    Do you feel lazy, lost, overwhelmed, stuck and out of control of your own life? Have your healthy habits and routine fallen away as life gets more and more hectic?     I just turned 39 and made a promise to myself to start building my dream life over the next year.
    My goals are to be a successful UA-camr and to get my perfect body and be making $10,000+ a month.
    I created this system to shake myself out of my lazy girl era rut, and to get myself motivated and disciplined with this 21 Day Total Life Reset System.       thank you! i’m so glad you watched! it’s a work in progress, but i’m getting there… progress not perfection.
      it’s really awesome to create first bc you actually just keep going past an hour. i’ll admit i’ve checked a few things quickly before, but by the end of the 3 weeks i’ll be locked in for sure. i already lost 4 lbs 🤍🤍🤍
      i’m retooling the system to make it easier to follow, im thinking you choose 3 things to work on, list the 3 improvements and then week by week stack them… so first week: diet second week: workout third week: routines so by week 3 you’ve got them all locked back in if that makes sense. im writing the program so people can follow it like in a workbook
