I believe that a good percentage of people feel odd during their teen years. It is a crime to tell a young person that means they need to try to change their sex.
And the more they talk about all the new quirky pronouns and fetishes, the odder, the kids are gonna feel! I predict a bunch of kids would opt for blocking their hormones to avoid this crazy adult world, where we are letting madness take over once sane spaces. And who could blame them? The future looks bleak, I wish I could enjoy childhood again.
@@idid138 Sobering reminder: The only "transition" every soul needs is; transitioning from lies/darkness into the truth/light. From religions into reality. From being unsaved/wicked sinner into being saved. From being deceived into being HEALD. Therefore, souls, CRY OUT TO GOD and leave behind all masonic/satanic lies. As none is trans nor male nor female in heaven, same in hell, no soul is trans nor male nor female. FOREVER HUMAN SPIRIT. Mark 12:25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven. Matthew 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. Sinners shall have everlasting existence filled with agony. Can confirm on the feeling odd during teenhood thing! I was in high school from 2003-2006 and I remember just avidly hating the size of my breasts. I was already a D-cup by 17, boys would sneak quick glances, and rampant uber-feminism was telling me that it was because they were pigs who couldn't control themselves. If you could have offered me any surgery in the world, I would have asked for a breast reduction, an A to B cup sounded like the most wonderful thing in the world. Looking back now I can see _so_ much more clearly now. My issue was something beyond the surface. For starters, at that point I had lived longer as flat-chested due to childhood, so I had not yet become accustomed to my new body. Being in a new body was a jarring change I wasn't ready to accept, I just wanted to run and be free again like I was as a child only a handful of years ago. Sex was also a concept that made me deeply uncomfortable at that time because at 17 I still felt much too young to engage in any of that, so the size of my chest made me feel overtly sexual when I never meant to be, and to add to that, the rampant feminism of the time telling me that men only wanted one thing. I wore so many baggy clothes to hide myself. Now though, once I've grown past these issues and come to many realizations? I am SO glad I didn't do anything and continue on that surgery train of thought! I'm still a D-cup to this day and I love my size, I've now lived for a much longer time with breasts than without and I can't imagine life any other way. As for being looked at? I grew to realize that not every glance is a leering, predatory one. It's simply just a thing that happens and it doesn't always mean objectification. All this to say that I see why thoughts of transition is such an epidemic in teens. They're in the natural puberty transition stage and it has heavy influence on their state of mind and how they see themselves. Depending on where they direct this energy and vulnerability, anyone looking from the outside in can take advantage and use this time of confusion by adding fuel to selling an ideology. Teens usually do believe they're in the wrong body, but sometimes for the wrong reasons. I felt like I was in the wrong body too, but merely because of the physical changes I was undergoing, my naivete, and my raging hormones leaving me in a vulnerable, highly suggestible, and impulsive state. My story isn't really identical or even comparable to transitioning and detransitioning of course, but I think it works on the same principle. I would have lived with regrets, I was not stable enough to have made that decision back then and I would have done it all for the wrong reasons.
Exactly especially girls can be mean when you got the best shoes but they end up being for “boys” even tho they are just bad ass shoes . That happened to me I just ended up being into the shoe game
this is not a functional argument, because those who believe in transgender rhetoric believe they *are* necesary. the only argument that matters is "is the philosophy true, or not?" if it is true, than these surgeries are entirely necesary. if it's not true, than the movement is an existential threat to our culture. you cannot be an enlightened centeriust on this. it's either true or it isn't, and we are burning our future on the assumption it is true.
Reminds me of something my dad always says when he's about to tell me something I don't want to hear, but need to hear: "Are you ready? I'm going to be kind, but I am not going to be nice." The "nice" thing to do is affirm these children, but it is absolutely NOT the kind thing to do.
Thank you for sharing your story. I am now 66 years old and I was a tomboy as a child and I am still a tomboy, but I am also a woman and proud of doing things that few women do. Luckily gender disphoria was not a topic when I was a kid and there was no social media. I think it is criminal to encourage teenagers to take hormones and have surgeries. I wish you all the best for your future.
Not going through puberty as a teenager is not safe for bone density & having a dominant sex hormone in your body that isn’t the one you’re brain was neurologically wired to expect is like having constant, painful internal tug-o-war going on😫 For trans teenagers HRT can absolutely be medically necessary care!
My dad raised me, & I would have done it to try to be a son for my dad, who mourned my brother being taken, and alienated from him. His sadness had me ace wrapping my breasts at 11. They would have torn my body apart, because I was tomboyish, rough and tumble, and trying to comfort my father. You know a huge number of the transgender community are autistic spectrum, and BPD? It’s tragic.
Dolly Parton wrote in her 1993 biography: "I think like a man." It shows how one's mental state is not controlled by our bodies. Hopefully, as a society we'll come out of this time learning how to accept the diversity of our minds no matter what our sex is.
When she was talking about how perfect her little sister is, I was thinking the same thing about her. We all just need to learn to love ourselves. When we don’t fit the mold it actually makes us a more interesting and unique person. I’m glad to hear she is doing much better being comfortable as her authentic self.
A huge part of the problem is that people are being lied to. I've seen interviews with adult detransitioners, people who transitioned after the age of 30, who all say they were point blank lied to by medical professionals and trans activists.
I would like to see the liars in the transgender community get punished. They didn't do their job, and now someone who shouldn't have transitioned did, and the ability to transition as whole comes under fire. Let the cis people be cis and not take surgeries that won't help them, and let the trans people get PROPER counseling to decide the best course of action.
@vaska1999 I do feel like people should stop and think and rethink the possibilities that can come from transitioning, even other transgender people encourage thinking about it. But that should be a given. You can't ban a treatment that helps over 90% of people because of a few who had bad experiences.
i started hrt at 18 and had a double mastectomy at 21 (i also had complications, but was luckily taken seriously). i’m 28 now and i regret it all so much.
I'm so very sorry. I know I can't say anything to make it magically better and your life will be different in some ways now, but it can still be great. I wish you the very best.
Jamison, first I will send you a big virtual hug, and second, I hope there's someone in your life you can reach out to that can help you. If not, maybe the people of this channel can direct you to a point of contact. You shouldn't have to navigate through by yourself. Know that you are a beautiful child of a loving God.
So sorry little sis. Hopefully they can rebuild your chest like they do with breast cancer survivors. I pray your body resets to natural form. You're wonderful as you are, and the past experiences have just made you a stronger woman. ❤️❤️❤️
Beauty is within you at birth. I am 56 and I grew up as a tomboy. My story is the same and somewhat different. I had serious trauma in my life from age 4-5yrs to preteen. The more I research into the dysmorphia of our youth, the more I see a distinct pattern that links each young person the same. The individuals that are so-called professionals are absolutely doing our youth a disservice at an extremely alarming rate. If I can save even one young person from going down a path they will regret as they get older, it will be time and dedication well spent. God bless this young lady and her courage to come forward with her message.
Nonbinary person here. I think that there are plenty of tomboys our there, like most of my friends. But I agree, breaking gender norms as a cisgender person doesn't make you trans, and I want doctors to do better and recognizing who is just a tomboy and should not be transitioning.
@laobok I love myself and that's why I refuse to conform to the false colonial gender binary. The first nonbinary people have been around since 4500 B.C.E. We've been around longer than Jesus. Your gender binary is false. That's a colonialist ideal, and ruined the ancient nonbinary culture when Christians enslaved or segregated or murdered First Nation's people and Africans. We stopped being open through genocide. And that's done, get over it. Colonialism doesn't control the truth anymore.
It is an UN agenda plan is to confuse and devalue humans and make them incapable of thinking for themselves and reproducing thus the elites have a group of eunuch slaves. Furthermore this ideology promotes acceptance of mutilation of the human body in readiness for the WEF movement of transhumanism. They acknowledge they need slaves because the future of robots is a failure so building robotics into humans is their aim. K-l- us S-ch-w--b and his offsider admitted that they are now God.
Sadly, a lot of it is due to profit. A healthy tomboy teenage girl.... doesn't need to go to the doctor's much. She's young and healthy. However, convince her that there's something fundamentally wrong with her body, womanhood and identity. Brainwash her into believing that because she does not fit into certain societal stereotypes of womanhood, because she's a tomboy, because she's insecure, maybe she's experienced bullying or a troubled childhood, or perhaps she's autistic and doesn't know it yet. Lots of reasons..... But, moving on, for whatever reason she develops gender dysphoria during her preteens or teen years that very often did not exist before in her childhood (gender dysphoria is a real condition but it is very rare and until gender ideology took hold in the last decade, it was significantly more common in young boys and not teenage girls. The girl seeks help, ends up in gender affirming care and gets serious hormonal and surgical treatments that often have complications, and even if they all go smoothly, she will now be a lifelong medical patient as once you start puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones you have to stay on them for life. Even if you later detransition, because your natural hormonal makeup got messed up and no longer functions, you have to take artificial sex hormones for life. Not to mention other potential complications i.e. bone density loss, loss of fertility, sexual function, etc. More surgeries and procedure are sought out to correct these various problems that did not exist before becoming transgender. Lastly, mental health is likely a mess, so expensive therapies and/or medication and/or other mental health support is also needed. Gender ideology is making a lot of people extremely wealthy.....
Really super simple. It is elective & cosmetic. Insurance provided no coverage. It is an extremely high out of pocket cost. It is extremely profitable. Because of the fact that such surgery is requested by the patient & paid for totally by the patient, there is no victim & no crime.
There are many practitioners like myself who object to the transgender affirmative model of treatment and challenge the research used to support it- but we are in the ones in danger of prosecution. The transgender affirmative model has been adopted by our major medical, pediatrics, and psychological professional associations and our ability to question or challenge this position has been suppressed. Instead, we have been directed to adopt this model of treatment in our professional work- potentially opening us up to legal action, losing our license to practice, and public censure and harassment if we do not follow suit. It should frighten everyone.
Your voice, Soren, and all the voices of those who walk away from the ideology have been getting to loud to ignore. Thank you for speaking out, it is so important. Give your sister a big hug.
Including the therapists who believe in affirmation-only! Most gender-confused young people have multiple other mental health challenges, and transitioning doesn’t make those go away -- so the person is still not happy, but is now damaged for life. What is WRONG with our medical and psychological communities, that they can't see that most of this trans-mania is being caused by outside influences?
These practitioners are in line with the position adopted by the American Medical Association (and pediatric and psychological associations). The ones who resist this affirmative model are the ones under threat of prosecution.
I like how people downplay surgeries. It can so easily be life threatening! So many things can go wrong. Nothing is worth putting your life on the table like that... unless you're dying.
Surgery is downplayed in every facet of life. Cosmetic surgery is increasingly common and c-sections seem to be way more a thing now too. It's all major surgery and can be life threatening, it's crazy how modern culture treats it so lightly now.
@@bendakstarkiller3407 It's especially downplayed for females but female pain is often downplayed. Like women are told period pain and childbirth are part of being a woman and they should just suck it up
It won't. It's part of a depopulation agenda and also serves as a distraction. But it can continue forever because this is something that just isn't natural and you are going to get more and more people that are speaking out against it, including people like this.
@Boog News Network Your mind changes as you get older it is inevitable, as is dying and paying taxes. People do not think the same way ten years later, and then ten years after that, and then ten years after that. People become entirely different people from 25 to 50. For the most part, people don't care what you do with your body. If you are an adult, that is your choice. But letting children get it is absolute insanity. Just wait and 10 years from now to see how many people are regretting this decision. , and you're already seeing it.
Transgender individuals are not afflicted by delusions. It is evident from the personal narratives of detransitioners, as well as other accounts, that they did not undergo the profound distress of gender dysphoria. Gender dysphoria, a condition that endures throughout one's lifetime, cannot simply vanish or be remedied. While transitioning can alleviate emotional anguish to some extent, it cannot eradicate gender dysphoria or serve as a curative measure. Detransitioners grapple with a range of traumatic encounters, such as sexual assault and bullying. For them, transitioning holds promise as they envision a transformation of their physical sex as a means to transcend the torment inflicted by their traumatic experiences, hoping to emerge as a new individual untainted by those hardships.
If any parent is confused about what gender their own child belongs to , then that parent really doesn't deserve to have custody of kids and really shouldn't be around anyone else's child if they cant even tell the difference between a boy and a girl
Please don't comment about a group of people you do not know, its incredibly wrong, no one comes into your world and tells you what you should do with your body because that would be invasive, please let others live as they choose ,no I'm not trans, no I'm not pro anything what I am is pro Autonomy which is everyones democratic right .Ask yourself how exactly are a group of people who are less than 1percent of the population affecting your life, the answer should be zero be grateful and relieved no one is judging how you choose to live or better yet imagine if the world decided that the way you live wasn't good enough and wrong, it wouldn't feel very good would it? Live and Let live . I only know one person who is trans they are also a productive valuable member of society ,assisting people come off drugs of addiction, they are compassionate, caring and lovely and THAT is where the judgment should lie,Is this person a good kind compassionate person ? Your judgement is hurtful very hurtful to those who dont' live the same way, it leads to depression and feelings of not feeling welcomed ,its wrong !!! stop it

So why is 25% of the population flocking to it? Its a fad. And no parent or doctor should be mutilating kids.
@@keidwynI tell you why it is controversial: According to "The independent woman's forum" 《The number of people aged 13 to 25 identifying as transgender has nearly doubled since 2017. Forty-three percent of the 1.6 million transgender-identifying Americans are young adults or teenagers. As the liberal comedian Bill Maher noted recently, the reason the transgender trend is troubling is because it is medicalized and involves “literally experimenting on children.” In the United Kingdom, the National Health Service’s transgender youth clinic saw a 20-fold increase in referrals in the past decade, from about 250 per year to 5,000 in 2021. The UK government recently shut down that clinic over concerns for patient safety. A class action lawsuit has been initiated against the clinic on behalf of 1,000 former young patients harmed by medicalized transition.》 I don't take too much risk by predicting an epidemic of detransitionning in the next five years. And most of these detransitionner would by biological female under 30yo.

This is horrifying. If I were a child today, I would have been targeted with this nonsense. It's so important we all speak out against this dangerous cult.
Same. I played football, climed trees, cars, hated dresses. I even had a peach fuzz mustache and was made fun of for that. I probably would have taken the bait. Soren, you will grow up into a breathtakingly amazing human being and I foretell that you will be a rock to many people in the years to come with your compassion, wisdom and kindness.
Isnt it odd how all these transition stories seem to start (at least with women transitioning to men) right at that age when puberty starts? EVERY young girl goes through that phase. You dont quite want to let childhood go, but you feel pressured to be a certain way and more grown up and get rid of the childhood things you loved. You arent sure who you are yet. Are you a girly girl? A tomboy? Something in between? You are just starting to notice boys but also other girl's bodies. Am I gay? Why am i looking at these girls? Maybe its just curiosity. We compare ourselves to other girls and feel inadequate if we aren't in the lead with developing. You have hormones flooding through your body and all these new feelings you dont know what to do with. You're curious about your body but you also feel wrong about it. WE ALL GO THROUGH THIS. And you know what? It passes. Maybe not in a year, maybe not in 5 years. But usually after you settle in to puberty and most of the rapid changes at the beginning are done, you settle down, you figure yourself out, and you move on. But instead of guiding girls through this rough time, we instead push them to be men. Push them to do this and that and ruin their bodies and all this dramatic stuff that they will later regret. And for what? So the 1 actual trans kid can be happy? What about the dozens of girls who will now be suffering the rest of their life and families broken up by this madness? Don't they matter?
Studies are now showing that many also have autism. Autism heightens the sense of not connecting with the body or having trouble fitting in…they are preyed upon by the influencers. They see people become superstars as soon as they say they are trans, and they think it will fix the problems they have…but it won’t. It can become a special interest which I’ve heard lasts 3-5 years. So when the special interest in trans is over for them now they are left with the decisions they and/or their family made. It is tragic! I have a severely autistic son, and I see so much info on autistic kids adopting the trans identity because they have trouble finding their true identity. So so sad…and criminal of the teachers, doctors and therapists to lead them to make life altering decisions.
This is so close to the path and time-line my daughter started on. At 15 she came to me and said she was transgender. I said I was there to support her, but would not approve or pay for anything related to hormones or surgery until she turned 18. She was angry at me for a long time and struggled to understand why. She was a very volatile teen who had experimented in cutting, and was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I knew she was struggling with body dysphoria, but I also was convinced that she was a girl inside and out. Even so, I continued to support her clothing and lifestyle choices. She had developed breasts very quickly and they were large, so I thought that was definitely a contributing factor to being uncomfortable in her own body. After a year of changing to a male version of her name and dressing like a boy, I started noticing a change. She started adding more feminine clothing, painting her nails, doing a little makeup, etc. I only commented about her looking nice if she made a little extra effort with her appearance, and didn't focus it on whether it was male or female. She wore a suit to a school dance and the next one she wore a dress. We had a long talk finally after almost 2 years, she thanked me for supporting her, but also not letting her do anything medical that couldn't be reversed. She was overcoming the uncomfortable feeling with her body changing, and finally understood why I had said no, to give herself time to grow and mature. If she had been living with her father, I have a feeling he may have just gone along with what she thought she wanted, and would have a similar story to this poor girl. I'm grateful I had full custody and let her grow more before making these drastic decisions. I am appalled that this has become a common issue! When I was that age, I would have become a mermaid if I could have. My cousin says he would have become a dinosaur. Thinking you can change your gender with medication and surgery is asinine, and should require a certain age and a few years of counseling prior to anything even being considered. Unfortunately there are counselors now who will participate in the brain washing as not to appear as "transphobic". My daughter is now 21 and happy in her own skin. She's decided to grow her hair out, and often wears dresses. It's such a relief that at least this burdan has been lifted from her small shoulders. God help us all.
You are a great parent. No adults should approve of their teenage children undergo unnecessary surgeries which would bring further complications. Being tomboy girl/feminine boy is OK, but just don't harm your body.
I get the feeling that i would have thought/said that I was if I had been born 10 or 15 years later than I was. Why? In the words of 13 year old me, in my diary "A girl or a woman always has to be pretty, but men get to be ugly". I didn't want to wear make-up. I heard about jobs forcing high heels on woman and despised the mere thought. I hated and still hate our toxic female beauty standards. I didn't want to diet. I didn't and still don't always want to have to be "pretty". I'm still a tomboy as an adult. While I'd love to get rid of my period, I really don't want to be a man. I do wish that society didn't put so much emphasis on a woman's physical appearance when compared to a man. But people identifying as trans or "non binary" to escape that pretty much upholds that status quo. Instead, we should just tell girls that yes, you can be female and shave your head, shun make-up and wear men's clothing and it doesn't automatically mean that you want a penis.
It's okay to not confirm to gender stereotypes whoever you are. Its okay to be gay or lesbian. It's okay to be a manly woman or girl or a feminine boy or man.
No its not , its not okay to be any of those things , this is where the problems starts, society would be much more stable without those kind of people contaminating it with their bizarre sexual inclinations. If we want to achieve true equality we should remove those kind of people and then we would all truly be equals without any disparities that separate us
@@javiermontaque683 it's not a "bizarre sexual inclination" to be a tomboy or sensitive man. The reason the trans movement is so strong is because gender roles were too rigid for teenagers and they thought their only choices were football jock or cheerleader.
@@slsilver481 unfortunately the trans movement is hardcore into gender roles. Both extremes have it wrong. The extreme right "my son is not allowed to play with dolls, it will make him gay". The extreme left "my son is playing with dolls, he must be a girl!"
I’m saying once again, I’m so glad I was born in the early 90s when this wasn’t a thing yet. As a little girl I wanted to be a boy too and have a flat chest.. luckily my parents just let me be a child and didn’t force me to go through the transgender route. I’m turning 32 next week and I love being a woman! 🤍 I don’t even want to think what would have happened if I grew up in this time and I would have actually transitioned
@@onanar9648 I was born in '87, and consider myself a 90s kid because I have no memories of thee 80s. But Holy Jesus--I remember being familiar with the concept back right before through puberty, but it wasn't big.
@@onanar9648 Sorry, but while I'm not a fan of social media by any means, this is a very simplified view. Because what also didn't exist in the 90s was a society that literally forces this stuff down kids' throats. And while social media certainly does its part, such a society could exist even without it. Other media, like TV, would just be doing the legwork in its place. In the 90s, nobody saw a little girl with a pixie cut and thought "she must be transseuxal". People understood that children and teens go through phases and it doesn't have to mean anything. It's no wonder kids get confused when they are getting the message that not being a walking gender stereotype means that they are "born in the wrong body". I do remember knowing about trans sexuality by middle school as a Millennial. My mother worked in a prison and there was a trans person there. The staff called that person "it" and thought they were a freak. That was the general attitude of society towards trans people at the time. It was not something anyone would have ever WANTED to be. You'd really have to be extremely unhappy as a man or woman to even consider labeling yourself trans back then. But nowadays, when people "actually physically in their presence" like teachers, therapist, classmates and the like are praising these kids for identifying as trans and often putting the entire idea in their heads? Totally different story.
So sad that no one said, "No, bad idea, don't do it, you'll be sorry if you do, you're messing with your future, stop, wait, you are perfectly fine as you are, these surgeons are butchers". Shame on all the people who led you astray.
This is painful to watch. I'm sorry that society has failed you. I'm sorry that the medical establishment has failed you. I hope that you are the nucleus of a movement that stops this insanity. I wish you peace and happiness.
The detransitioners need to have their voices heard. Soren, Shapeshifter, Chloe. They are all brave and know the truth and consequences of what this lunacy brings to the life of people. Also, there're trans people who give voices to them, like Blaire White, Buck Angel and Marcus (The Offensive Tranny). M*tilate kids for the sake of an ideoplogy is one of the things that I never thought I'd live long enough to see.
As a trans person who is very happy in his transition, I do think the voices of detransitioners deserve to be heard & they deserve respect & sympathy❤️🩹 However, it is very important that those voices are kept in perspective & not used to drowned out the voices of the vast majority of people who transition! The vast majority of people who medically transition, very happy in that decision & have their lives greatly improved by it!
@@boognewsnetwork7620 the vast majority of kids with Gender Dysphoria outgrow the dysphoria and are happy in their natural healthy whole bodies. @@boognewsnetwork7620 Thanks for saying this. I agree with you 100%. Those who regret it should be given a platform however we shouldn't demonize everyone who transitioned
As a nonbinary person I agree with giving detransitioners voices. While I think they are still the exception and not the rule, if they fell through cracks in our systems we better be damn well fixing it. Transitioning is to be who you truly are, and not end up like this.
This is so beautiful, tragic on one hand, yet beautiful! When she spoke of her love for her little sister, it brought tears to my eyes. In addition to her newfound growing comfort in her own true identity, I hope and pray she comes to know the God of all comfort, thru his Son and our Savior, Jesus. The same God who "knit her together in her mother's womb" and who declares that she is "fearfully and wonderfully made" (in Psalm 139), wants to finish the work he has begun in her in her journey to healing and wholeness both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This is my prayer for her and so many others like her!
I think society should normalize masculine women and feminine men, not ways of self-harm for children. I'm a tomboy myself and I've been always confused because I differ from other girls and I've never acted feminine and never will, sure I can be girly but not feminine, that's just who I am and I'm still biologically a woman and wouldn't want it any other way because I like being a woman, that's who I am. Tho if I was like 10 years younger I'd be 100% sure I'm trans boy bc of how it's popular these days, also the fact that I'm lesbian would probably be another argument against me being a woman. I feel sorry for these kids because for the most of them it's just a typical teenage hating their body phase and that's normal. Of course trans stuff is only promoted because taking hormones will cost these confused people money for the rest of their lives and in the eyes of rich psychopaths it's a very beneficial deal, nothing else and it's just sad. Trans people do exist but there aren't that many of them, most of the time it's some underlying mental issues. I just think we should just let kids be kids. I can understand social transition because no one is hurting anyone but things like harming ur own body or these trans athletes controversies are sick
tomboy girls are somewhat normal. what is NOT normal is kids using the internet without supervision, going to online forums where this ideology is preached!!!!
I have seen how transitioning saves lives, and I have seen how counselors doing their job right and working through other issues before greenlighting any surgeries. What Soren's counselor and doctors did was negligent and unprofessional, and anyone like that should be reprimanded. I want to say that I think this is way less common than you think, but I still want to make sure that the doctor's who greenlight these surgeries are being thorough in their jobs. Because being transgender is okay, but so is being a tomboy, and we need to make sure that only the transgender people are transitioning.
What a strong person, being a mentor for your younger sister while young through such a difficult journey. I think a lot of gender dysphoria comes from trauma. And it doesn't need to be physical or sexual abuse, it can be attachments trauma with parents, can be feelings of being isolated. This is all about connections and relationships from my perspective, our sense of identity is very malleable. You have managed to forge ahead in life- reaching out to your Dad and finding your little sister- you have done all this on your own. I believe you have a lot of initiative and therefore a very happy future to look forward to. Good luck
A responsible smart parent would have stopped this insanity. The threat of suicide is acceptable and small compared to the certainty of permanent damage from these evil butcher doctors.
Neither are acceptable but if I had said at 25 I was a monkey and I’d kill myself if I didn’t get a tail transplant my parents would have taken me to a therapist.
It is really a touchy scenario. Depend on where you live, in FL, a bill just passed prohibiting puberty blockers and hormones for kids. But in other states, parents aren’t even informed of their children’s transition! Some parents were misinformed, misled or pressured by so-called experts into agreeing with their kids’ trans treatments.
@@nhmooytis7058 Some of the therapists, actually most of them are actively involved in this type of so called “therapy”!! They are teaching the children how to get these drugs and surgeries! What to say to the doctors to get the surgery!! Some of the therapists are the WORST!!
What an amazing point she makes - "it was something to build my identity around". That's such a huge part of the problem. Basing your identity solely on your sexual orientation or gender is not healthy, basing your identity sole on any one thing isn't healthy. We are complex nuanced beings with many valuable traits and aspects, it's sad when people focus solely on one aspect of themselves. It restricts and diminishes you.
I had complications like this from a mastitis from breastfeeding. I had literally surgery without anasthesia. There is no describing the pain, the agony.

Stories like these make me glad I grew up before this insanity took hold of society. I'm very much a tomboy. I've not worn a dress since 2nd grade. I hate girly clothes. Pants and baggy stuff is comfortable. I like gaming. I get confused for male 99% of the time online until I speak. If I was born 10 years later, I'd've had a similar story for sure. Hurts my heart to see women being told that they are "transgender" if they don't fit the super-sterotypical girly girl type... genuinely upsetting. You are what you are when you're born. Accept that.
Thank you for sharing Soren's story. What a beautiful young woman whose heart is full of love. She has a powerful message, I hope it is heard by many who need to hear it.
Thank you for your bravery in sharing your story.. i pray that many in this confused world will hear this and realize there is a better answer than destroying themselves. God our Heavenly Father be with you🙏
Some of the wisest words: Sometimes the compassionate response is one which sets firm boundaries. At the end of the day you need to be able to discern enabling and helping.
"Would you rather have a living ________ or a dead ________ ?" That is NOT the kind of question that should be posed to a parent regarding their child, especially not in the SAME ROOM with their child. This isn't "treatment."
I watched (of my own free will) at least a hundred hours of detransitioner’s stories before deciding to medically transition because I wanted to make sure wasn’t making a mistake & with each one I watched, it actually made me more & more confidant that I was making the right choice… Which it absolutely was! I am extremely happy with my transition😁
@@boognewsnetwork7620yes exactly, that's all i want is for them to be able to make an educated decision without just falling into a quick fix with irreversible options and possibly have regrets afterwards. It needs to be an entire process with lots of therapy and thinking long term, and I'm afraid they're rushing it 😞
One of the saddest things to me is how transitioning has become a fad amongst young children and teens. There are kids that see someone else transition and receieve a sense of fame on social media and want that for themselves.
Soren, thank you for coming to speak to us in Leander. I am so glad to have met you. You are beautiful & kind & courageous & strong & compassionate. Thank you for sharing your story & exposing these unethical treatments, this medical malpractice. I had no idea this was happening in Texas until you told me. Keep fighting to make this world a better place. It already is because you are in it. Hugs!
You and other detransitioners are the biggest advocates to help put the brakes on the madness and rush of “transitioning” children. Thank you for your testimony.
The nurse practitioner handing out prescriptions is a big problem. Somebody’s insurance is getting charged with each visit. Why not refer this patient to a Psychiatrist to talk through problems.
I had surrogate twins for a heterosexual married couple. The couple is divorced, she is now married to a woman and runs a LGBTQ organization for mostly trans and gay youth. Now at the age of 13 the girl twin identities as a boy and is on hormones. I am afraid for her and what will happen.
Thank you for speaking out and sharing your story. They that brains dont really fully develop until 24 or 25 years old, HOW can people think young children or teens can make these irreversible decisions? My hear breaks for the victims of this medical abuse. 💜

Thank you so much! I struggle with depression and I have a tendency to berate myself and say, "You have a privileged life, you live in a free country, you're not going hungry, you have no right to be depressed. Quit being lazy!" Which then spirals into feelings of worthlessness and perpetuates the cycle. So hearing you say that you give yourself compassion has helped me so much! Thank you! Best wishes and positive thoughts for you on your journey in this thing called life!
These parents need to go to jail. No child needs to be able to make this kind of serious decision at that age. Keep telling your story you are beautiful and prayers you are doing better.
Wow! You are so smart and so beautiful in body and soul. I am absolutely positive that if you keep believing in yourself you will have a wonderful life. Remember that there will always be people who criticize others but we should only pay attention to the words of those who love us.
Work in the medical field and have seen many terrible physical complications from these surgeries. I think the psychological injury must be even worse if you regret it later.
Oh bless you. So many important words in this reel but the most important in my opinion are ‘a child doesn’t’t know . . . ‘ and are the ones that hit home. Adults should be guiding , counselling, explaining and taking TIME before these irreversible decisions are made. Unfortunately the rush to avoid puberty is the issue.
This is TRAGIC. Why are we allowing this to happen, to people who aren’t old enough to process LONG TERM CONSEQUENCES? It’s medical ABUSE. These Doctors KNOW how old kids have to be to reach that stage of brain development. There’s NO EXCUSE for them to promote this. These poor children! 😢🤦🏻♀️
So glad I grew up before this whole explosion of gender dysphoria occur in the broad public eye. It feels like a trend that opened up years of complications, confusion, tearful choices, regrets, missed opportunities, and segregation for many young people whom otherwise more than likely would not have taken this path. I truly do feel bad for the ones who took it as far as medical interventions because for many - as we see here - there is no going back completely.
This is why I’m so against children being allowed to transition. They are too young to fully understand what they are doing. There is an extremely high rate of trans regret but the people pushing this down our children’s throats are refusing to acknowledge it.
Thank you for sharing your story. I grew up in the 70's. I was and am still a "Tomboy". I am SO HAPPY that there was no social media back then. I grew up to be a very happy straight woman. I can wear a dress, heels, make-up, etc, or I can wear grubby clothes and work on my own car. This medicalization and mutilalation of perfectly healthy children and young adults is so infuriating! I love how you compare enabling and affirming, and bring up boundries. These "doctors" and others are nothing but butchers. These sociopaths make loads of cash, but it is the kids that have to live with the pain and suffering. Hopefully more stories like yours and the mounting others become mainstream. This butchery and madness needs to end. How many pounds of flesh are enough for these evil and greedy "professionals"?
Society as a whole is pushing this. It's pushed in school. It's pushed on TV. It's pushed by medical professionals. If only it was just social media. You could take your child to a therapist who wouldn't be eager to start your kid on hormones and ask questions later. Schools would hold assemblies warning them about the dangers of this instead of promoting it and praising kids if they identified as trans. I have seen gender roles become more rigid again in my lifetime, and instead of fighting back we decided to just convince people that they are "non-binary" if they don't fit a gender stereotype.
Here in Italy if a doctor or a nurse gives hormons to teenagers, they go to jail..How they can do that? And the family does not do nothing to stop it? Thanks beautiful young lady for sharing such important part of your life ❤

Very insightful and brave of you for sharing your story. No one under the age of 25 should pursue any of this other than psychological support. Be careful what you wish for indeed.

More and more detransitioners are speaking up about how messed up they got when they were just children. My heart goes out to them. Children should never have these unneccessary surgeries. I hope one of these days, these "doctors" will have to pay for all they did to these kids and not informing them correctly about the consequences.
Oh my gosh the moment when she sees herself the way she sees her little sister!!! THIS is the way God looks at us, and when we see ourselves through His eyes our previous notions seem so silly and irrational!!! I LOVE that she was able to experience this with her sister, sort of like how a parent SHOULD have shown HER and looks like her mom may have tried but been unable to do... What redemption in a hard situation, just a beautiful story, thank you for sharing Soren!!!
I was a very awkward tomboy growing up. I developed very early, and I HATED my body. I envied my classmates who were still flat-chested and didn't have their periods. I wore baggy clothes to hide my developing curves. I dressed more like the boys than the girls as I entered high school. I felt more comfortable around boys. I even walked like a boy (from the shoulders rather than the hips). If I were a teenager in 2023, I'd be told that I have gender dysphoria or that I'm transgender, that I'm in the 'wrong body' and that I should get my breasts removed and start taking testosterone. My life, and my body, would have been ruined.
We have been going backwards. Seriously, people used to understand that teenagers are still developing and that their changing body can feel foreign and "wrong" to them.
I believe that a good percentage of people feel odd during their teen years. It is a crime to tell a young person that means they need to try to change their sex.
And they KNOW most people with childhood gender dysphoria, grow out of it. They are KNOWINGLY doing this damage to children.

Teenagers and kids should not be having unnecessary surgeries. This madness needs to stop
this is not a functional argument, because those who believe in transgender rhetoric believe they *are* necesary.
the only argument that matters is "is the philosophy true, or not?"
if it is true, than these surgeries are entirely necesary. if it's not true, than the movement is an existential threat to our culture.
you cannot be an enlightened centeriust on this. it's either true or it isn't, and we are burning our future on the assumption it is true.
It’s pure evil
It's genital mutilation and chemical castration

Reminds me of something my dad always says when he's about to tell me something I don't want to hear, but need to hear: "Are you ready? I'm going to be kind, but I am not going to be nice." The "nice" thing to do is affirm these children, but it is absolutely NOT the kind thing to do.

As a chronically ill person stuck on surgeries and pharmaceuticals, please don't subject yourself to unnecessary surgeries and medications 😢 prayers 🙏
Agree!!!!
When she was talking about how perfect her little sister is, I was thinking the same thing about her. We all just need to learn to love ourselves. When we don’t fit the mold it actually makes us a more interesting and unique person. I’m glad to hear she is doing much better being comfortable as her authentic self.
😩
How when this person already mutilated themselves. They can’t be themselves.
What a nightmare. No child should be allowed to do this to themselves. They need to wait until they are mature to realize what they are doing.
She wasn't a child, she was an adult when she started the medical transition process.
@vaska1999 I do feel like people should stop and think and rethink the possibilities that can come from transitioning, even other transgender people encourage thinking about it. But that should be a given. You can't ban a treatment that helps over 90% of people because of a few who had bad experiences.
God bless her. She is more than enough as she was born. She doesn't need drugs or surgery to make her enough.

Health Insurance companies need to stop funding these surgeries.
Why are so-called medical practitioners not being prosecuted for these atrocities!
Transhumanism
The medical personal involved needs to be sued and their license revoked.
They deserve having their sexes revoked
Healthy people should not
have surgeries at all .
.
It’s called mental illness.
Surgery is downplayed in every facet of life. Cosmetic surgery is increasingly common and c-sections seem to be way more a thing now too. It's all major surgery and can be life threatening, it's crazy how modern culture treats it so lightly now.
@@bendakstarkiller3407 I know right!

It won't. It's part of a depopulation agenda and also serves as a distraction. But it can continue forever because this is something that just isn't natural and you are going to get more and more people that are speaking out against it, including people like this.
I think the sane public have also had enough
What about all of us who suffered greatly before transitioning & transition eliminated that suffering? That doesn’t matter to you?
No, because I want you to speak to me in a few years! You are still lost.
It’s worse than I thought.
“It affirmed me in my delusion” is the perfect way to describe this whole transgender movement.
According to "The independent woman's forum"
《The number of people aged 13 to 25 identifying as transgender has nearly doubled since 2017. A class action lawsuit has been initiated against the clinic on behalf of 1,000 former young patients harmed by medicalized transition.》

It's offlabel experimentation. It's what the left allow your children to be groomed in to, in secret. That amongst other things.
even HRT is stupid since your test levels are never that stable even when you are 18 years old, just accept your hormonal profile.

But there is no "actual" one kid.
Thank you SO much for your honesty and courage. This is a powerful message to hopefully prevent another child from ruining their life.
her love for her little sister makes me cry, its so beautiful.
We should have De trans Pride Month as well for awareness all around the country.
Her line 'Sometimes the compassionate response is one which sets firm boundaries' is so well said. That should be the motto of this movement.

@@onanar9648 And most of all, your loving parents. Nurturing you, encouraging you every step of the way.

I want to say that I think this is way less common than you think, but I still want to make sure that the doctor's who greenlight these surgeries are being thorough in their jobs.

Thank you for speaking out and helping others.
