some models have mechanically inferior parts that that model's community will have a well known fix for. If it's a lot of work, that will be a nice to have if a previous owner has done it especially if professionally installed. They may not add value, but they don't decrease value.
7:00 i bought them for my yamaha when my oryginal brake pump broke off and they're feeling better and are built better than the oryginal ones. A cluch lever, stock one were wobbing in every direction.
when it comes to the aesthetics, do whatever the hell you want. IT IS YOUR BIKE. don't listen to Yammie Noob, thats just his opinion. One of my bikes is a custom bobber that is chopped to hell, spray painted and basically held up with duct tape and zip ties but it gets more attention than my CBR and SV
They do not necessarily add value, but when you do a mod. Keep the OEM parts when you sell the bike, put everything back on. Most people rather origino and do mods themselves.
Your website doesn't have many options for models, was interested in finding some parts for my 2011 ninja 1000 but it seems you only have options for the ninja 650 and zx6r bummer

Do not make your bike loud. It creates an ambient stress which is psychologically damaging to people, especially children. It does nothing for 'safety'. I've driven right beside straight pipe Harleys on the highway and couldn't hear them at all. Real men protect their neighborhood, not terrorizing them. Pay attention, be disciplined and learn to be predictive in order to ride to ride another day. This makes this video bunk.
My bike is an old enduro, mods I did were, new grips, new tires 35/65s, an extra mirror, and taped up the headlight. Seat doesn’t matter because I’m not usually in it, bark busters are for pussies, and looks don’t matter when it’s coated in mud

Does anyone have any good beginner sport helmet recommendations that have the visor shift from clear to tinted? I don't wanna end up getting two helmets for day and night riding when I'm just getting started.
The Corbin seat for a KLR was a huge downgrade it was harder and wider actually digging into my thighs .I threw it in the trash( I wouldn’t pass that to a fellow rider)
Who gives a crap is people like stickers or spray bombing whaever tf they/we/anyone wants to do. Your aesthetics are more entertaining to you than anyone trying to watch your vids.
3:49 You call that a power-adder? That's a first-generation centrifugal flow turbojet engine from the late 1940s, pretty wimpy by modern standards, and very fuel thirsty. I would suggest, for this application, a smaller modern medium-bypass turbofan, perhaps a Rolls Royce BR710. Way more power, far better fuel economy, and a little bit less loud and thus less cop-attracting. On the other hand though, there is an advantage to the older engine - it is less susceptible to FOD, debris on the road. It has intake screens to block stuff getting in, and if something does their cast-aluminum compressor wheels are damn near indestructible. So maybe a better option for the road, while the modern turbofan is better on the track.
If a louder exhaust is a "must have" mod then what will we do when we are all forced onto electric motorcycles? Have loud ICE soundtracks routed to our earphones in the helmet?
I got a buddy that over-accessorises from ebay his bike with stickers and whatever he can install to it to the point it starts falling apart. I call it Daveifying it.

First thing I did to my bike was actually get vortex 3.0 adjustable levers because the stock ones didn’t fit right for me lol. After that I got a slip on leo Vince LV10 and a tail tidy.
Whoops. I did the Noob thing and bought the full exhaust pipe and muffler. Damnit. Especially on the Honda grom clone 😂But it sounds good.
Dont listen to this wimp just do what you want since its your bike and your money why listen against your very own will and likes? people kept telling me dont get a zx6r get a 400 ninja! Well l asked my self what do l really want and am I smart enough to have it! So l got me a 636 ninja kawasaki with under 800 miles on it its 2021 so am happy learning taking my time and being responsible thats it
Do not make your bike loud.
Seat doesn’t matter because I’m not usually in it, bark busters are for pussies, and looks don’t matter when it’s coated in mud
i suppose you do give free content away so i shouldn't complain about purchase for entry. but i will anyway. barely able to afford my speed triple. can not afford to supply yammie with greenbacks. although i enjoy your videos. luckly they are free. please don't change that
Why use God's name as an expletive? This is blasphemy before God and you will be held accountable. Highly offensive to the people of faith in God to hear you talk this way!
Why ripping on people for modding aesthetically? Just let people have their bikes however they want, quit gatekeeping 🤣🤣
There's nothing I hate more than asymmetrical exhaust. A stupid huge round thing on one side in the way of everything. Nothing sexier than the double under the tail exhaust of the R1.
I just bought my bike yesterday and I’m picking it up today at 6pm are crash caves better than frame sliders????
got pierlli str scopians on my suzuki gs500f. they are so much better and gripper than the m/c racers i had on previously. laugh all you want. its beincing an adventure tourer for me
Absolutely hate stock hand levers. Way too big and unnecessary. Definitely getting shorties for two finger riding (already do that).
Does anyone have any good beginner sport helmet recommendations that have the visor shift from clear to tinted? I don't wanna end up getting two helmets for day and night riding when I'm just getting started.
You named a few tires there, how you feel a bout a Continental Conti-Blitz? Front too, of coarse.(about 1,000 lb Street Cruiser)
Bruh... if your needing a comfortable seat on a dirt bike...your not riding it right. Should be standing bout 70 percent of the time
The Corbin seat for a KLR was a huge downgrade it was harder and wider actually digging into my thighs .I threw it in the trash( I wouldn’t pass that to a fellow rider)
Or, unless you plan on building an aircraft, just use a gas turbine to drive a wheel for several times more efficiency.
@@user2C47 So you mean the MTT Y2K Turbine Superbike?
If a louder exhaust is a "must have" mod then what will we do when we are all forced onto electric motorcycles? Have loud ICE soundtracks routed to our earphones in the helmet?
Im looking for an exhaust for my ninja 650 2022 But cant seem to find any slip ons, anyone got anything To recomend?
I got a buddy that over-accessorises from ebay his bike with stickers and whatever he can install to it to the point it starts falling apart. I call it Daveifying it.
i got perilli diablo 3's on my ninja 300...overkill?
Anybody know where I can get something to protect the plastics on an aprilia?? Rs 457
Make your bke your own....but don't change anything because other people won't like it lmao okay
4:30. Lmao no way that license plate is legal. Almost horizontal and flopping all over the place. Get a tail tidy but goddamn dont do that. it looks even worse now
Your videos are great but you need to cut out those crude jokes as we have females watching and you don’t need those odd lines here and there to be relevant. You know your stuff and have a good following so keep it neat and tidy.
3:48 no one is gonna talk about how we just got told not to build an Oppressor MKII? XD Thanks Yammie
"Only noobs and busa boys sticker bomb"
Me who just sticker bombed my new grom: 👁👄👁
My very 1st mod is changing the horn for a bicycle bell. 2nd i like to add one of those clown honkers. Lol im kidding
Fook yeah!! ORANGE, WE ALL NEED MORE ORANGE!!! Yeah! Yammie. More orange.
imho tires should be the first. Doesn't matter of car, or bike, or bicycle. Good tires are paramount.
What I’ve been trying to figure out is.. is yammie actually his name.. what does that even mean
Statement of the decade dropped ladies and gentlemen
“Your papa won’t do you dirty like that”🤣
I love how you negate all other opinions. DB killer, really? baffles? Most people rip those out tbh.
First mod on a new bike I put bright yellow clearwater fogs on it and it increases the viz 10 fold
everyone should have framesliders cuz you never know when youre gonna drop the bike and they are cheap anyways
