Hey guys! Dispatcher University is open for pre-order!

If you want to learn more, just go to www.dispatcheruniversity.com.
PS: You can pre-order for $100 off by using code: 100OFF
Hey how are you doing brot . Quick question for you
If I become a dispatcher.
How do I get paid and how the driver will get and how long it would take.?
Do you guys dispatch trucks nationwide? Owner operator here inquiring.
Yes invest in a good pallet jack & straps (not Walmart cheapies) & some blankets if you're gonna haul whatever! A couple of load locks wouldn't hurt either! And as far as no touch freight, most of the time if not all the time you would want to watch them load & unload your freight so you can make sure your load is secure & properly loaded on to your truck as well as being evenly placed so one side isn't heavier than the other. Also to make sure the freight isn't damaged during loading & unloading because they will deny & then you'll be responsible! So make sure those pallets are properly shrink wrapped or whatever it takes to keep that load stable & in good shape! Also keep a couple of rolls of shrink wrap in your truck! Home Depot sells them all day long! Some times you can use the customers shrink wrap instead of using yours but that's not always the case so better to have & not need right? Also it looks professional when you have your stuff straight & show's the customer that you care about what you're doing! Not just so you can get a check but also that you take pride in you're equipment & what you're doing! And please dress the part! Don't go into these business & loading docks wear slippers & sweat pants & your pants hanging off you're butts OK? Keep a hard hat & a safety vest & safety glasses in your truck at all times because you never know where you'll e picking up or dropping off all the time & you wanna always keep the customer calm & impressed that your ready for whatever! I wear Caterpillar boots with a composite toe & they are comfortable & the only boots I wear when I'm out there bumping docks! Plus they look good 😁 But Sketcher makes some nice safety shoes too & you can get your safety vest & hard hat either off Amazon or Home Depot. I wear my safety vest as like apart of my uniform daily & so it doesn't bother me at all! I bought mine off Amazon & so I was able to choose the exact one with pockets & size & color that I wanted as well as the reflective strips that can be seen from all angles & it's durable because you will have to wash them every now & then. Cost vary so beware that most times the cheaper the price, the cheaper the product! If & when you're able you can buy your personal uniforms from Dickies (my favorite) or Red Cap or anyone well made but reasonably priced work clothes company. You can get what color you want & get long sleeves & pants for winter, and short sleeves & shorts for summer. And you always be matching & looking professional on the job & mostly it keeps you from messing up your personal clothes! I buy at least 6 of each & rotate accordingly. They always have discounts & coupons especially around the holidays! Now me, when I rotate in a fresh batch of shirts or pants, I wash a drop off my old ones at the Salvation Arm or a Goodwill box because someone can always use them as long as they don't have holes in them yanno? Sorry to be long winded but dressing the part as well as being as professional as can be is my thing! Stay safe & Good Lord keep his light on you & your family 💯👍🏿🙏🏿✌🏿
That's for the wisdom elder
Worth the read. Thanks brother!
I would also advise building good relationships with freight brokers who call you often for your capacity. Service them really well, and they will keep coming to you to move their freight. They will turn you on to the high paying loads and you will be off to a great start . I know you mentioned shippers as direct customers, that is also fantastic advice. Great job!!!!!!
Seems like someone I could work with seems very humble and chill
A lot of people get on here and brag about how well they're doing and the $$ they're making but get amnesia and Ignore people when they ask for leads or Helpful information about the Box Truck Business. I really appreciate your time and Honesty for most won't go
Into specifics like you're doing.
I wish only the best for you and yours and may you receive all that you deserve and desire.
Peace and Blessings! 👍🏽
yeah i absolutely despise the people “flexing” how much they make instead of helping others rise up. By providing free, high value content up front, i hope good things will come to me later in life!

New subscriber here Gil… I am watching tons of videos trying to figure out if I wanna invest in a Sprinter Van, Box Truck, or Truck & trailer Hot Shot set up. I obviously cannot subscribe to everyone’s videos but you are very informative and easy to understand.
Thanks for all your knowledge and content..
No I just gotta decide which way is best for me.
Hey Steve! I’m glad you’re finding these videos useful. I would recommend gathering as much knowledge as you can from every source before making a decision. However, I would say there is no “wrong decision”. Some decisions will cause you to work harder but they all have a chance of succeeding!

Thanks for the advice. I’ve been in law enforcement going on 27 yrs now and i’m just tired of dealing with idiots everyday.
I’m non CDL and not sure if I wanna get one right now. I like the idea of the Sprinter van business as well but I don’t know how the pay compares with the other avenues
What did you with ?!
Thanks!
No problem!
Interstate non-CDL drivers of vehicles that have a gross vehicle weight (GVW), gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), gross combination weight (GCW) or gross combination weight rating (GCWR) between 10,001 and 26,000 pounds require a DQF. (Once a vehicle reaches 26,001 pounds, a CDL is required in order to drive it.)
Thank You for This 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 we don't have money
We just purchased our box truck
But if i had some extra money you would get it
because your giving away for free what most people charge for🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Excellent video boss 🔥🔥👍👍
Good info
I like this video . I hope you make one more : HOW COMPANY/Dispatch stealing money from your load price . Why and how they make their own RC (rate confirmation) why they don’t forward email from Broker directly to you !
Nobody dares to do that one . Thank you and have a blessed day !

Sorry about the messy hair! Didn’t realize it looked that crazy until it was too late. Also, I’m really sorry about the watermark!! I tried something new and it backfired 😩
@gill22 can you make a video on how to find a high quality dispatcher???
Your hair is okay
everything was great bro, even the hair. can you help me out with some Hawaii info?
if you got time. i know alot of people leaving the islands to hit the states to semi. i just discovered the box truck side few weeks ago thru videos n then boom i land here. might stay in hawaii to soak this short squeeze out during pandemic fails.
First time watcher and agree he's great. Precise and direct.
Is there any type of licensing required to get loads for a cargo van or box truck?
What Brokers do you want to build a relationship with if you have a new authority and a Box Truck?
In the beginning, you will want to build a relationship with the brokers who are giving you the same great route with a great price. The only way you’ll be able to find these brokers is through time and experience so as you’re booking loads through a load board, make a note of all the loads you can see yourself doing every day and tell these brokers to put you on their list of “regulars” for this load. They will contact you anytime that load is available and you can usually do it for the same price or a little higher/lower based on market behavior. Hope that all made sense!
I am getting into the BOX truck business. I am looking for a Isuzu NQR Box 18' or 20' for Florida usage. Thanks for the information on the video.
