HUGE DECLUTTER! Getting Rid of Most of my Lipsticks

- I want to declutter my makeup collection even more. I'd love to have a "normal" sized, manageable amount of makeup, so I'm aiming to get rid of at least half or more of all my products. Today I'm decluttering LIPSTICKS!

I love the "I don't need this much" type of UA-cam videos, because most videos is "You need this, and this and this..." Videos on UA-cam.

Julia PLEASE sell those or do giveaways with the ones that are unopened! We don't need more stuff in the world, I know a bunch of people who do buy used makeup because we need to reduce, reuse, recycle! Great video as always, you and Rachel Aust are my faves when it comes to minimalism. And you especially for the whole attitude towards UA-cam and its beauty community, saw the Marlena video yesterday and I was sad for her, you gals and so many others are the REAL OG's of UA-cam aka the best ones!!

Susen 3795 as far as I know, in the us it’s any kind of mac packaging, 6 for one lipstick. So paint pots, powders, lipglass anything counts.

I would just keep everything hun. I regret the makeup I think I won’t use? And give away😂then I realize I could have used those items for future clients or even a new Halloween look🤣💯

I think everyone should declutter Cruella....you know the Nars lipstick pencil that we got as a Sephora bday gift....
Lipsticks are the worst to declutter because we have to swatch them. lol Although, satisfying at the same time, and sad to see some go. I love the Kiko packaging. You did great! Sometimes I'll step away and go back a few days later for a double grand sweep.

@@juliagraf Kann auch Deutsch mit dir sprechen. :D Hast du nur Frauenzentren probiert? Sozialkaufhäuser wären vielleicht auch eine Option. Oder vielleicht hast du mehr Glück in Deutschland, falls du das nächste mal dort bist. Vielleicht auch über irgendwelche Kleinanzeigen verschenken. Oder zur Not vor ein Obdachlosenheim oder Frauenzentrum stellen mit einem Zettel "Zu verschenken" oder so. Sie einfach nur wegzuschmeißen wäre echt schade, da es hundert pro Leute gibt, die sich darüber freuen würden. Wobei ich natürlich verstehen kann, wenn man sich nicht den Stress machen möchte oder die Zeit dafür hat, jemanden zu finden, der sie einem abnimmt.
Hi Julia! I did this with nail polishes, I decluttered almost 200 hundred! It was crazy and so unnecessary for me to keep them when I ended up using only my favorites. I donated them to the women’s ward of a hospital here in Tucuman, Argentina. They told me they accept all types of cosmetics, creams, deodorants and empty pots for recycle as well, (especially near October when Mother’s Day is celebrated). So I also donated make up (I cannot wear any make up, my skin is under a long time treatment) and wondered about sanitation, but since it’s a hospital I guess they make sure they are sanitized before handing out anything. The women in dire straits in hospital will certainly appreciate it. Let me know if you are interested and I can give you their contact information or look up more data about their procedure. I know it's hard but I think you did a really good job Julia! After all, you only have one face and probably don't wear makeup every day. How many lipsticks can you or will you realistically use, especially before they expire and get gross? I love makeup too but it's nice to see someone being somewhat practical about it for a change.
