Ok Guys. I'm going to answer the question for you!!!! You will not make this type of money if you are depending on loadboards or courier apps to try to make this type of income. These loads very much exists out there, its up to you to find the companies that have hot loads and are paying the price to get them delivered. I have personally seen loads from Atlanta to Virginia, Texas and Tennessee that pay over $7,000 for that load. It depends on the manufacturing company and how hot the load is. So yeah. $7,000 is rather normal (Kinda on the lower side) if you know what your doing in the business. Sometimes you can make $7,000 in one day, with a sprinter. You have to do your leg work, introductions and relationship building. You cannot forget that part. In the mean time, while you are building, you can contract with couriers that will keep you going, but daily you want to reach out to manufacturers that will put you on their vendor list to catch their hot loads.
I wish I still had enough strength and energy in me to do expedited. I thought about it when doing OTR with a semi as I started my journey with transportation doing expedited for a company but I settled for my own semi and doing short trips within 300 miles radius around Chicago and being home every day. OTR pretty much exhausted me to the point where I can't even look at trucks/vans and drive anywhere further than 15 minutes in my car without feeling exhaustion. But hey, maybe life will push me back to doing that, you never know.

What companies do you suggest running under? I'm thinking of going the expediting route from a box truck I currently use for Amazon delivery to the post office.
Great Content. Very useful and insightful on the industry especially with this niche, expediting. Do you work with different carriers? Also do you have your own DOT and authority or do you work under a carriers. Can you share the benefits of having one or not? Im about to start the business and understand under 10k GWVR you do not need to. The insurance is cheaper with this option, but I can only work with carriers that provide DOT and insurance?
@@marka.haginsanddynamicacad9535 I found out that you can run under a carrier and dispatcher that offers insurance to sign you own as a owner operator. You essentially work as an independent contractor and will make less money this way but it also comes with less headaches and overhead before your learn the ropes. This could lead to you doing more research and making the commitment to actually go "ALL IN" in this industry afterwards or even change your mind if this isn't for you.

Yeah it’s possible, often when I’m in CA I usually run to north CA and then south, although north is harder to find available freight, LA is good. I’ve never done work for GoShare or seen what they offer, but I see a lot of people say it’s great. Good luck!
Great video. I'm thinking about leaving my job to do this. If you don't mind me asking how much in a year could I make doing this? I looked at C5 Expediting but my currently salary is 54k. Could I make 6 figures easily doing this Vs my current job I have to work 6 days a week 12 hr shifts to make around 84k.

@Trucker CEO yes and I don't even have a CDL. I work for a package company. Overtime has slowed down, but I'm like, is adjusting to that type of lifestyle and sacrificing my time away and living in a van worth it? How much money would I need starting off to get the sprinter van converted or set up? How much money will it cost me completely? If I could double my earnings what I'm making now, maybe but I know one thing. They said the cost of living is going to go up a lot by or in 2025.

When it comes to numbers, you really made me laugh my man! Those rates are a big bs of a lie! I've been for so long in this business and literally no company and none of the people I met on the road gets those rates that you listed ( which reflect a $2/mile average). And you don't even have an extended sprinter to be able to fit the maximum capacity. And if by any miracle you really did have that insanely paid week, don't lead others to believe that this is the business looking like. Because its nowhere near close to that!

What companies do you suggest running under? I'm thinking of going the expediting route from a box truck I currently use for Amazon delivery to the post office.
I have an electric scooter called the Apollo ghost and have put 888 miles on it and I highly recommend it. God Bless you 🙏🏼❤️✝️💯
What load board do you use to find loads like this?
What dispatchers do you work with to get loads or what load boards do you use ??
Great Content. Very useful and insightful on the industry especially with this niche, expediting. Do you work with different carriers? Also do you have your own DOT and authority or do you work under a carriers. Can you share the benefits of having one or not? Im about to start the business and understand under 10k GWVR you do not need to. The insurance is cheaper with this option, but I can only work with carriers that provide DOT and insurance?
I Also, want to Know if DOT# & MC#(AUTH) are Required to Run a Cargo Van " InterState " ??? Thx.
Quick question?? What about Log Books?? Are required to have one on your van?? How manny hours you drive a day?? DOT never stop you and ask for it?? How do you do? Can you tell me ?? Please.
Drove semis for 17 years and had to stop because of Vertigo at the end of 2012. Come to find out it is the bone in my neck next to my skull. Hoping to have it fixed soon. Was looking at getting into this probably next spring.
Is it due ti driving?
Is it due to driving?
@@guerrillamane9573 I don't know, it could be. Constantly turning my head a lot and bouncing up and down.
Stew, Serious question. How does one actually get started in this business? I mean I have the van, have the work ethic, I just don't know where , or HOW to start something like this. Help a guy out and any tips would be appreciated. You can send me an email directly if you wish. My email is in my about bio If you can help me out here, I will owe you one, I mean that
@@1realtruthrightnow742 start with shiply and craigslist.
Hey Bro. you mine sharing what company or loadbaord app you use? And does it require a MC and DOT #. And also how about commercial Insurance?
What load broads are you using??
Thx for the info and keep grinding and safe out there ✌
Yea that would help some. I'm looking into the same thing.
Panther is always looking for Independent Contractor Driver's or lease a vehicle
@@kingofkings5175 You talking about Panther Expedited?
Notice he's just flexing to make extra on UA-cam views while not answering a single question about where he gets from
Great editing some of the best in class
I'm based in LA. I'd like to do the expediting but do it locally and not out of CA. Do you recommend it? Can I make good money? Do I need my authority or just work on some apps as GoShare would work?
Yeah it’s possible, often when I’m in CA I usually run to north CA and then south, although north is harder to find available freight, LA is good. I’ve never done work for GoShare or seen what they offer, but I see a lot of people say it’s great. Good luck!
Nice video! Where can i get orders? I live in California bay area
Hey I’m pretty much in the same boat I have 60k salary at my job and with overtime I do a little over 80k. I’ve been researching this and plan on pulling trigger this year. I have experience doing otr in a semi but this business model just seems better to me than buying my own semi.
Hey what's up just ran into your video are you still doing this do you have any loads
Do you print your paperwork before pick up or do they give it to you at the shipper? If you print, do you carry a laptop and printer in your van?
Majority of the time the shippers provide the paperwork. But if I need papers for pickup I run to Office Depot or Fed Ex / UPS Store and they can print. I probably run and print once every month or two 😄
What company do you work with to get your jobs?
Mistake #1 don’t ever go to jiffylube unless you want your engine to go boom less than 100 miles later
that an excellent video. love and miss that job, keep the wheels spinning brother.
Hey sir great video very helpful I've been in the industry for about 25 years but I just recently started my own cargo van business
Any other advice or help you can give me would be much appreciated
Thanks for watching! Will be posting more content in the future. Stay tuned 😄
Where do u go to get started and what is needed and where do u bid? Thanks
Lol I’d send you the ratecons but I don’t have a reason to show you my clients. If you get your loads off the loadboards that’s where they are cheap. Find direct customers and shippers. Thanks for watching man, safe travels! ✌🏼
Hello abel If i start this business how much net profit i am expecting to make per month.
@@DaniilVatamanno such thing as direct customers in this business. Even with an extra 15%. You wouldn’t make that kind of money.
Just a click bait video.
UA-cam is where you make your money
@@momomama2510 I have a few direct shippers that I reach out when I’m in their areas. There’s no benefit for me to lie about this 😂 plus UA-cam doesn’t pay crazy money
Excellent video
Question? Are you a owner operater or do you work for a company 🤔?
Don’t understand why people make vids of how to lose money. You kind of forgot to subtract fuel maintenance depreciation insurance and your time from pay. Grade school math shows you are basically working for free.
Something tells me u tried this and failed. Anyway ppl drive these sprinter cans because it's less responsibility. But u can still make small pie
Great video A lot of useful tips
Don't be cruising any city with scooter, you will get jacked.
Great video! Really informative. Why did you stop? Any chance you can do a breakdown in the future?
Could you please tell me the companies you deal with?
I'm interested, I have a 2023 ford Transit
Thumbnail & editing game on point .
I have a question what type of insurance does this job requires ?
Really good video my man, much appreciated...
Thanks for watching and comment! More content soon 😄
Where are your DOT #s?
Which load board are you using?
Guess no one wants to tell where they get their loads
Where you get loads? I used to car hauling from central dispatch, but where you get this kind of loads? Thanks 🙏🏻
Do you need a cdl license to drive a large sprinter van?
No, just regular drivers license
@@DaniilVataman Thank you.
can I ask who your signed on with? great videos.
Very cool to give your routine. I would like to start this work but I don't know how to start. Could you give me some tips? From what I researched, dispatchers ask for previous experience.
Great video, are you getting the same rates today as you are in this video?
Great Video!!. Where do you get the loads? From dispatcher or load board?
Pls guide me to get expedit loads for my cargo van
@BimmerExpidited how you doing OTR without DOT Authority? Commerical Insurance etc?
Good morning, I have 7 years of experience as a driver, now I bought my van and I want to work on my own, but I don't know how to find the loads, any suggestions, thanks
blessed to have a wife that is willing to accompany you on your journey.
I have a llc I would like to buy a sprinter van but my issue is how do I get a van? My credit isn't that good. I did some contract driving a few years back and loved it and made ok money. I know the hustle. My biggest issue is just getting a van and for some reason company's are asking you have liability insurance 100 million or something like that.
what is the rearview mirror size and brand you use?
hey man your videos are great!! but would you mind sharing your dispatcher?? who do you use??
Cool video! Can you legally hook up small off road style camper behind your van to have a home on the road instead of a bed/mattress inside?
Thanks for watching!
Yeah, I’d imagine it’s a hassle when you arrive at pickup or delivery location, needing to remove and then attach camper again, but I have seen drivers with these, it does work!
What is the best I can buy to start work?/? 177 long wheel?
What load board do you use please,, please make video about that
How do i get into this business? Where do i start? Kindly help
Awesome video. This is exactly what i am looking at doing in the coming months. Stay safe.
