  • If you like a bit ( read a LOT ) of heat in your sandwich, this is the way to go. Our Habanero plant is yielding much more chilies than we can possibly eat fresh so after de-hydrating them in the smoker and making hot sauce now it became time for pickling.

Pickling my first batch of habaneros later today, but I’ll definitely be wearing food safe gloves! Thanks for the informative video, what a beautiful harvest you got.

My little plant has a lot of peppers. I am going to harvest today too AND I’ll be wearing gloves! 🌶

It's simply unbelievable how did such a small Habanero plant, (that you showed in the other video) yielded so much chilies!
What are you feeding it with??? 😀

Are you sure that this recipe would only keep the habaneros shelf stable for 3-4 months cause I feel like it's more like 6-12 months. That's how long my dad's homemade Canned jalapeños stay fresh about 12 months or so and he uses a similar recipe to what you use in the video

Thanks for watching and you might actually be right I still have left over from that batch and that’s since autumn 22 so shelf life is longer than I expected. Stay tuned we upload new episodes twice a week 😁😁

You're nuts for not using latex gloves. Even a thorough washing can miss hot spots and it gets under your fingernails. One accidental tough is all it takes to ruin an hour of your life. You're a brave one. I'll give you that.
