- At the time of her purported treatment, Isabelle Ayala was a vulnerable 14-year-old girl suffering from numerous mental health comorbidities, including autism, ADHD, and PTSD from a sexual assault at a young age. Her parents had recently separated, and she moved from Florida to Rhode Island with her father and his girlfriend. Her story, like so many others, involved social isolation and finding trans ideology online, where she discovered community, celebration, and was told-and eventually convinced-that she was “trans.”
Ayala is now suing the AAP and her healthcare providers, alleging civil conspiracy, fraud, and medical malpractice. The first detransitioner lawsuit in the nation to name the AAP, Ayala alleges the organization knowingly misled the public in publishing and disseminating a fraudulent policy statement that has been perceived by many as the authoritative guide for the treatment of gender-confused children in the U.S.

Until these doctors are sued into oblivion, tragedies like this one will continue. Isabelle needed help with CPTSD for the sexual abuse she had to endure, and not to be tricked into thinking she was a boy. I’m am glad she figured it out before they chopped her up. And her courage to de-transition goes to show just how strong she really is. Keep fighting the good fight Isabelle! I hope you get a billion dollars and these quacks get barred from ever practicing again!
These "medical professionals" need to be stipped, sued, and prosecuted for their roll in destroying the lives of these young people.
So sorry for what Isabelle has gone through. Her bravery in speaking out will help a lot of people. The doctors that are doing this to people, especially to children, should be imprisoned for life.
As a fellow detransitioned woman, it makes me feel so grateful that individuals like Isabelle are speaking out about this. There is so much that the general public is not aware of when it comes to this topic and the communities that exist online that influence young people.

Anyone who follows this has seen this coming. Children should not be permitted to make life changing decisions. The lawsuits will continue, especially the ones that have surgery.
I feel sorry for the kids who are victims of these mutilation doctors but the bright side of this is a lot of these kids are grown and it will ultimately be their voice that stops this madness. I hope these victims are able to go to every school in America to share their trans horror story.

Beyond lawsuits the young people need physical and emotional support
As sad and distressing as it sounds, the lawsuits may be the one thing that stops this madness. The US "healthcare" system is profit based. If it starts losing profit through lawsuits, the whole gender affirmation treatment for minors will come to an abrupt end. I feel so terrible for the kids who will be damaged in the interim.
I would take it even closer to the real root of the issue: adults who support children taking life altering decisions should be not be allowed to function in any role among vulnerable people, as they are predators. But this circumstance has been long worked on. The whole comfort cultish society is very much pronned to be raising emotionally unregulated children... which I believe it is a significant factor in taking so many parents on board so easily and actually not having in their life "tool-box" any other resources for dealing with a very novel label applied to an ancestral condition.
That "doctor" needs to be brought up on charges for the child abuse he has facilitated. These 'trans' therapies are ruining people for life.

Adults did this, Children didn't make a mistake they were lied to and experimented on for profit for medical staffers and attention for the parents
I have been convinced for a long time that kids are coached to 'say' they are suicidal to fast track transition. It is almost universally accepted that transing kids saves lives. No. These folks are not suicidal at all, or if they are it's because they have other serious mental health issues.
According to Jamie Reed, a former counselor from The Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children's Hospital, Missouri, what she saw caused her resignation and decision to speak out about the farce of gender affirming care.

I’m not victim blaming at all I’m just saying that if she didn’t tell her doctors how could they have possibly known what was going on?

That takes time and patience. The doctors were too quick to make a diagnosis based on a false template. Isabelle was betrayed by the system.

Absolutely. No real adults in the zoo! Kids are left to pick up the pieces and to articulate the misadventure of this process on behalf of those stupid, incompetent adults. It is a terrible tragedy.
This is why I have such strong reservations about people transitioning.
So many people undergo a transition thinking that it will solve all their problems, only to realize that it doesn't and that they have added so many other problems to their physical and mental health. And why does this happen? Because people are pressured to think that the discomfort they feel is a byproduct of somehow being born 'wrong' and that undergoing the transition and changing themselves is the only way to be happy. Those people certainly exist, and transitioning can be necessary and beneficial to their well-being, but not every tomboy is a man in a woman's body and not every prettyboy is a woman inside a man's body.
An individual must understand who and what they are, not what or who somebody else tells them they are or what they should be. That is the first step on the road to self-discovery and the journey of self-fulfillment, because without that fundamental understanding of oneself, you can't make an informed decision about what is right or wrong for you and you inadverdently wind up letting others think and make decisions for you. Seek help and advice when you're confused and in doubt, but look to yourself first and know when you should trust others and when you should trust yourself.
Where are the 'adults'? Kids don't know or understand the consequences of their decisions or actions at that age. Neither will these kids have the wherewithal to ask any probing self reflection questions. There should be an age limit before kids start the process of gender reclassification. 21? Is that the age limit before you can buy a drink in a hotel? Alot of people buy into this "gender reclassification myth", perpetrated by social media and influencers, doctors on an ego trip and a medical profession satisfying their greed.
@@user-gl9jd3ih8h The adults are the issue, enabling a child to make these radical, life-altering, and potentially life-ruining decisions because they are young, confused, probably scared, and don't yet fully understand themselves and what they want to be. I've met people well into their 20s who didn't get their emotional baggage sorted before they made the transition, and while the transition may have helped them to some degree, the medical, financial and social burdens that came with it have continued to plague them for years after; an associate of mine lamented that she had to be referred to by her dead-name for a period of no less than 5 years before she could legally change her name and gender, and it caused her all kinds of anger and anxiety.
The transition is not seamless, and people need to stop pretending that it isn't a major decision that requires serious forethought, planning and commitment.
They also have to be realistic about what transitioning will and will not do. It's still very experimental. And I think patients have a right to know that they are experimental.

I tried to but I’m too afraid of the backlash and people misused my story on platforms I did not agree with, so I stopped speaking out.

Do they make any effort at all to address any of the other issues before undergoing any sort of transitioning?
@@TheRisky9 I’m from the Netherlands so things are maybe a little different over here but they did test me for having autism. But that’s the only thing. I was 19 years old when I started socially transitioning and 21 when I started my medical transition so maybe it’s different for youth. They didn’t really talk about anything else besides gender dysphoria and the path of transitioning though. I do remember I had to bring someone close to me with me for an assessment, usually the parents or one of the parents and I took my mom and she kept telling them I was confused, she saw and knew me growing up into a tomboy who liked girls, and that transitioning in her opinion would be a great mistake. She said I didn’t have gender dysphoria until I hit puberty (or what I thought was gender dysphoria) and my mom believes that true trans people experience dysphoria from an early age like 3/4 years old when something already doesn’t seem or look right. The psychologist dismissed anything she said because all she needed to know was if my mom would support me in my transition and while my mom thought it was a mistake (which it indeed was) she would because in the end it was my life and I was an adult. So yeah, looking back at it, I really should have listened to my mom, but back then ofcourse transitioning was the only thing on my mind.

@@TheRisky9in my experience, no. my doctors ignored a lot of red flags (recent sexual trauma, and neurodivergencies that made me feel othered, to name two) and had me on testosterone in one appointment.

One of the most important things she said is that it wouldn’t have happened if she were male. There is no space for women that safe.
I am and will always be against this treatment because it is anything but affirmative. It doesn't help children navigate or accept their feelings. Instead it uses treatment that has significant side effects on kids who are not old enough to have the necessary informed consent. I hope they win, and I hope this mentality changes. By all means teach dignity, respect, acceptance and self acceptance. But don't make kids think they need to be anything else than what they are. That's not going to help their self esteem. That doesn't affirm. What it does is mess with their bodies in ways that affect their lives forever.
Very articulate David. Well said and I would add that lots of kids need help with mental health issues. Lots of kids like Isabelle suffer from misdiagnosis, malpractice and incompetence by doctors. Parents go along with the flow because it's easier than saying, "NO". This is just Ritalin version 2 on steroids. Every kid 20 years ago+ was suffering from ADHD. Remember? Just follow the money!

All females (and males) are vulnerable to abusers, especially sexual abusers, and what she went through as a young girl was terrible. The gender dysphoric children were not treated by a Child Psychiatrist who is psychoanalyzed and board certified. These children who present themselves as dysphoric have concomitant disorders like asd, adhd and bipolar disorder.
Sometimes a girl who presents herself as dysphoric also is on the autism spectrum. She receives treatment for her dysphoria with Depo Provera, and she seems to be satisfied and comfortable with herself. Why a Pediatrician doesn't give the dysphoric kid a referral to a Pediatric Psychiatrist is beyond me.
And trust me, if those ppl in ur social circle turn their back on u, they obviously were NOT ur true friends to begin with. So don't even worry about what ur calling "social suicide"

We have an age of consent for a reason. Kids should not be making certain decisions for themselves and we all know that. I'm not sure why we allow kids to make permanent lifelong decisions which can be more damaging than if they were to have sex.

Isn't that Forcier dame the same who appeared in "What is a Woman?" If not, they could be twins. Denial is not just a river in Egypt. In her case, a 14 year old girl is paying the price. So the doctor knowingly sent a one year supply to be used while Isabelle was to reside in Florida. I just bet a criminal case against the doctor(s) would make it past grand jury there and be genuinely pursued accurately-something I doubt would happen in the northeast right now.

I think the lawsuit is necessary. It's not just greed or personal politics these doctors are felling prey to, it's social pressure. How many doctors are being threatened and shamed for not falling in line with the affirmative care approach? For this girl to feel like it's social suicide to tell her story tells you a lot about how much pressure these institutions are under to change their care guidelines to fit a political narrative. There needs to be pressure on both sides to get back to a sense of normalcy.
We should stop focusing “self esteem” and more on self reliance. Children need discipline and love in equal parts. We are doing them a disservice. As a result of focusing on making our children feel good we have raised a generation of weak adults who can’t cope with real life issues.

The most important word I can give you is that in the Bible, Ephesians 1:4 is says that before God created the universe he already knew who you were. That's when HE made you... My heart goes out to her because it's the reality of all trans people. They are all dealing with some type of trauma and the Internet tricks them into thinking the answer is being trans. These podcasts are amazing and brilliant. Please spread the "Gospel" around the world. More people need to realise that transgender is a big myth! This is not to say that there aren't some genuine cases but not to the degree that is being fermented in the wider community and media. I blame social media and medical professionals that are on a power trip and GREED! Young kids are being exploited. There is power in saying, "NO MORE" and "ENOUGH"!

The best thing in the world when you're growing up is to worry less about what other people think of you and discover who you are on.
At 14 you're still developing and just like trying to lose weight without taking care of the underlying issues.
You need to work on what's in your heart and mind before you even touch anything that could permanently alter your body.
Take my mother for instance she thought that by losing a lot of weight she would obtain some kind of happiness or acceptance
Not so, she's a very bad alcoholic now and it's starting to have memory problems.
You can never work on the outside until you work what's on the inside
No matter what TV or the internet tells you or even what doctors tell you.
