- Well this is what we have been up tp for the last three weeks. No power and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Just waiting for another part now.

I loved how you explained the mechanical process of how it works.
Great vid nice for someone to explain wer things are ❤
Cheers John!
You like a challenge Derek keep up the good work👍
More like, glutton for punishment!
Everything always has to be so complicated to get at, hopefully you’ll manage to fix it easily
Pop the new pipe on, job's a gud 'un!
I have had the exact same issue with loss of power above 3k and it was the same issue both times. Before changing the MAP sensor, take it of the locator and flip it over so the hose is on the top and check for splits. Mine split twice and caused the exact same issue.
If it happens agin I'll check that, thanks!
The full plastic air box including the filter and lid pulls off 4 rubber bobbins that are bolted to the frame you are struggling with.
Cheers! There will be easier ways to do it!
Hi i have EXCATLY the same problems, only fault is saying injector one????
Any help appreciated
Oops, just seen this. We had that problem with the van a couple of years ago. It went to the garage and they pulled all the injectors out. It was okay for a while then these problems happened. The broken turbo pipe was a result of that earlier dismantling.
I have the same vehicle and am having a similar problem. Lack of power going into limp mode and jerks from time to time when climing past 3000 reves or accelerating up hill... is there a part 2 to this video? Any help would be appreciated

@@sleepycatpictures1176 thank you 😊
@@uh-64_silentkill37 Hope it helped!
@sleepycatpictures1176 It did, am back up and running cheers mate
@@uh-64_silentkill37 Excellent!
Another video says MAF sensor needs changing , I put no power under 2500 revs in search on you tube
The first job was change the the ignition switch. then the boost pressure and boost sensor - made no difference - then changed the MAF. That worked, but air was leaking from the ducting from the turbo which I fudged. Van is good now apart from the oil leaks. Frankly, I'd buy a Transit!
Have you got obd 2 tester mine is a performance actuator problem! You would be better off getting a garage to sort it out?
The garage broke the pipe leading from the turbo! MAF sensor was duff and after bodging the turbo pipe, all is good.
That broken pipe end is held on with a spring clip. Pull the clip out part way and pop the pipe off. You are missing the clip. A new clip and a new pipe is needed.
I told the owner that but I ended up bodging instead. Still works okay!
Fantastic tutorial , A question please , i have no codes , i have replaced the MAF recently had one down injector replaced , i have just done all the glow plugs ! serviced the whole van . But still have a lumpy splutter on low revs if i disconnect the maf the splutter stops but very little power , PLease Help ! Any help will be much appreciateT
Not sure to be honest. Is the EGR clean? Also the clutch pedal switch is sometimes a problem. Might be worth having a look at the Vauxhall Forums. You might have another dodgy injector.
@@sleepycatpictures1176 thank you I have tried the forum's but people just talk absolute Shite on them and want to tell there life story !

I have zero codes on the reader and no lights on the dash ?
@@MartinJames-dw9xt I had that problem with a Fusion. Turned out to be the EGR valve that was stuck open. There was so much gas coming through that th eengine could not breath. Is the Exhaust pipe clear?
COVID JAB NO 4 !!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOO
I agree completely!
So i have the same lights on, did you read it with a diagnostic reader? What codes were you getting with this issue?
AP, (owner of the van) had a generic code reader, can't remember what it was but the code said bad MAF. It went a lot better after fitting a new one.
