You don't need a d o t number because you're driving A Van if you're driving a bigger truck like a box truck. Anything one ton and up you have to have ADO. T-number but not for a regular Van. It's about the vehicle you're driving
All the Carrier companies you mentioned here, they all required million dollars liability insurance which is very expensive to buy. If you want help your subscribers, find the companies who will take you in under their insurance policy and charge you weekly fees or premiums. Thanks

WELCOME TO THE CHANNEL!! If you are just doing gig apps you can just ise regular insurance. But if you are going to go with a carrier company, some of them allow you to go under their insurance and they take the payment out of your pay, or you would have to get your own commercial insurance.
