vauxhall vivaro 1.9 no rev diagnostic fail

today we have a little no rev diagnostic for a vivaro 1.9 which was taken over two days and i couldnt solve it...give the video watch if you spot something ive missed or had experience fixing this please drop me a comment with any help or tips. thank you

Same issue on my vivaro was throttle pedal I unplugged it cleaned it was perfect after

Well we are all out of ideas so randomly changing parts is next port of call. I will suggest to him we try the pedal first. Cheers for the comment
